通过城市老年人居住意向的问卷调查 ,归纳出老年人的理想居住模式 ,在此基础上提出“新居住区空间结构模式设想”,以此探讨理论研究与设计实践相结合的途径。“以人为设计的主体 ,以人的需求为设计的依据”是本文试图传达的理念     

势能模式与内江市区位优势研究

运用潜能模式建立了城市区位优势比较的定量化模型，并对内江与绵阳、乐山的区位势能值进行了计算与比较．结果表明，内江的区位势能值明显高于划入成都平原经济圈的绵阳、乐山．由此得出结论：内江市具备四川省优先开发的区位优势条件．     

Child Abuse on the Internet: Ending the Silence

The Melbourne Health (MH) Social Work Residential Care Team (RCT) was established in 2002 as a new and innovative approach to aged care. The service employs three full-time social workers and an Allied Health assistant with previous experience in aged care. The RCT works across the MH continuum of care with inpatients recommended for residential care. The service is predominantly patient- and family-focused, but is also consultative to meet the education needs of MH staff and the community. This paper discusses the MH Social Work Residential Care model, reviews data collected since RCT implementation and the benefits shown for patients, their families and interdisciplinary staff. This paper discusses pressures and factors that impinge on the ability to discharge patients to residential care and explores recommendations for ongoing clinical practice as well as recommendations that the RCT has submitted to management for further consideration.     

城市仓储型物流企业区位选择——以嘉里大通物流广州分公司为例

城市仓储型物流企业区位选择是一个复杂问题，是内部因素和外部因素共同作用的结果。为提高选址的科学性与实用性，需要综合考虑地理位置、自然条件、交通、基础设施等多种因素。本文以嘉里大通物流有限公司广州分公司的仓库选址为例，从宏观和微观的不同尺度，以案例分析为主线，在梳理企业发展现状的基础上，通过宏观层面的仓库定位分析和微观层次的仓库选址分析，运用加权评分法，最终确定符合企业和市场需求的最佳仓库区位，旨在为相关仓储企业选址提供参考和借鉴。     

Combined estimate of a location parameter

In this paper, we revisit the problem of combining estimates of location considered by Cohen (1976). Our results unify and strengthen the results of Cohen (1976), Bhattacharya (1981) and Akai (1982).     

Elder Abuse in Residential Settings in Israel—Myth or Reality?

ABSTRACT

The article tries to answer the question: Is elder abuse in residential care in Israel a myth or a reality? A broad definition of abuse was used, including the ‘classical’ forms presented in the literature, and also violation of rights and any act that infringes on quality of life of residents. As no data exist which directly explored this issue, the analysis was based on: recent laws mandating the report of abuse, governmental surveillance data, court cases, media clippings, and data from quality of life studies. Findings reveal that abuse in its ‘classical’ form exists only in a limited number of small private unlicensed facilities. However, when using the broader definition, abuse is a reality in many settings, exercised mainly by nurses' aides.     

Equivariant prediction in finite populations

A theory of equivariant prediction is developed for predicting the population total in finite populations. Minimum risk equivariant predictors (MREP) are derived under the location, scale and locationscale superpopulation models. Under the general linear model, it is shown that the best(linear) unbiased predictor (B(L)UP) is an MREP.     

岱山岛古迹考二则

岱山古泗洲堂是古代舟山群岛的重要对外海上交通渡口,其所处位置历来多有争论,<岱山古泗洲堂考证>以<参天台五台山记>等日本古籍为依据,结合实地考证,认为其址在今泥峙江窑村下张家一带.岱山书院在岱山历史发展中占有重要地位,<南宋岱山书院觅踪>对岱山书院的建立过程、院址及规模等作了较深入研究.     

基于可拓理论的粮食物流中心选址研究

综合运用可拓决策方法、聚类分析、重心法，建立了基于可拓理论的粮食物流中心选址模型。将选址过程中的矛盾问题转换为相容问题进行研究，使选址结果更为合理。以山东省为例论证了模型求解方法的可行性。该模型还可应用到其它省乃至全国来进行粮食物流中心的选址决策，在实际应用中具备可操作性。     

政府在公路建设中的定位与作用研究

针对公路建设过程中政府定位不准确,职能发挥不当的问题,明确政府的职能作用,合理定 位政府角色,准确处理政府与建设市场的关系,同时提出政府职能作用合理发挥应采取的措施。
