社会工作专业实践教学研究

本文首先探讨了当前我国社会工作专业教育需要增加实践教学,其次论述如何设计实践教学的内容,最后论述了实践教学的各种保障措施。笔者认为,当前我国社会工作专业实践教学应做好如下方面的工作:不断丰富实践教学的手段;建立与之相关的见习实习基地和制度;完善各方面的保障制度和措施等。     

社会工作教育的发展取向

社会工作教育是社会工作发展的基础。社会工作教育应坚持国际通则与本土经验并重,价值观教育与知识技能教育并重,知识传授与能力培养并重,学历教育与职业培训并重,专业教育与社会教育并重的发展取向。     

新形势下我国归国留学生的就业问题

新世纪随着教育制度的日益发展完善,我国高校的规模纷纷扩张,由此引起的毕业生人数的急剧增长带来了日益严峻的就业问题。与此同时,由于金融危机前后国际经济形势的转变,众多海外中国留学生纷纷选择归国发展,无疑更加剧了现有的就业难题。促进留学生的就业,要从培养留学生自身的高素质出发,并通过努力建构完善的人才评价体系,改进就业、创业环境,增加政府的政策支持等多方面入手。     

Child Protection Social Workers' Engagement in Continuing Professional Development: An Exploratory Study

This paper reports the findings of an exploratory study into the nature of child protection social workers' engagement in, and understanding of, continuing professional development (CPD) in Ireland. Qualitative methods were used given the exploratory nature of the research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight child protection social workers from a community-based child protection department in Ireland. Interviews were analysed using thematic analysis. A review of the literature is provided and key findings are outlined and discussed. These findings relate to the nature and frequency of participation in CPD, perceived motivators and barriers to participation in CPD, and social workers' views on the potential impact of statutory registration of Irish social workers (which was implemented in the months after this study was carried out) on CPD participation. Research limitations and suggestions for future research are considered, along with the implications of this study for social work practice.     

Graduate Social Work Students’ Approaches and Ways of Thinking in Child Protection Assessment: Case Vignette Reflections from Estonia

This article examines Estonian graduate social work students’ (MSW, n = 41) assessment approaches (deficit-based versus strengths-based) in the context of a child protection assessment through a case vignette format. The study found that students tend to focus more on a traditional deficit-based approach in their responses to a presented case, and less on capabilities and resources. The study indicates the need to find ways to promote more client-friendly approaches (for a shift in the way of thinking) in social work education to empower families through developing a respectful and effective helping relationship that promotes comprehensive assessment guided by social work values. Practice implications are discussed and recommendations for future research are outlined.     

流动青少年生殖健康的家庭影响

流动青少年的生殖健康知识、态度和行为存在明显的弱质性:总体知识水平较低,尤其是性病与避孕知识缺乏严重;对早恋和对婚前性行为的态度日渐开放;性活动与性行为趋向活跃,意外妊娠和人工流产成为流动未婚青年生殖健康的严重问题。流动青少年家庭客观生存环境较差、父母主观重视不够、家庭教育能力不足、亲子关系欠佳、交流沟通不畅等因素,成为影响流动青少年的生殖健康的重要因素。必须要重视流动人口的家庭发展权,丰富家庭教育支持资源,逐步建立全方位、开放性的性教育和服务模式,促进流动青少年性与生殖健康发展。     

Power and the gendered division of contraceptive use in Western European couples

Recent research has approached contraceptive use, or “fertility work”, as another household task that is primarily managed by women. Building on the theoretical frameworks of relative resource theory and gender perspectives, this study investigates the association between partners' power (measured as their relative education, division of housework and decision-making) and the choice of male versus female, or no contraception. Data from the Generations and Gender Survey for four Western European countries (Austria, Belgium, France and Germany; 2005–2010) are used to examine the hypotheses with multinomial logistic diagonal reference models. The results show that man's and woman's educational level are equally important predictors for a couple's contraceptive method choice. Furthermore, the findings suggest that households in which the man performs more housework or the woman has more say in decisions are more likely to rely on male methods or female sterilization, rather than on the more commonly used female reversible methods.     

未成年人道德教育困境的原因及对策研究——以西安市中小学生道德教育为例

加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设是公民道德建设的重要内容。社会转型期中小学思想道德教育存在一些问题和困境,为了加强和改进西安市中小学生德育工作,走出德育困境,政府应为中小学德育工作提供良好的社会政策支持;建立开展长效性社会道德实践活动的工作机制,扎深道德教育的根基;坚持道德教育的整体协调性,加强全体市民道德教育,为未成年学生创造良好的社会道德环境;努力推进家庭教育工作,办好各级各类家长学校,优化家庭德育环境;加强社区未成年人中小学生思想道德建设工作,优化社区微观环境;全面改革和创新学校德育体制,强化学校德育效果。     

日本基础教育中的教师教育改革:经验与启示

21世纪以来,日本不断推进教师教育改革,以适应其以培养学生"生存能力"为目标的教育改革的需要。日本教师教育改革的经验包括:在目标上适应时代要求确立教师教育目标;在管理制度上打破教师资格终身制,实行弹性教师资格更新制度;在课程设置上构建教师教育一体化课程体系;在培训机构上以大学为依托开展教师教育。日本教师教育改革对我国的启示在于:确立教师教育目标应体现时代特点;教师资格管理应由终身制向更新制转变;完善教师教育一体化课程体系。
