Evidence,incidence, gender and age in sexual abuse of children perpetrated by children. Towards a developmental analysis of child sexual abuse

This paper describes a study of all children alleged to have sexually abused children in the city of Liverpool during a 12-month period. The nature of the evidence in the allegations is reviewed and each designated as ‘stronger’ or ‘weaker’. On this basis annual incidence figures are calculated for children being investigated as possibly or probably having abused another child. Systematic age banding of child perpetrators is extended to a similar age banding of alleged adult perpetrators. An adolescent is more than twice as likely to be suspected of having perpetrated CSA than any other comparable age band in adulthood or childhood. This emphasizes a developmental perspective on sexual offending across the lifespan.     

The Government–Third Sector Interface in Québec

In this paper, the authors analyze different forms of interface between the government and third sector organizations in Québec. In order to do so, they studied relationships in eight different fields of activity: homeless youth services, housing for intellectually deficient people, support organizations for natural caregivers, community leisure centers, community housing for the elderly, daycare centers, social economy organizations for domestic assistance, and services specializing in employment for handicapped people. Following a review of international literature on the relationship between the government and the third sector, the paper analyzes these relationships on the basis of the typology developed by Jennifer M. Coston, which is adapted to the Québécois context. In the eight activity sectors studied, the authors found the presence of four different types of interface between the government and the third sector: “subcontracting,” “coexistence,” “supplementarity,” and “co-construction” relationships.

中国何来“轴心时代”?(上)

雅斯贝斯的"轴心时代"理论在20世纪80年代介绍到中国时,正值中国社会处于一个特殊的转折时期。雅斯贝斯将人类历史划分为史前、古代文明、轴心时代和科技时代四个基本阶段,其中,第三阶段以公元前500年为中心,东西方同时或独立地产生了中国、印度、巴勒斯坦和希腊四个轴心文明。虽然这一理论具有反西方中心论的意味,但也必须注意到,在雅斯贝斯所划分的整个人类历史上,只有中华文明跨越着全部四个阶段,埃及和美索不达米亚文明到第二阶段绝灭了,古希腊文明则在第三阶段才开始。追溯民初以来学者早已开始的东西文明比较,更多关注的是在古埃及、古巴比伦、古印度和中华文明的第二阶段上。20世纪初兴起的疑古思潮将中国古史"砍掉一半"、"打个对折","轴心时代"理论则恢复了晚周诸子学的合法性,但它同时继续漠视三代王官学,而三代王官学正是晚周诸子学乃至整个中华文化的源头。"轴心时代"理论与中华文明对接中的偏差,其影响将是流与源的颠倒、反题与正题的倒置和各期学术史的逐次错位。

东北旧石器时代的古人类、古文化与古环境

东北地区出土的旧石器时代人类化石、文化遗物和动物化石材料十分丰富。研究结果表明,早在中更新世时期人类就已居住在中国东北的南部地区,到了晚更新世已基本遍布东北各地,中国东北很可能是古人类及其文化向东北亚地区分布和传播的必经之路。东北地区的旧石器文化分属于早、中、晚三个不同的时期,自身特点鲜明,依制作工艺可区分为大石器、小石器、细石器三个不同的工业类型。东北地区的旧石器时代环境几经变迁,古气候出现了温暖湿润、寒冷干燥、温凉湿润、寒冷干燥四个不同阶段,相应产生的森林植被景观是森林—森林草原、干旱或半干旱草原、疏林草原和森林草原。

大数据时代的到来为社会主义核心价值观传播带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,基于大数据时代下社会主义核心价值观传播范式的表现形态、成因和利弊得失,可以明晰大数据时代社会主义核心价值观传播的逻辑进路,包括传播主体从主导范式到参与范式,传播方式从宣传范式到沟通范式的转变等,从而进一步确立大数据时代社会主义核心价值观传播方式创新的实践策略。     

“The Day All of the Different Parts of Me Can Come Along”: Intersectionality and U.S. Third World Feminism in the Poetry of Pat Parker and Willyce Kim

This article brings to light the poetry of Pat Parker and Willyce Kim, two key figures within the 1970s and ‘80s women in print movement. While Parker and Kim have been rightly placed within African-American and Asian-American histories, respectively, and working-class and lesbian-feminist literary histories, their work is most fully understood within the context of U.S. Third World Feminism. Through close readings of poetic form and content in addition to engagement with current debates about intersectionality as a methodology, the article links Kim and Parker's works to central contributions of U.S. Third World Feminism such as intersectionality and power across and within difference that continue to influence feminist theory today.     

老年安全:一个需要重视的问题

普京的“俄罗斯新思想”是在苏联解体,社会主义意识形态被否定;90年代激进改革失败导致社会动荡、混乱,导致无政府主义盛行,使俄罗斯再度陷入危机状况下提出的。俄罗斯新思想的内容包括爱国主义、强国意识、国家观念和社会团结四个方面。俄罗斯新思想的特征是,全人类共同价值观和俄罗斯传统价值观的合成体。
