国有经济在国民经济中的核心地位是毋庸置疑的 ,关键是国有经济在国民经济中所占比例应该存在一个平衡的尺度点 ,这个尺度点与外在的国际环境和内在的社会结构密切相关。文章分析了国有经济及其变形形态 ,并描述了其运行规律。文章强调 ,社会人的公私二像性特征是深刻理解国民经济体系中国有经济未来发展趋势的理论基石。     

甘肃省人口老龄化空间分布及演变特征分析

本文以甘肃省各县区为研究对象,选取1990年、2000年、2010年的人口普查数据,分别计算各县区老年人口比重和老年人口密度。首先应用Arc GIS软件分析老龄化人口的时空分布特征,并通过重心计算均衡点;其次应用Geo Da软件对老年人口分布进行空间自相关分析;最后,从人口、经济、社会角度探索性地分析导致空间分布差异的原因。研究结果表明：甘肃省老龄化现象呈现由东南向西北推进的扇形模式,老年人口密度呈现以兰州市及周边地区为圆心的同心圆扩展模式,老龄化重心位置逐渐向兰州市靠近;老龄化空间分布具有较显著的自相关性;老龄化空间分布差异与人口、社会和经济发展具有一定的关系。     

Vulnerabilities and risks in population and environment studies

In the study of risks , different sciences use the same category in different ways, each related to its own ontological assumptions. But many of these fields communicate very little with one another. This article seeks to approximate two of these areas of study that have shown similar concerns and that can mutually strengthen one another, namely, geography and demography. Geography was one of the first disciplines to include risk in its environmental dimension and has had broad experience in simultaneously focusing on social and natural dynamics. Demography, on the other hand, faces greater difficulties because only recently has it incorporated the environmental dimension into its scientific scope. Both have brought the concept of vulnerability into their conceptual framework as complementary to that of risk. Geographers understand vulnerability as a more symbiotic form of the relationship between society and nature, whereas demographers give it a strong socioeconomic component. In this regard, the conceptual discussion on risks and vulnerabilities, in its attempt at approximating these two fields, is a way of conceptually advancing and strengthening the different approaches to empirical work, especially in population–environment studies which is the common ground for the dialogue between the two disciplines.

论民办教育的体制改革

《中国民办教育促进法》正式审议通过后,由此引发的教育体制滞后现象亟待解决。如何体现该法律中的“尊重”与“公平”意味,如何尽早地使民办学校享受与公立学校同样的“国民待遇”,是包括整个教育界在内的全社会应当极力关注并力促改革的问题。     

国家权力与城市空间:当代中国城市基层社会治理变革

确立和调整城市治理的空间策略是现代国家的重要任务。改革前中国的单位体制,使国家能够依靠单位实现“单元分隔”式的治理模式。改革以来,这种整齐划一的空间战略无法适应新的城市社会变迁。在城市社区管理体制改革中,出现了三种不同的国家空间战略,即“政党国家”,“行政国家”和“社会化国家”模式。当前城市社区改革的困难和复杂性体现了以上三种空间战略的对立和冲突。

空间与政治,在今天早已"合二为一"。现代的政治空间已变为后现代的"空间的政治",其表征是丰富的多级性与多面性。后现代主义的"多元",其实是对于现代主义的"分化"的反拨,从"去分化"到发现和肯定自身的差异。"空间的政治"对于人的觉醒和人的解放,具有极其深远的意义。     

Private Labels: Facilitators or Impediments to Supply Chain Coordination

We consider a retailer’s decision of whether to develop an internally produced, private label version of a national brand and the role that this decision plays in coordinating the supply chain. Our model assumes that the perceived quality of the private label is lower than that of the national brand, and we allow for the two products to have different marginal costs. We further allow for a fixed development cost that the retailer must incur to develop private label capability, and distinguish two types of private labels depending upon whether they would or would not be developed as product line extensions by a vertically integrated supply chain. We refer to these two types as first‐best (FB) and non‐first‐best (NFB) product line extensions, respectively. When the private label can be characterized as a NFB product line extension, its development creates adverse cannibalization effects, yet it also helps to mitigate the effects of double marginalization with respect to the national brand. We characterize the conditions under which the retailer will develop private label capability, and distinguish among the conditions under which this is either beneficial or detrimental to the overall performance of the supply chain.

随着改革开放的不断推进 ,中国的社会阶层结构发生了深刻的变化 ,出现多元化的发展趋向 ,其中中国私营企业主阶层的产生、形成和发展 ,最令人们关注。那么 ,作为社会经济发展相对滞后的西部边疆省份的云南 ,其私营企业主阶层的发展状况如何 ?为此 ,课题组对人们比较关注的云南省私营企业主阶层的政治参与状况作了深入调查研究 ,就相关问题进行了初步分析 ,并在此基础上提出了一定的政策建议

公共秩序作为国际私法中的一项重要法律制度,在对外国法的适用和对外国法院判决与仲裁裁决的承认与执行等问题上一直发挥着极为重要的作用.然而,我国的有关理论对公共秩序的涵义、公共秩序的适用标准、适用公共秩序排除外国法后的法律适用、区际私法上的公共秩序和国际公共秩序等问题的分析尚不够全面、深入,为此拟对上述问题进行深入探讨和分析,并对<中华人民共和国民法(草案)>第九编第11条提出修改意见.
