人生何以需要道德信仰

道德作为社会生活的必然产物,必须以信仰为基础。道德信仰的生成有着自然、社会和人生的逻辑根据。从人生角度而言,人生具有有限性、未完成性和创造性,这为道德信仰的生成提供了逻辑前提与基础,从而使道德信仰成为一种必然性的产物。     

Recursive kernel estimate of the conditional quantile for functional ergodic data

ABSTRACT

In this article, we study the recursive kernel estimator of the conditional quantile of a scalar response variable Y given a random variable (rv) X taking values in a semi-metric space. Two estimators are considered. While the first one is given by inverting the double-kernel estimate of the conditional distribution function, the second estimator is obtained by using the robust approach. We establish the almost complete consistency of these estimates when the observations are sampled from a functional ergodic process. Finally, a simulation study is carried out to illustrate the finite sample performance of these estimators.     

Using simulation methods for bayesian econometric models: inference,development and communication: some comments

We extend the average derivatives estimator to the case of functionally dependent regressors. We show that the proposed estimator is consistent and has a limiting normal distribution. A consistent covariance matrix estimator for the proposed estimator is provided.

A Note on Functional Forms of Order Statistics

Functional forms of order statistics, as the solution of a system of equations, are studied. The case of the smaller and the larger of two random variables is discussed in detail. Some applications for normal and binomial distributions are presented.     

Functional sliced inverse regression analysis

Most of the usual multivariate methods have been extended to the context of functional data analysis. Our contribution concerns the study of sliced inverse regression (SIR) when the response variable is real but the regressor is a function. In the first part, we show how the relevant properties of SIR remain essentially the same in the functional context under suitable conditions. Unfortunately, the estimation procedure used in the multivariate case cannot be directly transposed to the functional one. Then, we propose a solution that overcomes this difficulty and we show the consistency of the estimates of the parameters of the model.

关于人类语言局限性问题的思考

从中国古代文人先哲对语言生发的"道不可言"、"言不尽意"、"意不称物"的思想体认,到西方哲学家对语言困境阐发的理性思考,都说明了人类语言具有局限性是客观存在的。从语言的本质特征和功能角度看,语言的线条性决定了语言不可能共时地再现立体的、多维的世界;语言的概括性决定了语言不可能充分地表达尽事物所包含的所有意蕴;语言功能的有限性决定了不可能独自地发挥交际与思维作用。清楚地了解和认识语言的局限,对于我们全面、客观、准确地把握语言、运用语言、超越语言有着重要的理论价值和实践意义。     

论康熙时代的赋税减免

清朝康熙时代的不同历史阶段,面对特定的政治经济形势所推行的钱粮蠲免政策,其着眼点和具体形式表现出差异。康熙初期,从政策条例和实践来看,为应付战争的需要,保证财力的扩大,清政权实行的是被动、严苛的蠲免政策。中期,康熙政权把宽赋和蠲免作为"育民之道"的关键环节,推行促进农业生产发展的主动积极的钱粮蠲免措施。后期,在普蠲基础上,清政府仍继续推行因时因地的蠲免政策。不同时期赋税蠲免政策的积极效果为不同的因素所制约,不能简单地将其作为康乾盛世的内容之一加以理想化。
