农村留守妇女娱乐性“赌博”的法律探讨

改革开放后,工业化和城镇化发展加快,城市涌现了大量的农民工兄弟,导致农村出现了一个独特的群体——留守妇女。农村留守妇女参与娱乐性"赌博"现象引发了一系列社会问题。通过社会调查,收集了有关农村留守妇女参与娱乐性赌博的资料。通过数据分析,了解到农村留守妇女参与赌博现象背后更为复杂的社会原因。并对农村留守妇女娱乐性"赌博"现象进行了深入分析,研究该现象导致的婚外情不正当关系、家庭暴力的法律问题;最后,针对农村留守妇女娱乐性"赌博"现象引发的一系列法律问题,结合农村的具体情况,从立法和法律实施角度提出了减少和消除农村留守妇女娱乐性"赌博"现象的几点建议和对策。     

磨溪气田嘉二段沉积相再认识

针对川中地区下三叠统嘉陵江组二段沉积环境的判别一直存在潮坪相和非潮坪相的争论,以磨溪气田岩芯精细描述、薄片鉴定、测井曲线分析为基础,通过对嘉二段沉积古地理背景、岩石类型、沉积构造、沉积韵律、古气候及成岩演化等方面的详细分析,发现磨溪嘉二段并非大面积分布的潮坪相,而是陆表海型碳酸盐岩局限台地相－蒸发海台地相,并以潮下还原环境为主,类潮坪沉积特征仅见于嘉二2B层,可识别出台坪、粒屑滩、滩间海、半局限-局限泻湖、蒸发泻湖等亚相及其多种不同的沉积微相。嘉二1亚段主要为半局限-局限-蒸发泻湖夹风暴岩沉积,嘉二2A层以发育鲕粒滩微相为特征,嘉二2B层以台坪亚相为特色,嘉二2C层发育砂屑滩和蒸发泻湖亚相。不同微相储集性能分析表明云坪、砂屑滩和鲕粒滩微相为最有利的储集相带     

The Construction of Arguments Over the Rationing of Health Care

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to uncover arguments over rationing health care as outlined in the British broadsheets. Following a brief introduction to the development of rationing in Britain, it considers the role of the media in society and looks at the arguments developed by the right wing media and contrasts these with the perspectives of the center left. It is argued that although these two perspectives have things in common, they differ significantly in the ways they view the social responsibilities of the state and in the way they interpret the health needs of the nation.     

On goodness-of-fit tests for Aalen's additive model based on left-truncated right-censored or doubly censored data

In this article, we demonstrate that the approach of Gandy and Jensen (2005 Gandy, A., Jensen, U. (2005). On goodness-of-fit tests for Aalen's additive risk model. Scan. J. Stat. 32:425–445.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) can be applied to left-truncated right-censored (LTRC) data and doubly censored data. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed tests. The proposed tests are illustrated using heart transplant data.     

低渗透分支井井网产能预测及参数敏感性分析

针对低渗透油藏渗流为非达西流体且存在启动压力的特点,利用水电相似原理和等值渗流阻力法,建立了低渗透油藏分支井井网产能预测通式,并分别建立了四点法、五点法、七点法及九点法分支井井网产能预测的解析解数学模型。现场验证与数值模拟结果表明,该模型具有较高的预测精度。利用该模型对分支井网的井网点数、有效厚度和启动压力梯度影响产能的分析结果表明,启动压力梯度增加,分支井不同井网产能比减小;随着穿透比的增大,分支水平井不同井网产能比均增大;在相同穿透比时,井网点数增大,分支水平井产能比增大;随着有效厚度的增大,不同井网产能比均减小。     

Median regression model with left truncated and right censored data

We study the problem of fitting a heteroscedastic median regression model from left-truncated and right-censored data. It is demonstrated that the adapted Efron's self-consistency equation of McKeague et al. (2001) can be extended to analyze left-truncated and right-censored data. We evaluate the finite sample performance of the proposed estimators through simulation studies.     

论左翼作家之政治趋向

在残酷的历史时代背景下,马克思主义社会化、世俗化、大众化作为仁人志士特别是先进知识分子的救国使命,决定了左翼文学突出的政治倾向。表现在三个方面:个体趋向群体、社会价值疏淡文学价值、"社会化"倾向加重。本文着眼于政治文化,通过文学与政治之关系探讨来解析左翼文学政治化倾向的因由和影响,力求真实再现其历史本貌和本质。左翼文学作家的政治化倾向客观上限制了对艺术本质探索和审美追求,以及艺术个体自我的个性发挥,但在救亡图存的时代对于贫穷落后的平民文学,左翼作家却做出了历史性的功绩,对文学的大众化、平民化做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

英国新左派运动发端于1956年,随后在20世纪60年代中期发生分裂,退化为一个团结在《新左派评论》杂志周围的知识分子小团体,并在20世纪70年代以后走向终结。虽然作为政治运动的新左派历时短暂,但它仍为当代英国政治留下了一些重要的间接遗产。20世纪90年代初期以来,对新左派历史的研究日渐兴起。     

The working practices of Birmingham's Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies

This article offers a history of the working practices of the Birmingham Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies. Based on extensive interviews with former members and on research into a new archive of the Centre, housed in the Cadbury Research Library, University of Birmingham, it argues that cultural studies as practised in the 1970s was always a heterogeneous subject. The CCCS was heavily influenced by the events of 1968 when it tried to develop a new type of radical and collaborative research and teaching agenda. Despite Stuart Hall's efforts to impose a focused link between politics and academic practice, the agenda soon gave way to a series of diverse and fruitful initiatives associated with the ‘sub-groups’ model of research.     

Wing dimorphism and the migratory syndrome: Correlated traits for migratory tendency in wing dimorphic insects

The hypothesis that the morphological, physiological, and behavioral traits comprising the migratory syndrome in insects are genetically correlated through pleiotropic effects of genes controlling the titre of a common hormonal determinant is explored. Evidence that juvenile hormone (JH) influences the component traits of the migratory syndrome is presented, and thus JH is assumed to be the underlying, common determinant. However, readers are cautioned that this does not imply that JH is solely responsible for these traits, nor is this necessary for the arguments presented. For wing dimorphic taxa, the “correlated traits hypothesis” predicts covariance within wing morphs between JH titre and the proportion winged. Four simple genetic models for wing-morph determination are considered: single-locus with short-winged (SW) dominant; single-locus with long-winged (LW) dominant; polygenic, fixed threshold, shifting distribution; and polygenic, shifting threshold, fixed distribution. In each case, wing morphology is assumed to be a threshold trait with the liability being JH titre at some critical stage of development. All models predict covariation between %LW and the mean JH titre of at least one of the wing morphs, but the form and direction of the relationship depends critically on the genetic model used. The results suggest that we should expect the traits associated with the migratory syndrome, and hence the trade-offs associated with the evolution of wing dimorphism, to be correlated with proportion winged and, in this sense, to be frequency-dependent.
