浅谈马克思对思维方式的变革

实践思维方式是马克思哲学把握属于人的世界,理解、诠释和评价一切哲学问题的根本思维方式,是对形而上学哲学思维方式的根本变革。马克思哲学从人的实践活动出发,从现实生活出发,去改造现实世界,以实践作为根据,去理解社会生活的本质和破解形而上学哲学对历史神秘主义的理解。     

A general family of NBU classes of life distributions

In this paper we introduce and study a family of new better than used ageing notions parameterized by a function h. The new better than used , the new better than used of a specified age and the new better than used in total time on test transform order , are special cases of this new family. We study some properties of the new family, and we give some applications of it in actuarial science, reliability theory and statistics.

Smooth tests for the gamma distribution

The gamma distribution is often used to model data with right skewness. Smooth tests of goodness of fit are proposed for this distribution. Their powers are compared with powers of the Anderson–Darling test and tests based on the empirical Laplace transform, the empirical moment generating function and the independence of the mean and coefficient of variation that characterizes the gamma distribution.     

On the small sample estimation of the log odds ratio in 2×2 contingency tables with one set of fixed margins

For the analysis of 2 × 2 contingency tables with one set of fixed margins, a number of authors (e.g. Wolf, 1955; Cox, 1970) have proposed the use of various modified estimators based upon the empirical logistic transform. In this paper the moments of such estimators are considered and their small sample properties are investigated numerically.     

Testing regions with nonsmooth boundaries via multiscale bootstrap

A new class of approximately unbiased tests based on bootstrap probabilities is obtained for the multivariate normal model with unknown expectation parameter vector. The null hypothesis is represented as an arbitrary-shaped region with possibly nonsmooth boundary surfaces such as cones, which appear in, for example, multiple comparisons and hierarchical clustering. The size n^′$n^{\prime }$ of bootstrap samples is intentionally altered from the size n of the data. A scaling-law of the bootstrap probability leads to our bias corrected p  -values which are calculated by extrapolating the bootstrap probability back to n^′=-n$n^{\prime }=-n$. The new method approximates the bootstrap iteration applied to the bootstrap probability.     

科技成果转化的系统特征与运行机制

文章从现代科学技术体系以及生产力发展所需条件的角度,阐明了科技成果转化的内涵,论述了科技成果转化系统具有间接性、阶段性、相关性、整体性和风险性等特征,以及科技成果转化系统的运行机制,包括动力机制、激励机制、利益机制和约束机制。     

社会转型与反邪教--关于预防邪教犯罪的思考

邪教是信仰危机的表现,它不仅危害社会秩序,而且侵犯公民自由,更为严重的是邪教对社会的发展带来了阻碍。因而,培养国民的政治法律信仰,进而铲除邪教,是我们义不容辞的责任。法治的意义为我们指明了反邪教的基本路径,教育的价值为我们提供了反邪教的基础性资源。离开教育的法治只能使法治的希望落空;抛开法治的教育,必然造成对教育资源的极大浪费。因而,在反邪教的征程上,法治和教育应当并驾齐驱,否则,反邪教的代价将更加沉重。     

建筑施工Petri网建模技术研究

本文基于网络计划采用赋时Perri网对施工计划建模进行了研究。Petri网能够以图形方式深刻、简洁地描述系统的动态过程,精确描述事件的顺序、并发和冲突关系,使系统形象化,有利于理解。网络计划技术已经在建筑工程实践中得到了广泛的应用,以网络计划为基础,采用Petri网对施工进度计划进行建模可以有效地降低施工建模的复杂性。本文首先讨论了网络计划和Petri网基本元素的对应关系,然后对Petri网进度计划模型的转变规则进行了研究,采用面向对象的技术分别对模型元素、元素之间的关系、模型的层次和性能评价分析的指标进行了讨论,从而确定了模型转换的机制。最后以具体工程实例说明了Petri网施工进度计划模型的生成,并对模型进行了分析,证明了采用本方法的有效性。     

重叠频分复用系统循环前缀的设计和分析

研究了在时变多径频率选择性衰落信道条件下,重叠频分复用/非正交频分复用系统的离散傅里叶变换实现,并对OvFDM-DFT系统的循环前缀进行了分析和设计,讨论了两种不同的循环前缀设计方法,即普通循环前缀和补零方式循环前缀对系统性能的影响。分析和仿真结果表明,在时变多径频率选择性衰落信道条件下补零方式的循环前缀远好于普通方式的循环前缀,仿真结果也验证了OvFDM符号具有明显的抗衰落性能。
