论“第三国贸易”资本的质和量

本文提出 “第三国贸易”这一概念， 是指将本国资本投向外国并完全在国外产销经营的一种跨国经贸业务。中国目前的经济发展较快、较稳定， 并呈现出 “可持续发展”的良好势头。我国在大力发育、发展和繁荣国内市场经济的同时， 也应该寻找机会发展 “第三国贸易”， 为创建具有中国特色的跨国公司大厦打好基础。本文对 “第三国贸易”资本的质量特征， 从其信息特征、技术特征、管理特征和社会氛围特征等方面进行了论证； 对其资本的数量界定， 作者根据我国外贸的现状， 从 “静态标准”和 “动态标准”方面进行了可操作性的探讨； 以寻觅我国在这种高风险、高报酬的资本经营中的成功之路。本文意在抛砖引玉， 为中国早日跻身世界经济强国之林出谋划策     

语势与取势:庞德《代马不思越》译诗研究

庞德<代马不思越>译诗以语势为尚,在音象、义象、形象上取势:在音象上,译诗注重音韵,头韵、元韵丰富;较多运用双元音、长元音,节奏平稳而舒缓;大量使用流音/l/、鼻音/m/、/n/及摩擦音/s/、/z/、/f/、/v/以烘托凄凉气氛;注重节奏,注重节奏的重复与平衡.在义象上,庞德对不同的诗句采取不同的翻译策略,有时发挥译者主体性,改译原诗句;有时极大地忠实于费氏笔记,进行逐字式直译.在形象上,庞德创造性翻译意象,实验意象并置手法.

艰难的历程:20世纪80年代以来入城农民的文学镜像

20世纪80年代以后,中国城与乡的关系发生着急剧变化,一个特殊的群体应运而生,这就是入城的农民。这个群体有着自己合理的梦想和追求,又有着特殊历史条件赋予他们的特殊的身份负担。这个特殊的身份决定了他们边缘化的地位。他们只能挣扎在城与乡的夹缝中。正因为如此,这个群体的生存与命运就成了城乡关系变迁的晴雨表。而对这一现象的关注和思索从某种程度上也反映了当时中国人所达到的思想水平。通过《哦,香雪》、《人生》、《浮躁》、《愤怒》等文本的分析来呈现中国底层农民在城市中走过的艰难历程,并通过这一文学镜像,呈现作为一个时期思想水平的代表———作家思想的成长。     

回归后五十年香港和澳门渐进政治发展战略及其制度兼容性问题

在"一个国家,两种制度"战略思想的指导下,香港和澳门顺利回归祖国.回归十多年来,在"一国两制"框架内,港澳通过渐进政治发展取得了民主政治的巨大进步.港澳回归后50年里,大陆生活方式会接近港澳,政治体制也会有所改变,但政治制度不会有大变化,即继续保持社会主义政治制度.所以,从三地的相互关系角度看,回归后的50年里,一要继续推行"一国两制",让港澳有不同于大陆的特殊的政治安排;二要保持港澳与大陆政治发展的渐进性和制度的相互兼容性,努力避免制度的严重矛盾和冲突.它对于大中华地区(大陆、香港、澳门、台湾)长远的政治发展、政治稳定和政治整合有着十分重要的意义.     

Are fire services ‘extremely gendered’ organizations? Examining the Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Australia

Emergency management organizations often have military‐based histories and continue to maintain militaristic styles of operation. Similar to the military, these organizations tend to be male dominated and culturally masculinized. The militarization and masculinization of rural fire services in Australia are generally unrecognized but highly important elements defining these organizations, and the example of the Country Fire Authority (CFA) is considered here. Using a cultural artefacts approach, historical and contemporary elements of the CFA's structure and practice are analysed using the concept of an ‘extremely gendered’ organization, with a focus on how the CFA is structurally and culturally gendered. We argue there is value in expanding the notion of ‘extremely gendered’ institutions beyond the military, to include other militarized organizations. Doing so not only helps to better understand and address resistance to change and gender equality measures, it also draws attention to the important role that such organizations play in the greater patriarchal order.     

Gympie’s country music Muster: Creating a cultural economy from a local tradition

This paper provides an historical analysis of the National Country Music Muster, a country music festival held in a forest outside of Gympie, a town in rural southeast Queensland, Australia, between the period 1982 and 2006 (the first twenty-five years of the event). This article analyses the origins of the Muster, demonstrating how local events are often developed as a result of regional traditions and assets, or ‘countryside capital’ (Garrod et al., 2006). While this countryside capital was used to develop the Muster, this paper will demonstrate the event created its own capital, which the Gympie community has then utilised. The Muster has enabled the development of community capacity in three key ways: community not-for-profit groups have received increased income through participation as volunteers at the Muster; collaborative efforts between groups have developed senses of community on site; and the Muster has fostered social capital development by encouraging volunteer groups to work on site, all of which, of course, ensures the Muster continues to operate. Additionally, the Muster has provided the impetus for the creation of two country music focused cultural institutions in Gympie, as well as several spin-off events, which seek to capitalise on the increased traffic through town during the Muster period. Each of these institutions and spin off events has helped embed country music within Gympie’s cultural economy. Further, they provide a clear demonstration of a rural community actively and creatively deploying its cultural capital in order both to buttress itself against fluctuations in the town’s fortunes and to assert a locally relevant country identity.     

上海农村建设有关设施用地指标编制研究

按照目前上海农村建设的实践与要求,在广泛收集上海农村社会、经济和用地数据基础上,提出了一整套适合上海的农村建设有关设施用地指标体系。对该指标体系的研究过程、内容、方法与原则作了介绍,就部分指标的编制方法进行了实证分析。指标体系为今后合理协调农村建设的各项生产、生活和节地之间的关系,做好村庄规划等提供可量化的经济技术依据。     

试论美国非政府组织对香港“一国两制”的介入

美国非政府组织在香港通过发表研究报告、为选举提供技术支持和直接支持香港“泛民主派”的反政府活动来介入香港“一国两制”的实施。美国涉港活动的非政府组织与美国政府有密切的人事关系,这些活动背后有着美国政府在资金方面的庞大支持。为了香港2017年开始的民主选举政治顺利开展和“一国两制”的顺利推进,以及为了中国的国家安全利益,中国政府必须从政治上和法律上采取以下措施：继续坚持“爱国者治港”和“高度自治”原则;鼓励香港建制派深耕基层;落实《基本法》23条立法。
