积极参与亚太经济合作进一步提高深圳经济效益

在“深圳速度”的基础上,进一步创造“深圳效益”,是90年代深圳经济发展的中心。本文从第二次世界大战以后区域集团化的形成和发展出发,提出积积参与亚太经济合作,大力发展外向型经济,是提高深圳经济效益的重要方面。文中还结合深圳十年来的建设和大量资料,指出深圳参与亚太经济合作的有利条件、前景和对策。

西方古典市场均衡理论由产生逐步走向成熟化 ,经过了漫长又艰辛的演变历程。它形成和发展的一般逻辑 ,特别是其精华──市场均衡不是人为的、外部的 ,而是一种“自然趋势” ;组织和维持市场均衡的力量来自市场本身及其自动机制 ;市场均衡力量源于个人自利最大化 ,或“看不见的手” ;市场均衡的条件即经济自由 ;市场均衡并非不要“政府之手”(政府干预 )等等 ,对于研究当今新时代条件下与市场均衡相关的一些重大理论问题 ,如社会经济运行效率与资源优化配置、经济均衡的关系问题 ,社会经济资源要素利用与分配的公平性、可持续性发展问题 ,市场机制与政府行为的协调问题 ,古典市场均衡模式与“新经济”趋势问题 ,是很有现实意义的     

从发展哲学角度看列宁新经济政策的价值

新经济政策是一个涉及经济、政治、文化发展的全面性政策。列宁正是在思考和实践新经济政策的过程中,科学地阐释了经济文化落后国家的发展基点、发展道路、发展主体、发展规律、发展动力等问题,从而使列宁社会发展理论得到了新的升华。新经济政策对于我们研究列宁社会发展理论、发掘列宁社会发展理论的当代价值,具有十分重要的意义。

经济行动与社会关系——对浙江省义乌市H村的调查分析

本文认为H村的传统副业形成原因主要是其与农业的内在联系及其改善生活状况的功能;经济行动嵌于社会关系之中;经济行动改变或扩大原有的社会关系;该村的"两委"同时拥有"同意权力"、"时势权力"、"教化性权力",从而有效地改善经商办厂的环境条件,同时促使村民传承勤劳致富的传统,不断推动非农经济的发展.

在 70年代 ,澳大利亚政府开始推行面向亚洲政策 ,就其原因而言 ,主要是出于经济利益考虑。“面向亚洲”与澳大利亚自身经济特点、国际经济重心向亚太地区转移以及国际经济格局变化密切相关 ,同时也是澳大利亚与东亚、东南亚国家经济贸易往来发展的结果     

Internal labor markets and the effects of structural change: Job mobility in Korean labor markets between 1998 and 2000

This study examines job mobility in Korean labor markets since the 1997 economic crisis. The rising job mobility in Korea is analyzed by focusing on structural change in labor markets. Using the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study and discrete-time event history analysis, I estimate the job-stabilizing effects of internal labor markets and the effects of structural change on job mobility. The major findings are as follows: First, I found that internal labor markets were weakening between 1998 and 2000. Second, the job-stabilizing effects of internal labor markets on job mobility diminished between 1998 and 2000. Finally, the magnitude of the effects of internal labor markets on job mobility was contingent on the level of structural change. The effect of internal labor markets on job mobility was stronger in turbulent or contracting industries. This effect, however, also became weaker over time. The implications for Korean labor markets are discussed.     

Economic convergence and life satisfaction in the European Union

The issue of convergence or divergence in the European Union (EU) is usually viewed from a macroeconomic perspective, using indicators such as the income per head, the unemployment rate and the inflation rate. Little attention has been paid to the possibility of an associated convergence in ‘well-being’ across countries. Since recent literature has shown that subjective well-being (life satisfaction, ‘happiness’) is significantly affected by macroeconomic variables, it is natural to ask not only whether or not subjective well-being converges, but also, whether, how and to what extent this process is linked to macroeconomic convergence. In this paper we use self-rated life satisfaction elicited in large scale surveys to address these questions. We find evidence of convergence of life satisfaction across the member states of the EU, which can be attributed to a considerable extent to the convergence in macroeconomic conditions. Among the various macroeconomic indicators, the convergence in inflation rates has played a major role for the convergence in life satisfaction.
