论教师专业成长观的“旧三论”与“新三论”

教师专业成长是教师教育大厦赖以构筑的根底问题。教师教育史上的三次“飞跃”表明：教师专业成长是教师教育活动的主线与内线，在教师教育大厦中处于奠基地位。传统教师专业成长观的主题是如何促使教师吸附教育知识，由此导致了教师专业成长的“旧三论”，即指导论、迁移论与嵌入论。在当代教师专业成长领域，基于教育理论与教育实践本真交互关系的教师专业成长观势必领唱主角，倡导基于实践优先论、情景中转论、智慧涌现论的教师专业成长“新三论”是对这一发展趋势的自觉回应。在“新三论”中，教育理论难以直达教育实践，非线性逻辑、情景中介性是教师专业成长的根本特征。     

现代教育技术在高等职业院校应用文写作教学过程中的创新应用

信息技术与学科课程的整合是创新教育模式、教学方式和教学手段的重要途径。结合现代教育技术知识信息量大、直观形象、便于情境再现的特点，在高职院校应用文写作教学中进行创新教学实践，探究和摸索现代教育技术与学科相结合的情境教学模式，进一步增强学生的学习动力，改善教学情境，挖掘学生学习的主观能动性，全面提高教学效率。     

The Role of Supervision in Professional Development of Social Work Specialists

The professionals use social services supervision as an educational and administrative process, meant to support. Supervision is a relatively new field introduced in the Romanian social welfare institutions. The article approaches the role of supervision in the process of professional development of social workers, following a research based on Grounded theory. We conducted this research into an elite NGO, in the North-Eastern Romania, in the domain of child protection. Supervision is a social practice based on the relationship between a person with extensive professional experience and a professional effectively involved in case management. Supervision is seen as a prerequisite to quality social services organization. Effectiveness of the supervision process may be an indicator of the quality of social work practice in an organization. The data were collected through interviews of participants in the research. The interviewed subjects operate with a definition of the supervision as being a practice based on individual or group interview, formal or informal, consisting in a series of specific phases (initial, development, end). Supervision involves the establishment of professional relationships between the participants and the quality of services and training received. This definition is partially different from those in the literature.     

农业商品化与家庭农场的功能定位——兼与不同新型农业经营主体的比较

现有的农业经营主体已经无法满足中国社会转型和农业商品化的需要,由此使得家庭农场这一新型经营主体的出现成为必要。相比于其他经营主体,家庭农场是以家庭为农业经营的主体,其劳动和资本的合一使得家庭能够在农业种植领域具有独特的优势。通过对比和参照分析,不仅能对家庭农场本身的功能进行定位,也能获得对其他新型经营主体功能的新认识。     

吉林省农民专业合作组织发展路径研究

农民专业合作组织是实现农业产业化的一种组织创新,对促进吉林省农村经济发展具有重要作用。本文通过对吉林省农民专业合作组织的发展现状的分析,总结了制约吉林省农民专业合作组织发展的主要因素,并进一步提出了推进吉林省农民专业合作组织可持续发展的实施路径。     

美国名校科技创新人才培养的实践经验与启示———基于哈佛大学、斯坦福大学和麻省理工学院的考察

科学与人文并重的课程设置体系、全面发展的人才培养模式、富有启发性的教学方法、开放多元的考试评价制度和创新型高素质的教师队伍,是哈佛大学、斯坦福大学和麻省理工学院3所名校在长期的办学实践中形成的科技创新人才培养的成功经验。这些经验对我国高校科技创新人才培养的启示是优化课程体系、改革培养模式、创新教学方法、改革考评制度和加强师资建设。     

Becoming a (Pan)ethnic Attorney: How Asian American and Latino Law Students Manage Dual Identities

Managing professional and personal identities often belabor upwardly mobile racialized individuals. I examine in this article how Asian American and Latino law students negotiate (pan)ethnic identities while learning to become lawyers. I contend that managing dual identities creates (pan)ethnic duty among Asian American and Latino law students. I focus on those planning to work in law firms, at least initially. While there are many career options for law students, most, irrespective of race, pursue initial careers at law firms. What leads them there? How do racialization and expectations play a role in this career aspiration? And how do students negotiate the pressure to give back, or manage the internally/externally imposed duty they feel to serve respective communities? I find that Asian American and Latino law students draw on a repertoire of strategies (marginal panethnicity, tempered altruism, and instrumental ethnicity) that encompass different accounts, identities, and roles enabling creativity and elasticity for professional and personal identities. The findings suggest that panethnicity remains salient for upwardly mobile individuals of color, even those who do not ostensibly appear to be concerned with panethnic communities and causes.

文章通过对我国人口普查数据和第一手的实地调查,对撒拉族地区人口就业的产业结构、行业结构以及对人口的职业结构作了初步的分析,并对此中的原因作了探讨。     

关于社会工作项目的知识社会学分析

社会工作项目本质上是以解决社会问题为指归而产生的,其目的性和实践性非常鲜明。社会问题的建构是一个复杂的多方互动过程,某部分人的"困扰"上升到公共性议题需要经过相关部门一系列的宣称、界定,经过正当性论证之后最终进入执行部门的项目规划之中付诸行动。社会工作项目中的社会问题分析大多遵循功能分析范式,按照一定的逻辑框架把问题进行操作化定义。社会工作项目的运作和管理过程具有执行主体的专业性、参与各方关系的契约性、活动过程的档案化等理性特点,并遵循目标明晰化、操作标准化、过程系统化、效果可量化等原则。在介入和干预的过程中,专业人员应当时刻对自己的行动保持反思,不能因为自身的特殊利益和规则而扭曲了社会生活的本来面貌。

新媒体时代以其鲜明的特征,对新闻道德产生强烈冲击,有的新闻工作者表现出宗旨淡漠,逐利增强,真实性下降,引导性乏力等职业道德失范现象。新闻工作者需要加强职业道德建设,明确为人民服务的宗旨,提升思想境界,胸怀大局、把握大势、着眼大事,加强马克思主义新闻观的学习,追求报道的真实性,坚守新闻工作的道德底线,承担起时代所赋予的历史责任,为推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展发力,为全面建设小康社会贡献力量。
