新的社会阶层政治参与责任意识研究

政治参与是近年来政治研究广泛关注的问题和研究领域,政治参与也产生了有关中国政治研究较多的经验文献。随着我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展。与非公有制经济基础相联系的新的社会阶层开始出现。他们的政治诉求不断增强,政治参与积极性不断提高。研究这个阶层的政治参与,客观分析他们的政治参与的责任意识和影响因素．是采取理性的措施引导其合法有效地表达其利益诉求的前提,也是新时期统一战线要不断研究和探索的重要课题。综述新社会阶层政治参与的理论研究的基础上,利用东莞新的社会阶层的经验数据,探讨了新的社会阶层政治参与的责任意识现状。研究发现,新的社会阶层政治参与的责任意识是其自身主动适应社会生活的结果,但受到多方面因素的影响制约。     

Commodification of place,consumption of identity: The sociolinguistic construction of a ‘global village’ in rural China1

This paper seeks to contribute to the understanding of place as it relates to globalization and mobility by examining the sociolinguistic construction of a tourism site. A former residential neighborhood, West Street in Yangshuo County, China, was gradually transformed into a so‐called ‘global village’ for domestic tourists partly through appropriating English as one semiotic resource. Positioning this place in the global‐national‐local nexus, this study shows that the promotion of West Street as a ‘global village’ is not only driven by globalization or westernization, but more importantly capitalizes on English as a stylistic resource that indexes the modernist aspirations of the Chinese people. This commodified sense of place is nevertheless negotiated by tourists as they activate and (re‐)work the social meaning of place through their discursive practices. This highlights how place is a social construct, constantly transformed in the process of socio‐historical change, and also mediated by people's conceptualization, imagination and experience. 本文从社会语言学角度考察一处旅游景点的建构,旨在增进在全球化和流动时代背景下对‘地域’ (place) 的理解。位于中国阳朔县的西街,通过把英语作为一种符号资源,从一个历史居民街区转变成为所谓的‘地球村’。本研究从全球‐国家‐地方三位连结的框架审视该地域,说明‘地球村’不仅仅是全球化带动下的地方经济发展策略,更重要的是借用了在英语作为一种语言风格资源在中国社会中的作用。然而,这种构建的地域涵义也同时被游客通过不同方式激活和改写。本文提出,地域是社会构建的产物,其涵义随着社会历史的变革,人们对地域的理解,想象和体验,而不断改变。[Chinese]     

What Anonymous can tell us about the relationship between virtual community structure and participatory form

As a decentralised virtual community, Anonymous has been characterised by its oppositional tendencies. Helped by a collective persona and horizontal management structure, Anonymous has facilitated a myriad of differentiated agenda. However, we can observe a distinct change in its participatory form over time. So, while Anonymous, more broadly, functions as a virtual community, its means of engagement has shifted from a social movement to a decentralised cell network. This article explores the relationship between these changes, and its evolution as a virtual community. Drawing upon Iriberri and Leroy’s [(2009 Iriberri, A., and G. 落后国家现代化问题的当代反思

马克思主义理论家和西方学者都对落后国家的现代化问题进行过专门的理论研究,形成了两种不同的现代化理论。对这两种理论进行反思,不但能让人们正确理解两种现代化理论的实质,而且能启发人们在全球化背景下和金融危机时期如何把握自身现代化的发展方向。     

全球化背景下政党软实力的建构机制

政党是协调社会利益、表达民众诉求、引领国家进步的关键力量。全球化背景下,政党必须在做好硬实力建设的同时,注重自身软实力建设。政党软实力主要包括价值观、包容性、亲和力、号召力和国际影响力等方面。世界各大政党在软实力建构过程中积累了许多有益经验,值得思考和借鉴。我们党应当重视软实力建设,不断提高组织吸引力、社会号召力和国际影响力,从而在国内争取最广大人民群众的拥护,在国际上争取更多政治力量的认同。

新农村建设中农民非制度化政治参与探析

建设社会主义新农村,是我们党从国家发展的全局出发确定的一项重大历史任务。随着社会主义新农村建设的进行,我国农民的政治参与出现了许多不规范的形式,诸如行贿活动、越级上访、黑恶势力的渗透与干预等,在一定程度上妨碍了新农村建设。因此,分析农民非制度化政治参与的现状和原因,寻求解决目前我国农民大量非制度化政治参与问题的措施,逐步将农民的政治参与引入制度化的轨道就显得尤为重要。     

民主的伦理维度——兼论杜威政治哲学的当代意义

民主应该具有深厚的道德底蕴,这是杜威政治哲学独特性和深刻性体现的重要维度。他从彻底“道德理想”的视阈来看待民主的基本原则、实践方式和社会目的。因此其民主理论具有深厚的道德与人性基础。其民主思想的这个特点为我们理解当代社会改革提供了一个独特的参考视阈。     

Measuring Active Citizenship through the Development of a Composite Indicator

This article defines Active Citizenship within a European context as a broad range of value based participation. It develops a framework for measuring this phenomenon which combines the four dimensions of Protest and Social Change, Community Life, Representative Democracy and Democratic values. The European Social Survey 2002 is used to populate the framework as this survey provided the best data coverage available and covered 19 European Countries. In total 61 indicators were selected. A composite indicator (CI), The Active Citizenship Composite Indicator (ACCI), is built using the framework provided and using experts’ weights. In addition, the robustness of the results is tested using sensitivity analysis. The limitations to the ACCI are explained in terms of the limitation of the data availability in particular concerning the new forms of participation and less organised forms of participation. Nevertheless, ACCI proved to be statistically robust and reliable and proved to be a useful tool for monitoring levels of citizenship in Europe. The results of ACCI exhibit interesting and quite distinct regional patterns. The results showed that the Nordic countries, and in particular Sweden, have the highest rate of Active Citizenship, followed by Central Europe and Anglo-Saxon countries. Mediterranean countries are next followed by Eastern European countries that close the ranking.

现代日本人类学的转型和发展

本文首先对日本人类学的早期发展,特别是对日本的殖民主义人类学做了考察。在此基础上,围绕战后日本人类学的反思和转型,介绍和讨论了日本现代人类学的海外调查与异文化研究、对异文化与自文化研究的反思、移民与越境的人类学以及现代日本人类学的中国研究等,并对全球化背景下日本人类学的学术转型、问题意识和学科建设等问题做了梳理。现代日本人类学的研究在一定程度上与欧美人类学的海外社会研究形成呼应,并对周边国家人类学的发展产生了一定的影响。
