论整体性、逻辑性方法在《马克思主义基本原理概论》课教学中的运用

《马克思主义基本原理概论》课是中共中央宣传部、国家教育部规定的全国本科院校必须开设的一门新的课程，如何上好这门新课，使它成为最受学生欢迎并终身受益的课程，这是高校思想政治理论课教学改革迫切需要解决的一个重要课题。而解决这个重要课题的突破口就是教学方法的改革。笔者认为，整体性、逻辑性教学方法则是讲授这门新课较为有效的方法。

书法创作是一件复杂的事。在整个创作过程中,作者必须做到:一、文字内容上,要选择好诗妙词和佳文警句;二、创作条件上,要抓住能使作者神融笔畅的"五合交臻";三、艺术风格上,要吸收融合多种风格因素;四、书法成品上,要既重视神采,也重视形质。     

大学计算机基础教育分级教学改革模式探析简

针对目前大学生计算机基础知识和操作技能水平不一、需求不同的现实情况,提出了我校大学计算机基础教育分级教学改革思路,充分体现了因材施教、分类指导的教育原则,并在分级教学前期准备、教学内容、重难点把握和成绩评定等方面做了研究。     

The Influence of Weather Conditions on the Relative Incident Rate of Fishing Vessels

There is a long history of studying the relationship between weather and maritime activities. This article analyzes the link between relative incident rate (RIR) and general weather factors within certain gridded areas and time periods. The study area, which encompasses a broad extent of Atlantic Canadian waters, includes fishing incidents recorded by the Canadian Coast Guard from 1997 to 1999. Methodologies used for traffic track generation in a geographical information system and aggregation of all relevant weather data needed for the statistical analyses are presented. Ultimately, a regression tree was built to illustrate the relationship between incident rate and the following six weather factors: wave height; sea surface temperature; air temperature; ice concentration; fog presence; and precipitation. Results from the regression tree reveal that the RIR defined as (incident number per area-day)/(traffic amount per area-day) across grid cells with incidents, increases as the weather conditions deteriorate in a general way, and the concentration of ice has the biggest influence on the magnitude of incident rates for a given level of traffic exposure. The results from this analysis may assist administrators of maritime traffic, especially those associated with fishing activities, through a better understanding of the influence on RIR of certain weather conditions within given areas in specific time periods.     

《基础力学〉教学现代化改革的探讨

文章从教材结构，教学内容，教学方法及现代化教学辅助手段这三方面，阐述了《基础力学》两现代化教改的探讨及该课程改革后能得到的效果。     

辽河东部凸起C—P 页岩气聚集地质条件

通过对辽河坳陷东部凸起已钻探井的录井、测井及岩芯资料的系统分析，结合目的层段样品的有机地化及实验测试结果分析，认为东部凸起上古生界石炭—二叠系暗色泥岩单层厚度较大，空间分布广泛稳定，有机质类型以III型干酪根为主，丰度指标高（TOC>2.0%），热演化程度高（Ro=1.5%2.6%），具备形成页岩气藏的源岩条件；暗色泥岩有机碳含量高为吸附态页岩气提供了丰富的载体，微裂缝的发育为游离态页岩气提供了良好储集空间；同时泥岩石英矿物含量高（平均SiO2>40%），岩性较脆易形成裂缝，符合工程压裂条件要求，部分已钻探井在石炭系—二叠系暗色泥岩段普遍存在气测全烃异常，预示东部凸起上古生界石炭—二叠系具有较大的页岩气勘探潜力。     

精神病人适用附条件不起诉制度初探

若将社会中时常发生的限制刑事责任能力的精神病人实施的轻微犯罪案件的这类主体纳入到附条件不起诉制度的视野内,则会有效地对刑事案件进行程序分流,节约司法资源。同时要求其积极接受精神治疗,以防止其再次危害社会。因此,有必要以实证的眼光对涉嫌犯罪的精神病人适用附条件不起诉制度进行探讨,以发挥该制度应有的价值功能。     

论高校建设学习型党组织应遵循的基本原则

高等院校建设学习型政党必须重点坚持和把握好对建设主体进行积极的引导性原则、健全建设机制的系统性原则、搭建建设平台的实效性原则、完善学习型党组织建设的自觉性原则，惟此，才能充分激发个体成员的学习热情，充分调动学习的积极性、创造性，使学习产生出凝聚力和战斗力，不断提升素质、强化能力、提高执政能力。     

La légalisation de l'emploi occasionnel en Hongrie

En Hongrie, à l'origine, la loi sur l'emploi occasionnel de 1997 visait à légaliser, en appliquant une procédure simplifiée, les relations d'emploi des particuliers en tant qu'employeurs. Après maintes utilisations abusives, cette forme d'emploi très souple est toutefois étendue à tous les employeurs, avec notamment une augmentation du nombre de jours de travail autorisés, une réduction drastique des cotisations de sécurité sociale et d'importants avantages fiscaux. Les objectifs étaient ainsi de réduire le chmage et l'incidence du travail illicite en repoussant les limites de l'emploi formel, mais aucun n'a été atteint. Au contraire, selon les auteurs, la tentative de flexicurité a considérablement augmenté la vulnérabilité des travailleurs.
