生态世界观与可持续发展

基于各种因素的影响,不同于机械世界观的新世界观已在现代世界逐步形成。这种生态世界观逐步引导人类思考新的现实发展路径,形成可持续发展的新思路,并处于人类可持续发展目标的核心。因此,实现可持续发展目标,关键在于以生态世界观全面规范人们的思想和行为。     

The epistemic structure of a theory of a game

This paper is a contribution to the systematic study of alternative axiom-sets for theories of (normal-form, complete-information) games. It provides an introduction to epistemic logic, describes a formulation in epistemic logic of the structure of a theory of a game (the broad theory of that game), and applies methods of epistemic logic to define strategies for dealing with two disturbing features of game theory, its hyperrationality assumptions and its indeterminacy. The analysis of these problems is conducted in terms of two principles which impregnate much game theory, Cleverness and Cloisteredness (the principles that players know respectively all, and only, the logical consequences of their assumed knowledge). Broad theories allow us to formulate and revise these principles despite their metatheoretical character. It is shown how Cleverness may be weakened by using logics which restrict the Rule of Epistemization, and Cloisteredness by using default logic or autoepistemic logic; the latter is used to characterize Nash equilibrium beliefs as parts of certain autoepistemic extensions of players' knowledge bases, but these particular extensions are rejected as ungrounded.I am grateful for most helpful comments to Robin Cubitt, Joe Halpern, Ernest Geffner, Philippe Mongin, David Squires, Elias Thijsse and Tim Williamson.

虚拟世界的出现,是否推翻了世界物质统一性原理?理论界曾对虚拟世界有不同角度的解释。从本质上看,虚拟世界里意识的时间和空间并没有类似物质体的真实存在,它是粒子层面的运动在界面的体现。虚拟世界意识的主观性虽然类似人的思想的主观性,从根源上分析,都是电子运动的复杂性和量子层面的差异性体现,并没有一个思想主体的独立主观。虚拟世界与设想为真的多层世界,都是物质世界的个性或者是对宇宙多样性的反映。

广义的休闲价值观是指休闲本身的价值、休闲对个体生命的意义，尤其指休闲与工作之间的辩证关系。世界一流大学是具有世界一流师资并拥有自由精神等特征的大学。休闲与学校的关系源远流长，在古希腊时期，休闲是人生的重要目的，也是教育的目的，休闲与学校有着密切联系。随着社会发展和历史变迁，休闲的价值和地位也经过了曲折起伏的过程，休闲与学校的关系也需要重新梳理。近代休闲具备的自由、社会交往和创造性等特征仍使之与学校特别是世界一流大学有密切关系，休闲理念和价值观也对世界一流大学建设具有重要的积极意义。     

Harm by Her Own Hand

Abstract

Recent research regarding violence among juveniles has left important questions unanswered. One question involves the effect of gender. This paper reports the results of a study examining gender differences in violent behavior. The records of 136 juveniles (m = 71; f = 65) were reviewed to test the hypothesis that sexual abuse, low levels of family support, and low levels of support from friends would predict self-directed violence more effectively among females than among males. Logistic regression models correctly classified 71% of the girls and 76.06% of the boys. The model for girls identified 79.49% (9.59% improvement) of the non-mutilators and 57.69% (16.62% improvement) of the mutilators. The model for boys predicted non-mutilation with 100% accuracy (25% improvement), but did not correctly classify any mutilators (23.61% decrease in predictive capacity). The study supported the hypothesis and has important implications for social work practice.

以是否实现了或是否有利于实现三类“零增长”作为衡量可持续发展的标准不够准确。可行的判断标准应该是建立在与别的国家和地区的对比之上。用笔者设计的国际比较指标体系和比较方法计算出，中国处于可持续发展的第四层次，但各省市及东、中、西部的发展又有自身的特殊性和战略重点，存在较大差异。东部高于中部，中部高于西部。

论述了国际性城市的功能、特征及其在世界城市体系中的地位和作用，指出把北京建成国际性城市是跨世纪的战略选择，分析了北京发展的条件，提出了有关对策．     

国际贸易框架下食品安全相关法律问题研究

国际贸易和食品安全是相互影响和相互制约的关系,绿色壁垒形成的根本原因在于一些国家为了保护本国经济利益,限制外国产品进入本国市场,确保本国产品在国内市场的占有份额。它具有形式上的合法性、实施上的歧视性等特征。WTO对“绿色壁垒”问题进行了相关法律规制,但是也存在很多问题;针对绿色壁垒对我国食品进出口的影响,我国应当从善用WTO规则、完善国内法律法规、建立绿色壁垒信息中心以及大力发展绿色产品出口等方面予以积极应对。
