论马克思理论的逻辑起点与出发点

马克思理论的逻辑起点是“本质的人”,出发点是“现实的人”。马克思理论的出发点和逻辑起点的区分,标志了马克思思维方式的彻底变革,为马克思理论的产生和形成奠定了科学的基础。同时,它对我们深化理解马克思理论和构建社会主义和谐社会来说有着极其重要的理论和实践意义。

20世纪30年代中国民族主义思潮的高涨,不免与五四新文化运动以来占据思想界主流位置的种种世界主义的主张形成一种紧张的对峙.《独立评论》围绕"如何树立民族信心"的讨论,正是这一"紧张对峙"的反映.通过对这一讨论的内容、背景及其与"本位文化"论战的关联等多方面的梳理,试图展示以胡适为代表的"西化"派学人在国难日渐深重、民族主义情绪日渐高昂的现实面前的坚持、妥协和困窘,以及20世纪30年代中国思想界各种思潮既对立又相通的生动复杂的面相.     

ON MODELING ADVERTISING PULSING DECISIONS

Based on empirical findings in the literature, sales response to advertising pulsing policy (APP) is modeled mathematically. The implications for APP are discussed. This policy is compared with an alternative policy of uniform expenditures (UAP), a commonly used strategy. The results of the research indicate that substantial savings in advertising budget or an increase in sales revenues may be achieved for a firm using APP.     

关于广西社会主义新农村建设的几个问题及其对策

广西是我国经济社会发展相对滞后的地区之一,也是我国社会主义新农村建设任务更为艰巨的地区之一。由于多方面的原因,广西的社会发展相对滞后,进一步提高农村生产劳动力、创造力和可持续发展能力问题,是建设社会主义新农村必须面对的一个重要课题。为了更快更好地建设我区的社会主义新农村,使我区农村生产更加发展、农民生活更加富裕,乡风更加文明,村容更加整洁,管理更加民主,我们必须对我区的农业产业化问题、农民专业合作经济组织问题、新型农民培养造就问题等进行研究和探讨。     

SPECIFICATION AND ESTIMATION OF LOGICALLY CONSISTENT LINEAR MODELS

The implications of constrained dependent and independent variables for model parameters are examined. In the context of linear model systems, it is shown that polyhedral constraints on the dependent variables will hold over the domain of the independent variables when a set of polyhedral constraints is satisfied by the model parameters. This result may be used in parameter estimation, in which case all predicted values of the dependent variables are consistent with constraints on the actual values. Also, the implicit constraints that define the set of parameters for many commonly used linear stochastic models with an error term yield values of the dependent variables consistent with the explicit constraints. Models possessing these properties are termed “logically consistent”.     

A Framework for Enabling Evidence-based Practice in Allied Health

Evidence-based practice (EBP) is upheld as best practice in health and human services but there is a need for more research on how this approach can be enabled in day-to-day practice. This qualitative study examined EBP with allied health managers and practitioners in a health service network (n = 17). The findings highlight the systemic nature of EBP and the extent to which it involves both individual and environmental attributes. Individual attributes include clear understanding of EBP, relevant knowledge and skills, and motivation and passion. Environmental attributes are the presence of an organisational culture that values and prioritises EBP and an integrated mix of research support services, professional development activities, supervision and mentorship, and university partnerships. Theoretical frameworks can be useful for making sense of complex processes, planning, and evaluating change. Therefore, the findings are presented as a framework incorporating reflective questions relating to the elements identified as enabling EBP.     

明清回族进士考略(五)

本文考证了明清时期浙江以及镶黄旗6位进士的生平、事迹及其家世,重点考述了嘉善大姓丁氏。丁氏一族自宋至今千有余年,人才辈出,如明南都工部尚书丁宾、清初诗人丁澎、云贵总督丁思孔,均出自丁氏。丁氏一族来自西域极有可能。本文还提出丁氏可能为宋时入华的中亚国王所非尔之余脉的观点,为进一步深入研究提供了重要的线索。     

国外教师差别行为的研究现状与展望

近年来国外对教师差别行为的研究取得了较大的成就。文章从差别行为的研究范式、结构与测量及研究内容三个方面对该领域的现状进行描述,并在此基础上对该现象的未来发展趋势进行展望,以期人们能更好地把握该领域的发展轮廓,推动该领域的研究与发展。
