"美国新基督教右翼"的概念及相关问题研究——兼评国内学界同类研究

近年来,国内关于美国新基督教右翼问题的研究很多.然而,这些研究不但在一些概念的理解上存在某种歧义,而且在相关的研究中还存在一些认识问题.其中包括:右翼与宗教右翼的联系与区别,福音派与基要派的联系与区别,保守派与宗教保守派的联系与区别,教派与教派运动的联系与区别等等.     

毒品问题与九十年代的美拉关系

20世纪九十年代,拉美和美国的毒品问题都很突出,前者是世界毒品的主要产地,后者是世界最大的毒品消费市场,双方在各自采取措施加强反毒斗争的同时也不断进行合作,联合扫毒,但由于双方扫毒的侧重点不同,以及美国的霸权主义行径,导致双方不断发生冲突,这将继续影响今后双方的关系。     

How changes in price and salary affect economic satisfaction: Information integration models and inference processes

Preliminary studies demonstrated the interactive effects of changes in salary and inflation rate on feelings of personal satisfaction, and showed that the effects of price increases in different cost categories could he described by a weighted average model. Participants in the main study were presented with varying hypothetical economic situations which included salary changes (raises) as well as specific price changes. A ratio model was found to describe how raise levels and price increases were combined. The rationality of this model was discussed in terms of how variations in price and income would affect the amount of a given commodity that could he purchased. On some trials only partial information was presented. Low ratings of personal satisfaction were produced when information about raises was missing, and high ratings were produced when information about price increases was missing. These results were discussed in terms of inferences people make when a key source of information is missing.     

Identification of mother-child interaction patterns:: A longitudinal evaluation of early age intervention effects on early adolescents

Evidence is offered that meaningful patterns of mother-child interaction could be detected in families more than 10 years after a family-centered, early age, preventive intervention. The interactions of mother-child dyads in a situational test during the child's early adolescence were examined for three experimental conditions: a lower socioeconomic experimental group that participated in the intervention for approximately 2 years, an untreated lower socioeconomic, and an untreated upper middle socioeconomic control group.Factor analyses of family interaction measures revealed three factors, which were called Democratic-Participatory Interaction, Mixed Dominance Interaction, and Mother Controlled Interaction. Separate ANOVAS based on factor scores were performed for each factor. Both the intervention group and the middle socioeconomic comparison group were significantly higher than in the lower socioeconomic comparison group in the first factor.

20世纪30年代前后的美日关系一直处于激烈的争斗之中,美国在日本的挑战面前,一直是退让、妥协、犹豫不决,尽量避免同日本发生直接冲突。正是由于美国对日政策的无所作为,助长了日本政府的侵略气焰,并让美国付出了惨重的代价。因此,这一时期美国的对日政策是美国外交政策中的一大败笔。     

Economic evaluation of an agricultural sector investment program: A case study for Peru

An evaluation of a sector-wide investment program differs in important respects from an evaluation of an individual project. First, the program as a whole is likely to have more than a marginal effect on production and trade levels and other variables, and so the returns to any one project depend on which other projects are included in the program. Therefore the evaluation of all projects in the program must be carried out jointly. Second in many cases Policy makers may judge alternative program designs according to a multiplicity of criteria, explicitly or implicity. Hence the project identification stage of work is more useful if it takes into account the multiple criteria. This paper reports an experience in constructing and applying a model for the design and evaluation of a sector-wide agricultural investment program. Emphasis is placed on the ways in which such a model may be used. In the course of the applications discussed here, policy makers' preference weights among alternative goals were elicited, but even without such information a model-based exercise can be helpful in the design of a sector investment program.

美国赠地学院的发展,促成了高等教育社会服务职能的诞生,为美国高等教育甚至世界高等教育的发展作出了重大贡献。美国赠地学院的办学特色非常鲜明,实用和技术主义的办学思想促进了教学、科研和社会服务三结合的高等教育体制的形成,以及政府对赠地学院建设所给予的资助等,都是我国高职教育发展过程值得学习和借鉴的地方。     

Pitfalls in planning: Contrasting perspectives on mental health and corporate planning

Planning is a management activity that has been linked to high quality services, organizational growth, and in austere times, to organizational survival. The present study was undertaken to identify the critical barriers that inhibit or derail effective planning. It was predicted that human service and corporate managers would generally agree about the most and least important planning pitfalls in their systems. Discrepancies would be related to differences in the structural characteristics of organizations in the two sectors. Rankings made by 57 senior mental health administrators of the most and least important pitfalls in planning were contrasted with those of 159 corporate executives. Substantial agreement between the two groups of executives was found.
