关于乡村旅游与社会主义新农村建设的思考——以贵州省江口县云舍村为个案

为了配合社会主义新农村建设,国家旅游局确定2006年为“中国乡村游”主题年,要求将“旅游产业促进社会主义新农村建设”作为本地区旅游业发展的重要目标之一。本文以江口县云舍村为研究个案,研究了西部一个边远、贫困的少数民族村寨,通过发展乡村旅游,走上以旅促农、助农增收的富民之路所取得的经验与启示,这对建设社会主义新农村具有现实的指导意义。     

电子民主与中国人大制度的变革

电子民主是网络时代实现民主的一种新形式,它超越传统民主,克服了传统民主导致的日益增大的民主赤字和严重的政治脱离的弊端。电子民主在中国的勃兴给我国人大制度带来挑战。国家应当通过电子民主的制度化以增强人大代表与选民之间的沟通和交流;通过电子民主强化人大立法的信息交流与协商;通过电子民主充分发挥人大监督的职能。     

Religion,social milieu,and the contraceptive revolution

This study examines how the social environment of religious congregations affects the spread of contraceptive use in developing contexts, using Mozambique as a case study. Analysis of qualitative data collected in urban areas of that country in 1998-99 and of the data from the 1997 Mozambique Demographic and Health Survey suggests that, in urban areas, the environment of more socioculturally diverse and inclusive Roman Catholic and mission-based Protestant congregations is more propitious to the spread and legitimization of modern contraception than the milieu of smaller, relatively homogeneous, independent churches. In rural areas, however, sociocultural diversity within and across different religious denominations is minimal, and membership in any formal congregation offers an advantage in contraceptive learning.

论一人公司的利弊

一人公司作为一种新型的公司形态，一方面反映了现实社会的客观需要，另一方面对传统公司理念构成了极大的挑战。一人有限责任公司的形式已经载入修改后的《中华人民共和国公司法》，这为研究一人公司提供了立法基础，说明一人公司这种公司形式终于为我国所认可。一人公司作为我国经济领域的新兴事物，具有有利于投资者特别是中小投资者创业、风险较小等优点，受到了投资者的重视。但是我们在充分地享有一人公司所带来的益处的同时，也必须誓惕一人有限责任公司存在的种种弊端，对一人公司进行有效的规范，以促进一人公司的良性发展。     

Do self‐assessment and self‐directed support undermine traditional social work with disabled people?

In recent years, self‐assessment and self‐directed support have become mainstream options within disability services. The Disabled People’s Movement has advocated the need for such change for a long time but this has been persistently resisted by many social workers. In this article, it will be argued that both self‐assessment and self‐directed support undermine traditional social work and that social workers need to begin to work alongside disabled people, rather than ‘for’ disabled people, in order to achieve substantial system change.     

SOME SECOND ORDER ASYMPTOTICS IN EXPONENTIAL FAMILY NON-LINEAR REGRESSION MODELS (A GEOMETRIC APPROACH)

The differential geometric framework of Amari (1982a, 1985) is applied to the study of some second order asymptotics related to the curvatures for exponential family nonlinear regression models, in which the observations are independent but not necessarily identically distributed. This paper presents a set of reasonable regularity conditions which are needed to study asymptotics from a geometric point of view in regression models. A new stochastic expansion of a first order efficient estimator is derived and used to study several asymptotic problems related to Fisher information in terms of curvatures. The bias and the covariance of the first order efficient estimator are also calculated according to the expansion.     

震后早期心理辅导探讨

5·12汶川大地震后,心理援助的重要性受到前所未有的关注.震后人们会出现不同程度的心理应激反应,相当比例的人会出现心理应激障碍.针对这些问题应进行适当的早期心理辅导.早期心理辅导应以创伤后危机干预为思路,以缓解应激障碍相关症状、预防创伤后危机障碍的发生为主要目标,采取心理急救、严重事件应激晤谈、认知行为疗法等方法进行治疗.另外,从这些方法中可归纳出共同的、可用于早期心理辅导的原则:支持性原则、正常化原则、重视社会支持原则、个性化原则等.     

公平与效率关系问题辨析——评坚持"效率优先、兼顾公平"的若干观点

党的十六届四中全会以来,中央再三强调要注重社会公平,加大调节收入分配的力度,未再提“效率优先、兼顾公平”。一些学者主张仍要坚持“效率优先、兼顾公平”,其种种论据是不能成立的。公平与效率,从根本上说是内在有机统一和互动的关系,不存在孰先孰后、孰重孰轻的问题,二者是互为条件、互相制约、互相促进的。
