供应链中的生产与分销系统可以看作一个树状结构的系统,其中生产部分以组装为基本运作形式而分销则以分散化为主要运作特征。对于一个完整的供应链运作系统来说,研究生产和分销系统库存结构的优化,影响系统运作的瓶颈分析等问题是非常重要的。本文应用整数规划模型给出了在库存规模一定的约束下,多个库存缓冲区的分配,采用了分解的方法给出了解决方案,并运用Tabu搜索的算法论述了解的获得过程,最后给出了一个算例分析。  相似文献

经济全球化以及自然灾害的不可抗力,使中小制造企业面临巨大的竞争压力与生存压力。对浙江省数十家中小企业调查分析表明:企业的计划、采购、制造、配送及退货五个业务流程的供应链是环环相扣的,任何一个环节出问题,都可能影响供应链的正常运作。识别五个业务流程的关键风险因素,计算出关键风险因素的水平综合指数并进行排序,以此作依据构建中小企业供应链一体化风险管理体系结构模型,为供应链风险管理的实践提供了可操作性及指导性的技术手段。  相似文献

《中华人民共和国劳动法》是一部保护劳动者合法权益,全面规范劳动关系的基本法律。为完善劳动关系协调机制,依法维护劳动者和用人单位的合法权益,发挥了重要作用。但是,农民工的合法权益遭受侵害的事件屡见不鲜,农民工问题大量涌现,国务院研究室就解决农民工问题发布了《国务院关于解决农民工问题的若干意见》。我们应高度重视农民工问题,尽快解决。  相似文献

Most studies of minority group penalties in the UK labor market have focused on groups classified by their self-assessed ethnicity only, without taking into account major divisions within such groups, notably by religion. Using a large sample taken from the quarterly Labor Force Survey, this paper analyze levels of both unemployment and obtaining posts within the salariat for fourteen separate ethno-religious groups. Estimates of both gross and net penalties are derived, the latter taking the individuals’ human capital resources into account. They show that most non-White groups face an employment penalty, but Muslim groups – both men and women – experienced the greatest penalties. These penalties are exacerbated when searching for any job turns into searching for a managerial or a professional job suggesting that inequality is preserved through mechanisms of color and cultural racism which intensifies as minority workers seek jobs at the more lucrative end of the labor market – which, if persistent, could have long-term implications for the cohesion of the UK's multi-ethnic, multi-cultural society.  相似文献

Since its very release in March 2006, the opinion-soliciting draft of the Labor Contract Law has sparked considerable controversy. Indeed, the whole process of its consideration, promulgation, implementation and amendment has been accompanied by complex questioning and a diversity of views. This has to some extent reduced appreciation of the value of the Labor Contract Law itself. In the economy and society, rational legal construction can minimize the damage done by the failure of private negotiations. The Labor Contract Law is dedicated to changing the action space of workers and enterprises in order to promote efficiency in production and equity in distribution. With the aim of constructing and developing harmonious and stable labor relations, the law seeks to encourage workers and enterprises to forge communities of shared interests, shared undertakings, a common destiny and a joint mission; it is here that the true value of the law lies. In terms of institutional design, in building a system that categorizes workplace employment, the Labor Contract Law makes a breakthrough in workplace labor relations management and sets up an innovative labor relations management system with Chinese characteristics. Faced with the new normal in labor relations, we should make further progress in strengthening democratic enterprise management, optimizing the developmental environment of business, etc.  相似文献

文章根据供应链风险管理的一般理论,结合我国医药行业的特点和现状,对我国药品供应链的风险管理做了一定的研究。文章首先总结了我国药品供应链的风险因素,然后建立了药品供应链风险管理模型。接着通过一个实际案例,展示了药品供应链管理的全过程。研究表明,我国医药企业可以通过建立供应链风险管理模型提高企业风险管理水平。  相似文献

What are the current intellectual clusters in the sourcing literature? How do these clusters relate to each other? How has sourcing‐related research changed over the last 10 years? We respond to these questions by examining the intellectual structure of research in the sourcing literature across 21 journals during the last decade (1998–2007). Multidimensional scaling is used to analyze cocitation data involving 72,003 citations from 1,960 sourcing articles. The results indicate that 10 different sourcing clusters emerged in the 1998–2002 period and 6 sourcing clusters surfaced in the 2003–2007 period. Five of the intellectual clusters in 1998–2002 disappeared in 2003–2007, five clusters remained, and one new cluster materialized in 2003–2007 that did not exist in the earlier period (Managerial Behavior and Upstream Decision Making).  相似文献

Aftermarket sales and profits are becoming an increasingly important part of an original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) business model. Because replacement parts often do not require further manufacturing, OEMs act as intermediaries in the aftermarket. As with any intermediary, the OEM must concern itself with suppliers disintermediating its supply chain selling replacement parts directly to the OEM's customers. We frame supply chain disintermediation (SCD) as a principal–agent contracting problem between an OEM buyer and a supplier. Hypotheses relate contract conditions, goal incongruence, supplier capabilities and contract enforcement to SCD. The data are collected from the aerospace industry using a multimethod study, combining an Internet‐based survey with archival data. Causal modeling with structural equation modeling (SEM) shows general support for the hypotheses. Particularly, SCD is positively related to buyer–supplier goal incongruence. The agency model offers insights that differ from previous transaction‐cost‐based models of buyer–supplier relationships. OEM buyers with a lucrative aftermarket should consider aligning goals through incentives rather than relying entirely on economic hostages associated with specific assets.  相似文献
