民国诸文化保守派眼中的孔教运动

民国时期的孔教运动在尊孔读经问题上是与各种文化保守派有了共同的话语和旨归,然在孔教是否就是宗教问题上,孔教徒们与各种文化保守派却有截然不同的认识,也许是这个不同的认识彻底区分开了孔教徒与各种文化保守派的异同所在。尊孔之同路人在儒学是否宗教问题上而彻底分离。孔教运动连其同路人的文化保守派都大不支持,孔教运动之失败于此又得一因。     

Climate Change Adaptation: Community Action,Disadvantaged Groups and Practice Implications for Social Work

This paper explores community-level action in relation to socially based climate change adaptations for vulnerable citizens—older people in particular. While awareness of risk and adaptation has increased in various institutions across Australia, the translation of awareness into action is limited, particularly in the area of socially based adaptive measures for the most vulnerable. Through content analysis of local government documents in two major Australian cities, this paper assesses the extent of action and identifies trends and strategies in relation to social adaptation. Findings indicate varying levels of action and some examples of “best practice,” but overall, evidence indicates more effort is needed at the community level. The role of the social work profession in challenging and broadening discourse is also explored especially in terms of highlighting the social impacts of climate change in future policy development, community action, and initiatives.

Groups-on-the-Go: Spontaneously Formed Mutual Aid Groups for Adolescents in Distress

SUMMARY

This paper presents groups-on-the-go, spontaneously formed groups for adolescents in distress. Groups-on-the-go is an extension of Fritz Redl's concept of life-space interviewing, which is used to address adolescents' direct, here-and-now life experiences. The two major tasks of life-space interviewing are: (1) clinical exploitation of life events and (2) emotional first aid on the spot. This article goes one step further, adding a third feature, (3) mutual aid in the moment. This article will describe and illustrate groups-on-the-go, discuss the challenges of this spontaneous approach, and offer guidelines for its effective use.

和谐视野下弱势群体的法律保护

随着社会分层的加剧和不同利益群体间矛盾的凸显，弱势群体问题受到了社会的广泛关注，日益成为影响和谐稳定和经济发展的重大问题。加强对弱势群体的法律保护，既是社会公平、法律正义的体现，也是构建和谐社会、促进社会发展的迫切要求。     

Coordinated Service Delivery and Children's Well-Being

ABSTRACT

Interagency collaborations are uniquely suited to meeting the increased needs of communities in today's environment of reduced federal funding and devolution of services to the state and local levels (Gore, 1993). In Texas, interagency collaborations take place through Community Resource Coordination Groups (CRCGs), which were created by the Texas Legislature to coordinate local service delivery for children and their families who often “fall through the cracks” due to having multiple needs. This article presents an evaluation of CRCG operations, with a focus on identified best practices, related obstacles, and suggestions for improvement. The researchers visited CRCG sites, and conducted semi-structured face-to-face interviews, as well as a mail survey, with CRCG staff. Overall, CRCGs appear to effectively enhance the delivery of coordinated services in an effort to meet the multiple needs of the children and families that they serve. Recommendations for policy and practice are discussed, such as spearheading community action structures (Poole, 1997) that may help CRCGs more effectively meet the needs of their respective local communities.     

Facilitating Shared Online Group Learning between Carers,Service Users and Social Work Students

We report on our progress in developing a pilot online group teaching innovation with 14 participants, including five service users and carers, and nine social work students. Enhancing student learning by providing shared educational opportunities between students, service users, and carers can be a challenge to organise but the project demonstrates some success in doing so. The evaluation suggests that even the smallest level of service user and carer involvement can enhance student learning and personal development during social work education and training.     

建立独特审美品格的民族戏剧学——写在《中外民族戏剧学研究》一书出版之际

《中外民族戏剧学研究》立足于少数民族戏剧的创作与表演进行探讨,既有详实的文献梳理也有扎实的田野调查。该著作中提出的"民族戏剧学"是对现有的"戏剧戏曲学"学科概念的革新,笔者希望通过该著作的出版,进一步谈谈对"民族戏剧学"的学科建设在学科界定、研究内容与方法等方面的思考。
