摩梭走婚:一种法律社会学分析

不能简单地以好坏来评判摩梭人走婚,但这并不妨碍我们从法人类学和法律社会学的角度更深入地认识它。走婚是男不娶、女不嫁,男女终身都在自己的母系家庭里,由男子的"走"而实现的婚姻。无论作为习惯法还是本土资源,走婚制都将对法制现代化建设发挥重要作用,同时也给社会带来安定与和谐。走婚制在很长的一段时间内不会消亡,只有当它不能再与社会融合的时候才会被取代。

通过蒙古族克什克腾部的社会文化变迁的个案分析,阐明蒙古族传统游牧社会变迁的历史过程和现实状况,很有意义,值得研究。重点是看新的生活生产方式对当地人是否真的适应,目的是让主流社会的人更能了解蒙古人的生活方式及形成那种方式的环境条件。希望通过这种了解,克服自己头脑中认为他们愚昧无知的偏见。

Iranian EFL teachers’ beliefs and perspectives on incorporating culture in EFL classes

ABSTRACT

Researcher and teacher beliefs towards culture and teaching culture have changed over the last decade. Nowadays, the main objective of language teachers has shifted from teaching communicative competence to intercultural communicative competence. The purpose of this study was to investigate the beliefs and perspectives of a number of Iranian EFL teachers towards incorporating culture teaching into their classrooms. More specifically, the study strived to reveal what Iranian EFL teachers thought about the concept of culture, what cultural information they focused on in their classes, and what obstacles they believed should be removed in order to allocate more time to culture teaching in their classes. The non-random purposive sampling method was used to select the participants for this study. A total number of 10 Iranian EFL teachers with a PhD degree in Applied Linguistics participated in this study. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview and a closed-ended questionnaire based on a 5-point scale. The main finding of this study indicated that even though the Iranian EFL teachers favoured including cultural information in their classes, a number of obstacles prevented them from teaching culture in their English classes. Implications for further study have been provided in the article.     

幼儿园园长家园合作理念现状及其领导力提升

园长的家园合作领导力是实现幼儿园良性家园互动合作的关键，也是幼儿园管理走向现代化的决定性要素。本研究基于《幼儿园园长专业标准》，聚焦园长的家园合作理念，随机抽取来自全国各地区的98名园长进行问卷调查，发现园长家园合作的理念不同程度上存在着理解片面、意识缺失等问题。因此，园长要提升家园合作领导力。从价值领导出发，强化公共服务意识，建立家园合作共同愿景，营造互动合作氛围；从结构领导出发，完善园内家园合作的体制机制，指引幼儿园由家园互动走向家园社联动；同时，园长还应促进教师家园合作能力的提升。     

Rhetoric and Etiological Beliefs About Sexuality: Reader Responses to Cynthia Nixon’s New York Times Interview

In 2012, the U.S. actress Cynthia Nixon was quoted in the New York Times Magazine as having stated that “for me, it [being gay] is a choice. I understand that for many people it’s not, but for me it’s a choice, and you don’t get to define my gayness for me.” The interview attracted international media attention and public criticism by lesbian and gay activists. This article suggests a rhetorical approach to understanding etiological beliefs and provides a discursive analysis of 198 online comments by readers of Pink News, a gay news Web site that reported on Nixon’s controversial interview. This article explores common arguments used in readers’ comments about Nixon and examines the rhetorical construction of sexuality. The analysis examines three themes within the data. First, biological essentialism was treated by many readers as common knowledge; second, readers suggested that only bisexuals have “choice”; and, third, it was suggested by both Nixon’s critics and her supporters that counterarguments colluded with homophobia. The article suggests that there is an ideological dilemma whereby both “born-this-way” and “choice” arguments can be understood as colluding with anti-gay prejudice.     

基于主观博弈的皖南与皖北旅游产业合作研究

论文运用主观博弈理论对皖南与皖北旅游产业合作进行分析,建立了旅游产业合作的主观博弈模型.研究表明,皖南与皖北旅游产业合作的初始域开始出现,皖南与皖北参与人要扩大旅游合作的共有信念,博弈域环境的诱发性变化亦在一定程度上加速了旅游合作共有信念的形成.最后,提出了促进皖南与皖北旅游产业合作的建议.     

实践场域下免费师范生教师信念发展研究

目前教师教育的方向已从外显教学行为的养成转变为探索如何培养教师积极正面的教师信念,而疏离实践是目前我国师范生教师信念培养“效果不彰”的主要原因。自国家免费师范教育政策实施以来,免费师范生作为一个相对特殊的群体也越来越受到人们的关注。因此,探讨如何在实践场域提升与发展免费师范生的教师信念有其必要性。     

Continuous Implementation

In this paper, we introduce a notion of continuous implementation and characterize when a social choice function is continuously implementable. More specifically, we say that a social choice function is continuously (partially) implementable if it is (partially) implementable for types in the model under study and it continues to be (partially) implementable for types “close” to this initial model. Our results show that this notion is tightly connected to full implementation in rationalizable strategies.
