当下中国电影公司全产业链经营模式的问题和对策

谋求全产业链布局,已成为当下国内有一定实力的电影公司的集体选择.这些电影公司的全产业链经营模式主要表现为,在传统电影产业链范围内布局,开始向大电影产业链推进,并逐步拓展电影产业链关联业务.但这种全产业链经营模式,无论对于电影公司还是电影产业来说都存在着一定的问题和风险,因此,本文提出了建设专业化电影公司、实施差异化竞争、营造健康产业发展环境等对策性建议.     

介电可调薄膜材料及压控微波器件研究

利用介电可调薄膜材料的调谐特性研制的介质压控微波器件高频特性好、功率容量大、响应速度快,还有易集成、功耗小、成本低、可靠性高的特点,相比半导体管、铁氧体以及MEMS器件有明显的优势。该文系统介绍了近年来国内外介电可调薄膜材料及压控微波器件的研究进展,并结合作者的工作评述了介电可调薄膜材料和压控微波器件的应用情况。除研究最为集中的钛酸锶钡BaxSr1-xTiO3(BST)材料,还介绍了具有较高调谐率的铋基焦绿石铌酸铋镁Bi1.5MgNb1.5O7(BMN)薄膜材料,该材料介电损耗低(约0.002),介电常数适中(约86),温度系数小,是一种极具发展前景的微波介电可调材料。

Abstract

This study examined interpersonal heterosexist discrimination by examining self-reported anti-gay behaviors of heterosexual college students. Respondents were 226 college students; 94.9% had perpetrated some form of discriminatory behavior and 32.7% had committed a behavior that was rated as moderately harmful or higher. A higher amount of self-reported discriminatory behavior was associated with being male, having more homophobic attitudes, and having lower GPAs. Discriminatory behaviors were not related to political ideology, religious influence, or interaction with gay men and lesbians. Neither discriminatory behaviors nor homophobic attitudes were related to academic year, age, membership in a social fraternity/sorority, or membership on an intercollegiate athletic team.     

原版电影听说教学中交际法的渗透

就交际法理论而言,把文化因素和社会因素融会到交际情景中去是外语教学的一个难题.利用真实的视听材料如原版电影安排教学活动,较好地解决了师生教与学中部分教材学习情境的创设问题,丰富了学习情境,为师生教学提供了强有力的支持和服务.由某一话题入手,对影片中出现的语言信息加工处理,用交际性任务来组织课堂教学,使电影、语言素材、教学活动以及涉及到的文化知识、情感态度等有机地融合于教学的整个过程.     

‘My dad hangs out of helicopter doors and takes pictures of oil platforms': Children's accounts of parental work in the oil and gas industry

Against the backdrop of the acceleration in pace of work and family life over the last decade, and the accompanying intensification of the work-family debate, this paper argues for the need to include children as stakeholders in the work-family debate. The ethnographic study on which this paper is based brings together children, family, work and community to explore interrelationships between workplace change, parental employment and family life in the oil and gas industry in Scotland. This paper focuses specifically on children's accounts of parental work and the work-family interface. Children, aged 8-12, were seen in schools and at home. Eight focus groups were conducted in two primary schools with 33 children. Nineteen of the families of these children participated in follow-up home interviews, in which 21 focus group children and a further 21 children (siblings, cousins and friends) were seen at home. Multiple methods were used: pictures and photographs of 'work', drawings, a poem, vignettes, word games, and a 'life mode technique'. The paper discusses children's concepts of 'work'; children's knowledge of parental work and the oil industry; children's perceptions of the impact of work on their parents; children's accounts of the effects of parental work on them and the importance of 'family time'; children's own work aspirations; and children's views and values about involvement, communication and decision making regarding parental work. Similarities and differences between children's accounts are highlighted. Sobre el telón de fondo del aumento de paso del trabajo y de la vida familiar en esta última década, y la intensificación del debate 'trabajo/familia' que lo acompaña, este artículo aboga por lo necesidad de incluir a los niños como partes interesadas en tal debate. El estudio etnográfico sobre el cual se basa este artiículo reune a los niños, la familia, el trabajo y la comunidad para explorar las interrelaciones entre el cambio de lugar del trabajo, el empleo de los padres y la vida familiar en la industria petrolera y del gas natural en Escocia. Este artículo se centra específicamente en las cuentas de unos niños del trabajo de los padres y de la interrelación entre el trabajo y la familia. Se entrevistaron a unos niños de 8—12 anos de edad en la escuela y en casa. Se realizaron ocho grupos de enfoque con 33 niños en dos escuelas de estudios primarios. De las familias de estos niños, 19 participaron en entrevistas de seguimiento, en las cuales 21 niños de los grupos de enfoque y 21 niños más (hermanos, primos y amigos,) fueron entrevistados en casa. Se emplearon múltiples métodos: ilustraciones y fotografías de ‘trabajo', dibujos, un poema, estampas, juegos con palabras y una ‘técnica modo de vida'. El artículo trata de los conceptos de los niños del trabajo; los conocimientos de los niños del trabajo de los padres y de la industria petrolera; las percepciones de los niños del efecto del trabajo en sus padres; las cuentas de los niños de los efectos del trabajo de los padres en los mismos niños y de la importancia del ‘tiempo para la familia'; las propias aspiraciones del los niños acerca del trabajo; y los puntos de vista y los valores de los niños sobre la participación, la comunicación y la toma de decisiones acerca del trabajo de los padres. Se ponen del relieve los elementos en común y las diferencias entre las cuentas de los niños.     

Exploring Gay Male Erotic Art: An Interview with Edward Lucie-Smith

The last twenty-five years have seen the emergence of a transnational gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender (GLBT)/queer cultural movement unprecedented historically in its scope and openness. This interview with British art historian and critic Edward Lucie-Smith examines the role of gay male erotic art and film within that movement. Taking its start from the centrality of same-sex sexual orientation to the sense of gay identity and the importance of erotic art in validating that identity, it explores the historical, psychological, and social significance of a branch of visual art that until recent decades was not even acknowledged to exist, much less considered an appropriate subject of scholarly interest. By discussing gay male erotic art within a serious art-historical context, the article aims at providing a framework for examining the topic more systematically within the GLBT/queer studies domain.

AM混合相Si:P:H薄膜的制备与分析

本文介绍了SiH_4/PH_3混合气体的高频辉光放电法,在硅、玻璃衬底上淀积的掺P氢化非晶硅膜的结构和特性,并对样品作了高温退火试验。应用x射线衍射和红外吸收,对淀积膜的结构性质作了探讨和分析。结果表明,所淀积的是一种微晶——非晶混合相掺P氢化非晶硅膜(AM-Si:P:H),这种膜具有良好的光电性能,较高的掺杂效率。经退火后,光电性能有所改善,是P-i-n太阳能电池所希望的n~ 材料。

From leprosy to The Willow Tree: decoding disability and Islamic spirituality in Iranian film

The lack of attention in academic discourse to representations of disability in films from the Middle East has led to an incomplete picture of representations of disability in global cinema. For instance, the diverse meanings of disability in Iranian cinema and the influence of disability on the emergence of Iranian New Wave cinema have been almost completely ignored by scholars. A number of award-winning films from Iran have featured disability as central to their narratives – such as The House is Black (1963), Taste of Cherry (1997), The Color of Paradise (1999), The Willow Tree (2005), and The Painting Pool (2013). Disability in these films serves alternatively as a symbol of spiritual possibility, a mark of marginalization, and a covert social critique. These films examine the emotional, physical, and social implications of disability, while celebrating the cultural power of film to challenge social, religious, and artistic barriers.
