一战后成立的国际联盟，其思想发轫于欧美资本主义世界，中国社会对其认识经历了一个由陌生到逐渐了解的过程。随着这一认识的深入，中国政府和人民对于国际联盟的成立充满期待，并在行动上积极予以支持。然而，中国加入国联的历程几经波折，其最初期望于国联的公正也未能实现，但中国在国联成立初期的表现仍然具有积极意义。     

Low-risk opportunity recognition from mature technologies for SMEs

It is common that SMEs recognize low-risk technological arbitrage opportunities in mature technologies, enter the global market, and occupy significant market shares. This opportunity is characterized by imitable technology complexity, market insignificance for oligopoly companies, and technology maturity. We propose a new and systematic method to recognize the most appropriate low-risk technological arbitrage opportunities for SMEs. The four-phase opportunity recognition procedure consists of technology complexity analysis, market appropriateness analysis, technology maturity analysis, and organizational fit analysis using empirical measures and analytic tools. An illustrative example of a company searching for technological arbitrage opportunities in semiconductor equipment is provided.

中国古代＂士＂的个体价值之觉醒,以执着地追求＂人知＂为标志,渴望自身的价值被别人注目、理解、接纳,由此形成＂士＂的一种传统。人生价值无非是为＂知＂而活,为＂知＂而死。诗文的发愤而作,其根源不是别的,就是来自个体价值不被人知而导致的内心痛苦乃至心灵创伤。而发言为诗、著书为文,都是为了疏泄内心痛苦,疗救心灵创伤。     

Preparation for Practice: Can Philosophy Have a Place in Helping Students Incorporate the Social Model of Disability Within Their Praxis?

This short paper emerges from an engagement with the paper by Morgan in this special edition which argues that the social model of disability can be viewed as a threshold concept which students struggle to ‘get’. I suggest that introducing social work students to philosophical concepts such as recognition at an early stage of their learning about skills, values and anti-oppressive practice, could facilitate the transition over this disability studies threshold, reducing the potential for ritualised performance instead of true understanding. It will be argued that Honneth's account of recognition in particular can be helpful in reducing the risk of psycho-emotional disablism within professional relationships between social work students and disabled service users. However, I also suggest that encouraging students to engage with philosophical questions about personhood and humanity are crucial to maintaining true anti-oppressive practice at a time of financial cutbacks in social work services.     

《上海》与横光利一的中国观

长篇小说《上海》是横光利一在到访中国后的1931年完成的。这是日本作家唯一一次取材于"五卅运动"创作的小说,同时也被誉为新感觉派文学的集大成之作。近代以后的日本知识分子始终没有停止对半殖民地半封建的中国社会的探寻,小说《上海》实际上是日本知识分子从文学角度观察中国的一个重要方面。     

相互承认与现代国家治理

承认作为一种观念被人们所认知和接受开始于近代,真正的承认应当是平等的相互承认.相互承认有助于消解主客二元的思维模式,有利于社会的团结与稳定,有助于对日益强大的政府进行权力的规范和制约,因而成为现代国家治理的重要范式.基于这一理论范式,现代国家治理应努力构建承认的共同体,建立起基于承认基础上的现代政治认同和现代民主.     

我国多指标综合评价技术与应用研究的回顾与认识

本文详细回顾了三十多年来我国多指标综合评价技术与应用研究的过程与现状,并针对综合评价实践中普遍存在的五个认识误区进行分析,提出了自己的观点。     

Investing in the relationship: practitioners’ relationships with looked‐after children and care leavers in Social Work Practices

Providing more consistent and continuous relationships for looked‐after children and care leavers is a current preoccupation in social work in light of many criticisms of the quality of such relationships. Recommendations for more direct work have spurred new models of service delivery in children's services aimed at improving individual outcomes. Independent Social Work Practices (SWPs), a new organizational model piloted in some areas of England between 2009 and 2012, were established to enable social workers and other practitioners to spend more time in direct work and thus to improve the practitioner/child/young person relationship. This paper uses findings from interviews with 169 children and young people across 11 local authorities and 5 SWPs, undertaken as part of a 3‐year national matched control evaluation of pilot SWPs, to identify key elements of good quality practitioner relationships with children or young people. Focusing on children's and young people's perspectives and experiences, the study demonstrates that more direct work and consistent relationships are valued. The paper deploys Recognition Theory to further understanding of effective practice as defined by children and young people.

论国际民商事判决承认与执行规范的趋同化

民商事判决承认与执行规范的趋同化既是特殊性的普遍化的过程,也是普遍性的特殊化的过程,主要表现在承认与执行外国民商事判决程序的简化、互惠原则的废弃和互惠原则的限制等方面。这是国际民商事关系的发展要求国际民商事判决在跨国间进一步自由流动的结果。我国在对待外国民商事判决方面,应考虑进一步简化程序,特别是在司法上,应采用真正的法律上的互惠原则。
