论少数民族预科学生创新能力的培养

少数民族预科生是指在进入大学本科前进行1-2年预科学习的少数民族学生。本文以西南民族大学少数民族预科学生的现状分析为基础,分析了影响少数民族预科学生创新能力提高的原因,并从身心素质、科学文化素质、思想道德素质与实践能力等方面提出了培养创新能力的方法及途径。     

思政课在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用

围绕充分发挥思政课在大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育中的作用,文章通过对社会主义核心价值体系教育在思政课中的定位分析,强调了在思想上用社会主义核心价值体系统领整个思政课教学这一教育理念确立的重要性。同时,针对目前思政课教材的现状,提出了进一步加强思政课教材建设的基本思路,并联系现实从几个主要方面对思政课教学改革作了初步探讨。     

在校大学生对“村官”计划的参与意愿、参与动机及影响因素研究——以南京财经大学为例

大学生“村官”计划不仅是促进大学生就业的有效方式,更是加强社会主义新农村建设的战略举措。近几年来,在中央和地方政府的高度关注和有力推动下,广大在校大学生参与大学生“村官”计划的热情持续高涨。在校大学生的理性参与是“村官”计划顺利实施的内在动力。研究在校大学生对于“村官”计划的参与意愿、参与动机及其影响因素,将有助于进一步明确国家、高校、社会各方的职责定位,推动大学生“村官”计划的制度性建设。     

网络时代学生工作的探索与思考

计算机网络的应用已经相当普及,利用好网络对学生进行正确的引导和管理是高校教育工作者的一个新课题。笔者利用现有的网络信息资源,对学生管理的实现进行了探索和尝试,取得了良好效果。     

顾颉刚与回族学人黎光明的师生情谊与学术传承--以《顾颉刚日记》《顾颉刚书信集》为中心的考察

黎光明是顾颉刚在中山大学最得意的学生之一,也是民国时期一位颇具传奇色彩的学人。顾颉刚与黎光明的师生情谊与学术传承,虽辗转粤、京、赣、川多地而未曾稍衰,体现在引入学术研究之门、奠定学术成长之基、"拉回学术研究之轨"等方面。文章根据《顾颉刚日记》《顾颉刚书信集》及相关史料,略述顾颉刚与黎光明的师生交谊,再现一代文史大家如何对待和培养学术传人的生动过程,展示传奇回族学人黎光明的人生轨迹与学术历程。     

学运与党争:以1937年北平"五四事件"为中心

"一二九'运动以后,北平学界发生分裂,最终形成了新、旧学联两大学生团体对立的局面.在1937年5月4日北平师范大学举行的五四纪念扩大会议上,新、旧学联发生流血冲突,并进而引发了北平文化界的纷争.之后,在有关方面的调停之下,文化界"息争",学生运动也渐趋统一.从"五四事件"之发生、经过及其影响来看,北平学界之分裂、统一与当时国、共两党之间的政治互动息息相关.     

Reflective practice and learning from mistakes in social work student placement

ABSTRACT

Student placement is a fundamental component of social work education and an important space where to build critically self-reflective practitioners. Students learn from their reflection on their experience and their mistakes are a powerful opportunity to go behind the surface of events and understand the essence of the profession. This article will present some results from the analysis carried out on the reflective writing of a group of social work students who describe and reflect on the most significant mistakes they made in their field practice using a reflective framework developed for errors and failures. The main results of this experience are illustrated with special focus on the impact and on the emotions, the relationships with service users and the assessment of the cases. Students are often so concentrated on looking at their responsibility that they become almost blind to the systems and interactions that contribute to the negative outcomes of their actions. Social work education programs should emphasize the importance of structured reflective habits and promote the culture of responsibility instead of the ‘blame culture’, that is probably the strongest obstacle to learning from mistakes and preventing their repetition in the future.     

Student portfolios as windows into intercultural knowledge and knowing

This research paper deals with intercultural knowledge and knowing as displayed in higher education student portfolios. The portfolios were written by student pairs taking a global education course at Centria University of Applied Sciences, Finland, during seven academic years. Conceptual metaphor theory and metaphor analysis were utilised to explore intercultural knowledge and knowing in the portfolio texts. The study is one of the few metaphor analyses conducted in the context of intercultural/global education. For the analysis, we selected a sample of student portfolios that represented both degree-taking students and exchange students. In this study, interculturality was defined as interaction of people representing various cultural backgrounds, world-views and identities. The research questions were the following: What conceptual metaphors and metonymies do the students utilise when writing about culture and interculturality? What main conceptions of culture and interculturality do the metaphors and metonymies reflect? In the result section of this paper, we provide citations of portfolio text to discuss the four most frequently occurring metaphors and metonymies. We also discuss our interpretations about the underlying conceptions of culture and their significance for the practice of intercultural education.     

论大学生就业指导与思想政治教育的切合点

开展大学生就业指导,是加强和改进高校思想政治教育的有效途径之一,是解决当代大学生成长与发展面临的思想问题和实际问题的重要举措。在实际工作中,将大学生就业指导与思想政治教育相结合,把大学生关注的就业问题作为思想政治教育的切入点,是加强大学生思想政治教育针对性、实效性的重要手段。高校学生思想政治教育工作者应积极探索就业指导与思想政治教育工作紧密结合的切合点,开创高校学生工作的新局面。
