关于上海新一轮改革的若干思考

当前是上海加快推进“四个率先”、加快建设“四个中心”和社会主义现代化国际大都市的关键时期,国内外发展的新形势对改革的重点、方式、任务、动力以及实施路径提出了新的要求,上海必须根据当前改革发展的阶段特征,按照顶层设计的改革推进思路,着力围绕转型发展的目标要求,重点在民生改善、服务经济、内外开放、政府改革和改革机制完善等方面实现关键性突破,以带动上海改革的整体推进和持续深化。     

Social Return on Investment of an Innovative Employment Option for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

Common Ground Co‐operative (CGC) provides training, administrative, and job coach support to five social enterprises for which persons with developmental disabilities are the non‐share‐capital partners. This study examines the use of social return on investment (SROI) as a means of determining the value of program impacts related to quality‐of‐life changes for enterprise partners and their families. The process of conducting this SROI analysis is described and analyzed in terms of its utility in employment services for persons with developmental disabilities.     

What's In It for the Volunteers?

This article reports on a social return on investment (SROI) analysis of volunteers of the Good Food Market program, a food access initiative run by FoodShare Toronto, one of Canada's largest food‐justice organizations. Unlike conventional SROI research, which typically focuses on the entire ecology of an organization or program, this article focuses solely on isolating the return volunteers receive on their investment of time, skills, energy, and the like—an SROI of volunteering. The article reviews the challenges of adapting the SROI methodology to the context of volunteer benefits and finds that ultimately SROI is a useful tool for articulating the value of volunteering.     

FDI对我国三次产业影响作用的实证分析

利用自回归分布滞后(ADL)模型,结合我国1983到2006年的有关数据,对我国FDI对三次产业的影响作用作出实证分析,得出结论,FDI在短期内对我国经济增长起了较大的促进作用,但长期作用不显著.并结合我国经济现状分析了原因,提出要充分发挥其在经济增长中的作用,需调整FDI在三次产业之间以及产业内部的投资结构.     

语域与翻译

英语在其运用过程中,要求在分清语域的前提下使用得体的语言。得体语言的掌握和运用需要具有选择语域的能力,领悟不同语域差异的认知能力,以及处理好不同语域中恰当对应词的翻译能力。     

The moderating effect of foreign direct investment intensity on local firms' intangible resources investment and performance implications: A case from China

Foreign direct investment (FDI) has been known to generate positive externalities to increase the productivity and competitiveness of domestic industries through knowledge and technology spillover. This study focuses on the indirect effect of FDI by investigating whether FDI intensity benefits local firms by enhancing the local intellectual property rights (IPR) environment. We argue that due to the inadequate IPR environment in emerging economies, local firms' intangible resources investment can be negatively related to firm performance. Further, we suggest that FDI intensity can improve the local IPR environment, thereby enhancing the appropriability of local firms' intangible resources investment. We find empirical evidence to support our arguments by examining 70 semiconductor firms in China from 1999 to 2006, and we discuss the theoretical and practical implications of the impact of FDI intensity on the local IPR environment.

黑龙江省"十五"期间招商引资总体情况与效益分析

通过统计资料,本文从总量结构、增长速度、内外资结构和地区结构四个方面对"十五"期间黑龙江省的招商引资工作进行了总体的情况和效益分析。在总量结构分析中,发现贸易总额增长但项目数量却变化不大;从增长速度看,各项指标都呈稳步上升态势,显示黑龙江省的招商引资工作处在高速增长阶段;从内资和外资结构看,内资在增长和比重上都优于外资;在对地区结构的分析中,发现总体上处于稳定增长态势,地区间则不均衡。最后,结合分析结论,进一步简要阐述了其政策意义。     

对我国创业投资业发展的新思考

发展创业投资业是一项复杂的系统工程,既需要经济理论工作者在对我国创业投资业发展的现状进行深入调查与分析的基础上,归纳出存在的主要问题,探求出解决的方法,设计出适合中国国情的创业投资业规范化发展的思路,为主管部门和实际工作者提供必要的决策依据,又需要实际工作者依据经济理论工作者建立在经济发展规律基础之上的理论,按照国家的统一方略,推动以技术产业为主导的产业结构的调整,促进创业企业的发展。因此,从理论上对我国创业投资业进行深入的调查研究并提出新的、切合我国国情的创业投资业发展思路,就成为经济理论工作者的一项十分艰巨的任务。

作为最有开发利用前景和技术最成熟的一种可再生能源,风电产业的发展已成为全球能源工业关注的热点。本文回顾了我国风电产业发展的状况,对风电产业发展的前景进行了详细预测分析,针对目前国内各界投资风电产业的热潮,比较全面的总结分析了风电产业存在的宏观环境风险和微观个体风险。认为我国风电产业存在巨大的投资机遇,同时也存在着很大的投资风险,投资风电产业必须经过仔细的论证和周密的安排,这样才能保证风电项目顺利建设和正常运营,从而促进我国风电产业和谐高效的发展。
