湘西州公路客运行业发展的问题及对策

公路客运业属社会公共服务行业。湘西州公路客运行业历经改革开放20余年的发展,有了长足的进步,较好解决了人民群众乘车难的问题,基本建立了较为完善的客运市场监管体系,反映了湘西州社会经济发展水平。由于历史的原因,湘西州公路客运行业发展还面临着诸多问题,还不能充分满足社会和人民群众对公路客运行业新的更高需求。     

朝鲜文报纸汇使用现状分析及改善方案研究——以朝鲜文四大报纸为中心

改革开放与中韩建交带给朝鲜文报纸的影响很大,由于这些影响报纸的语言发生了诸多变化,报纸在词汇运用中存在的问题也有增无减.从语言学的角度分析朝鲜文报纸词汇运用,可以发现现实运用中存在乱用汉字词、随意组成合成词等问题.针对这些问题应该做到：制定语言选择基准、使用以读者为中心的语言;要克服“一对一”的翻译模式;采编人员要遵守《朝鲜语规范》做到规范使用词汇;采编人员要树立责任意识.     

Economic design of acceptance sampling plans for truncated life test using Frechet distribution

In this article designing of acceptance sampling plans for the truncated life test is proposed using economic approach by assuming that the lifetime of a product follows Frechet distribution based on median. The optimal sampling plans to meet the consumer’s confidence level with minimum total cost are designed. Efficiency of the proposed plan is also analyzed.     

CEO duality and firm performance: The moderating roles of other executives and blockholding outside directors

This study examines how the effect of CEO duality on firm performance is affected by two internal governance forces – namely other executives in the top management team and blockholding outside directors. Results based on a longitudinal dataset from the U.S. computer industry were consistent with my hypotheses. Specifically, I found that the effect of CEO duality was negative when the CEO had dominant power relative to other executives and when the board had a blockholding outside director, but was nonsignificant otherwise. This study enriches our understanding of the effect of CEO duality, and helps reinforce the call for the nonduality structure as the default choice and put the burden of proof on those who wish to justify otherwise on special grounds.     

A Lower Bound for the Wrap-around L2-discrepancy on Combined Designs of Mixed Two- and Three-level Factorials

The objective of this article is to study the issue of employing the uniformity criterion measured by wrap-around L₂-discrepancy to assess the optimal foldover plans. For mixed two- and three-level fractional factorials as the original designs, general foldover plan and combined design under a foldover plan are defined, and the equivalence between any foldover plan and its complementary foldover plan is investigated. A lower bound of wrap-around L₂-discrepancy of combined designs under a general foldover plan is obtained, which can be used as a benchmark for searching optimal foldover plans. Moreover, it also provides a theoretical justification for optimal foldover plans in terms of uniformity criterion.     

论从平面到立体的转换属于著作权法上的复制

复制权是著作权中最重要的一项经济权利,对复制权进行准确的界定有着十分重要的意义。我国对于从平面到立体的转换行为,法律没有做出明确规定。由于立法上的缺位,使得司法实践中对该种转换态度不一。文章拟在分析该类行为的实质及国际通行的做法后,提出该种转换应当纳入我国法律体系之中,以适应经济发展,扩大国际交往。

与诉讼契约有所不同,审理契约之主体范围突破了双方当事人的限制,涵盖了法院。于审理构造而言,审理契约最为重要的就是两造与法官所达成的关于审理计划和争点决定的合意。就诉讼契约的成立与撤回要件、形式、内容及效果等也因种类不同而各异。在协动主义的审理模式下,认可审理契约不仅有助于实现口头辩论的集中化,而且有助于提高审理的计划性,促进审理的高效运营。

中心村建设是新农村建设的重要内容，发展保障住房以满足广大城市中低收入者的住房需求则是我国城市面临的重要任务。统筹城乡住房发展，修改和制定与城乡住房发展和住房流通相关的法律法规和措施，制定自上而下的城乡住房发展建设统筹规划，将是城乡住房发展少走弯路，提高城乡建设效率，促进城乡合理发展的有效途径。     

Perceived professional standards and roles of public relations in China: Through the lens of Chinese public relations practitioners

As the first quantitative examination of perceived public relations professional standards in China using an online survey, this study was designed based on the standards of professional standards inventory Cameron, Sallot, & Lariscy (1996) constructed and tested among practitioners in the U.S. The survey results suggest six dimensions of perceived standards of professional performance: (1) role and function in organizational strategic planning, (2) sufficiency in professional training and preparedness, (3) gender and racial equity, (4) situational constraints, (5) licensing and organizational support, and (6) participation in the organizational decision-making team. Four dimensions of public relations roles were also identified by the survey participants: (1) brand promotion facilitator, (2) public information specialist, (3) media relations counsel, and (4) conflict management expert. Primary practice area was found to affect how Chinese practitioners perceive the six clusters of professional standards and the four identified public relations roles. These findings provide insights for both practitioners and researchers on how Chinese public relations practitioners view public relations as a profession and how the profession currently holds its professional standards in China.
