共青团围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的百年历程及基本经验

作为党的助手和后备军,中国共产主义青年团紧跟党的步伐,围绕党的中心任务,走过了百年辉煌历程。百年来,共青团坚持党的领导,将党领导团正确的方针政策落到实处;坚持改革,不断增强团围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的能力;教育引导青年,重视青年在革命、建设、改革中的作用,在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期、新时代中国特色社会主义建设时期都作出了重要贡献。未来建设中,共青团要不断突出政治性,增强先进性,保持群众性,巩固、夯实、筑牢其围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的领导基础、政治基础和青年群众基础。     

Worldviews or Social Groups as the Source of Moral Value Attitudes: Implications for the Culture Wars Thesis

Individual moral value attitudes are typically explained by reference to social experiences as indicated by social group variables. Contrary to this view, the emergent culture wars perspective claims that two worldviews that transcend social groups are ultimately and fundamentally responsible for moral value attitudes. Although this relationship has been claimed for the general population, it has not been investigated with national representative data. This paper contrasts the worldview and social group explanations by examining the relative importance of the worldviews implicated in the culture wars literature and the social groups found to be important in previous research. I find social groups to be more important than worldviews, but that worldviews also have explanatory power. I conclude with a discussion about possible clarifications of the culture wars thesis.     

Limit theorems for dependent Bernoulli variables with statistical inference

We consider a class of dependent Bernoulli variables where the conditional success probability is a linear combination of the last few trials and the original success probability. We obtain its limit theorems including the strong law of large numbers, weak invariance principle, and law of the iterated logarithm. We also derive some statistical inference results which make the model applicable. Simulation results are exhibited as well to show that with small sample size the convergence rate is satisfying and the proposed estimators behave well.     

Preferences of the Central Bank of Brazil under the inflation targeting regime: Estimation using a DSGE model for a small open economy

The main objective of this paper is to estimate the preferences of the Central Bank of Brazil after the inflation targeting regime (January 2000 to December 2013), using a DSGE model with microeconomic foundations for a small open economy, based especially on the work of Kam et al. (2009). The model used in this study considers that the Central Bank minimizes a loss function, taking into account the deviation of inflation from its target, output stabilization, the interest rate smoothing and, unlike the previous works, the exchange rate. The results show that the major concern of the monetary authority in the period was the stabilization of inflation, followed by interest rate smoothing, exchange stabilization and, finally, output stabilization. The large value for the exchange rate smoothing parameter suggests the presence of fear of floating in the Brazilian case. An improved inflation targeting strategy should allow for less Central Bank intervention in the exchange rate market.     

限制战争:格劳秀斯主权理论新解

格劳秀斯希望能够限制战争,并通过为战争立法,使人类尽可能免受战争灾难。出于这一考虑,其主权理论的贡献不仅在于首次从国际法和国际关系层面对主权的内涵进行了阐释,而且在阐释主权内涵时体现出非常鲜明的限制战争的理念。格劳秀斯意图通过约束发动战争的主体来限制战争,其排斥人民主权的目的也在于限制战争。格劳秀斯从国际法层面立法限制战争的思想对后世产生了重要影响,也成为现代国际法中废弃战争和禁止战争思想的理论源头。     

Can Psychosocial Intervention Improve Peer and Sibling Relations Among War‐affected Children? Impact and Mediating Analyses in a Randomized Controlled Trial

Social resources are considered important protectors in traumatic conditions, but few studies have analyzed their role in psychosocial interventions among war‐affected children. We examined (1) whether a psychosocial intervention (teaching recovery techniques, TRT) is effective in improving peer and sibling relations, and (2) whether these potentially improved relations mediate the intervention's impacts on children's mental health. Participants were 428 Palestinian children [10–13 (mean = 11.29, standard deviation SD = .68)‐year‐old girls (49.4 percent) and boys (50.6 percent)], who were cluster‐randomized into the TRT and wait‐list control groups. They reported the quality of peer (friendship and loneliness) and sibling (intimacy, warmth, conflict, and rivalry) relations, and posttraumatic stress, depressive and psychological distress symptoms, as well as psychosocial well‐being at baseline (T1), postintervention (T2), and six month follow‐up (T3). Results showed gender‐specific TRT intervention effects: Loneliness in peer relations reduced among boys and sibling rivalry reduced among girls. The TRT prevented the increase in sibling conflict that happened in the control group. The mediating hypothesis was partially substantiated for improved peer relations, and beneficial changes in sibling relations were generally associated with improved mental health.     

Imagined mosque communities in Russia: Central Asian migrants in Moscow

ABSTRACT

The article aims to shed light on mosque communities in Russia through the example of mosques frequented by Moscovites and by Central Asian migrants. I will make use of Anderson’s theoretical framework of ‘imagined community’ in analysing the material presented in the article. The main argument is that there are no real mosque communities and rather that the sense of community formed around mosques is imagined. There are nevertheless a variety of networks, groups and institutions within and around mosques. The article is based on fieldwork conducted in 2016 and 2017.     

弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔与克里米亚战争

弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔被誉为克里米亚战争（1854-1856）的女英雄和现代护理学的主要奠基人。战地记者无情揭露了克里米亚战争中英国军队存在的诸多弊端，促使英国政府派遣南丁格尔护士团前往克里米亚战争前线医院，而南丁格尔在护理教育、军队医疗和卫生改革等方面的贡献都要追溯到她在克里米亚战争中的经历。     

央行沟通对于货币政策实际干预的预测能力研究

信息沟通有助于公众理解和预测货币政策的实际干预,进而提高货币政策有效性。研究中国人民银行的信息沟通对实际政策干预的预测能力需要解决沟通文本的测度问题,同时考虑实际政策干预多工具并用的复杂性。基于此,本文通过文本分析方法提取《货币政策执行报告》的信息,进而考察央行沟通对于货币政策实际干预的预测能力。研究表明,整体而言,市场对中国人民银行“听其言”有助于“观其行”。具体来看,央行沟通对于直接可控的基准利率和存款准备金率具有持续的预测能力,但对于市场利率的预测能力较差,对于M2增长率的预测甚至存在方向不一致的情况。
