权利形态转化问题探究

权利状况是一个国家法治化程度的重要指标,在由道德权利、法律权利和实有权利三者组成的权利形态体系中,位居金字塔顶部的实有权利更有实际意义和现实价值,因此如何实现权利形态正向转化最终达到实有权利便成了权利转化追求的目标,而权利形态逆向转化也是权利转化中的普遍现象,社会的物质因素和观念因素、权利设定的主体因素以及权利的政策性倾向因素等共同决定权利形态最终所处的实际状态。     

具有变系数的2n阶中立型微分方程正解的存在性

本文给出具有变系数Ｐ（ｔ）的２ｎ阶中立型微分方程 （ｘ（ｔ）－Ｐ（ｔ）_ｘ（ｔ－τ））~（２ｎ）+ｆ（ｔ,ｘ（ｔ－τ_1（ｔ））,...,ｘ（ｔ－τ_ｍ（ｔ）））＝０正解存在的若干个充分条件．本文结果部分地回答了文［１］提出的问题．     

广西农村贫富差距问题的实证分析

在文献研究的基础上,以农户作为分析单位,设计了广西农户经济状况的调查问卷。根据8个地市、202个农户的实证资料,运用SPSS软件：（1）描述了广西农户经济收入的状况及其构成;（2）计算了恩格尔系数和绝对贫困发生率;（3）揭示了广西农村贫富差距的事实。

本文简要叙述了人本主义心理学的诞生背景、代表人物及其主要观点、该理论的贡献及缺陷,以及在心理治疗与咨询中的实践——“以人为中心”的治疗。     

气质性情感对工作满意度的影响:基于中国情境的实证研究

本文关注中国情境下人格与工作满意度的关系.在回顾已有研究基础上,从受文化因素影响较大的气质性情感角度,研究人格对工作满意度的影响.实证结果验证了西方一些研究结论,本研究有一个重要发现,在中国情境下,气质性情感与工作满意度相关系数要明显低于国外元分析报告的结果,作者试图从文化的角度来解释其中原因.另外,气质性情感可以解释工作满意度21%的变异,说明在中国情境下,它也可以作为工作满意度的预测指标.     

A multi-level examination of how the organizational context relates to readiness to implement prevention and evidence-based programming in community settings

Prior theoretical and empirical research suggests that multiple aspects of an organization's context are likely related to a number of factors, from their interest and ability to adopt new programming, to client outcomes. A limited amount of the prior research has taken a more community-wide perspective by examining factors that associate with community readiness for change, leaving how these findings generalize to community organizations that conduct prevention or positive youth development programs unknown.Thus for the current study, we examined how the organizational context of the Cooperative Extension System (CES) associates with current attitudes and practices regarding prevention and evidence-based programming. Attitudes and practices have been found in the empirical literature to be key indicators of an organization's readiness to adopt prevention and evidence-based programming. Based on multi-level mixed models, results indicate that organizational management practices distinct from program delivery may affect an organization's readiness to adopt and implement new prevention and evidence-based youth programs, thereby limiting the potential public health impact of evidence-based programs. Openness to change, openness of leadership, and communication were the strongest predictors identified within this study. An organization's morale was also found to be a strong predictor of an organization's readiness. The findings of the current study are discussed in terms of implications for prevention and intervention.

我国财政赤字与国债规模的现实性思考

改革开放以来 ,国家实施赤字预算使国债发行成为弥补赤字的主要方法。随着经济的持续稳定增长 ,赤字和国债的规模都呈不断扩大的趋势 ,尤其是近几年来 ,为扩大内需而实施的积极财政政策使国债累积余额以超过 30 %的年增长率上升 ,因此如果不考虑对国债适度规模的控制 ,就有引发国家财政风险的可能。     

A Numerical Study of Small Parameter Behavior of Some Families of Distributions

Limiting distributions play an important role in approximating the exact distributions, especially when they have a rather cumbersome analytic form, or simply when they do not have a closed from. The question that naturally arises is how good the approximation is. In this article, we propose a procedure for the numerical assessment of the “goodness” of some easy-to-calculate limiting distributions, originally proposed in Bar-Lev and Enis, in various cases of the underlying distributions, some of which are inherently computationally challenging. The details of the procedure are provided in three examples. The first example deals with the gamma distributions; the second deals with Bessel distributions related to a symmetric random walk, and the third example deals with positive stable distributions. The details of two additional variations of these examples are also discussed. These examples illustrate the ease with which the limiting approximations could be applied in the various cases, well-demonstrating their computational simplicity and attractiveness.     

On the Characterization of Copulas by Differential Equations

We study the semigroup action induced by univariate conditioning of copulas. Based on this, we give a new characterization of bivariate copulas in terms of flows generated by solutions of ordinary differential equations with not necessary continuous right side. Several applications, related to concordance ordering of copulas, illustrate the usefulness of this result.
