浅析高职院校文科专业开展实践教学的基本形式

实践教学是在理论教学的基础上，教师将理论知识转化为应用能力的现实化过程。在分析实践教学内涵的基础上，提出高职文科类专业开展实践教学的途径是建立以专业为单位的实体组织，实行责权利统一的公司制；实行双轨制校企联合，建立学校和企业联动的促进机制（一校两制）；建立以专业技能为基础的项目合作体系，实施项目化实践教学等问题进行了探讨和研究。

在企业合作创新理论研究中,理论界已作了企业合作创新博弈分析、选择因素分析、以及成功要素构成模式研究等;本文通过创新类型与企业合作创新的模式之间的关系和运用风险决策分析法,来建立企业合作创新模式的选择模型,为企业合作创新决策提供依据。     

The posterior distribution of the fixed and random effects in a mixed-effects linear model

The subject of this paper is Bayesian inference about the fixed and random effects of a mixed-effects linear statistical model with two variance components. It is assumed that a priori the fixed effects have a noninformative distribution and that the reciprocals of the variance components are distributed independently (of each other and of the fixed effects) as gamma random variables. It is shown that techniques similar to those employed in a ridge analysis of a response surface can be used to construct a one-dimensional curve that contains all of the stationary points of the posterior density of the random effects. The “ridge analysis” (of the posterior density) can be useful (from a computational standpoint) in finding the number and the locations of the stationary points and can be very informative about various features of the posterior density. Depending on what is revealed by the ridge analysis, a multivariate normal or multivariate-t distribution that is centered at a posterior mode may provide a satisfactory approximation to the posterior distribution of the random effects (which is of the poly-t form).     

我国新投资体制下政府投资项目管理模式改革的研究

去年7月25日国家颁布了《国务院关于投资体制改革的决定》,其中提出要“加强政府投资项目管理,改进建设实施方式”。本文根据我国这种全新的投资管理体制,在对当前我国政府投资项目管理模式分析的基础上,借鉴国外政府投资项目管理的经验,提出了我国政府投资项目管理模式改革的对策和建议:建立完善的监管机制和法规体系,采用资质评审法选择代建机构等。     

Calibrating the excess mass and dip tests of modality

Nonparametric tests of modality are a distribution-free way of assessing evidence about inhomogeneity in a population, provided that the potential sub populations are sufficiently well separated. They include the excess mass and dip tests, which are equivalent in univariate settings and are alternatives to the bandwidth test. Only very conservative forms of the excess mass and dip tests are available at presently, however, and for that reason they are generally not competitive with the bandwidth test. In the present paper we develop a practical approach to calibrating the excess mass and dip tests to improve their level accuracy and power substantially. Our method exploits the fact that the limiting distribution of the excess mass statistic under the null hypothesis depends on unknowns only through a constant, which may be estimated. Our calibrated test exploits this fact and is shown to have greater power and level accuracy than the bandwidth test has. The latter tends to be quite conservative, even in an asymptotic sense. Moreover, the calibrated test avoids difficulties that the bandwidth test has with spurious modes in the tails, which often must be discounted through subjective intervention of the experimenter.

Non linear parametric mode regression

In this article, we propose a semi-parametric mode regression for a non linear model. We use an expectation-maximization algorithm in order to estimate the regression coefficients of modal non linear regression. We also establish asymptotic properties for the proposed estimator under assumptions of the error density. We investigate the performance through a simulation study.

Evaluating social science and humanities knowledge production: an exploratory analysis of dynamics in science systems

Knowledge is gaining increasing importance in modern-day society as a factor of production and, ultimately, growth. This article explores the dynamics in university knowledge production and its effect on the state of university–industry–policy exchange in the Netherlands. Science systems are said to be in transformation. The university has evolved from performing conventional research and educational functions to serving as an innovation-promoting knowledge hub; dynamics that have received mixed reactions. The social sciences and humanities (SSH) take a special position, insofar as their focus seems primarily to be placed on conventional research and educational functions, and not directly on (commercial) valorization. Societal changes are, however, pressing for a reconsideration of the role of SSH. In our article, we distinguish between three important new movements that seem to be affecting SSH. It is believed that these movements, which are already having an impact today, will considerably influence SSH in the future. These developments are further differentiation, synthesis between the various subdisciplines of SSH and the natural sciences, and shifts in paradigms. The aims of this article are twofold: (1) to assess what is believed to be the most likely development of SSH by means of discovering relevant subsets of factors influencing university knowledge production; and (2) to discover whether the knowledge production factors show characteristics of a general development similar to the “Mode 2” concept. A systematic qualitative database was created by means of 22 semi-structured personal interviews with key representatives from business, university and the policy sector. Our explanatory framework employs an artificial intelligence method, i.e. rough set analysis. On the basis of these results, we find that a small minority of the respondents prefers a closer relationship of SSH to society, government and industry, and other institutional centers of authority, whilst interdisciplinarity in particular is regarded as having an overall positive influence on the future of SSH in the Netherlands. Consequently, the idea of a clear distinction between Mode 1 and Mode 2 knowledge production, i.e. traditional knowledge and knowledge carried out in the context of application, is not supported by our data.     

我国企业亟需加强技术创新战略管理

在我国企业中,实施技术创新战略管理者凤毛麟角。然而,在知识经济的今天,在全球经济一体化的形势下,企业实施技术创新战略管理已势在必行。只有使技术创新战略成为企业发展战略的核心,企业才能真正赢得市场,才会有持续的发展。国外已有许多成功的技术创新战略管理模式,值得我国企业借鉴。我国企业也还需要不断建立和完善有利于技术创新的组织结构和保障体系。
