水利水电工程专业实践教学效果调查分析--以重庆交通大学为例

实践教学是保障高等教育质量的重要教学环节。本文介绍了重庆交通大学水利水电工程专业实践教学开展概况，进行了实践教学效果问卷调查，从实践教学的总体认识与评价、实践教学硬件条件和软件条件三个方面分析了问卷调查，结果表明，实践教学效果总体较好，满意度较高，但有进一步提升的空间。为此，提出了提高实践教学效果的建议。     

Citizenship and power in an agent-based model of tax compliance with public expenditure

In this paper we present a model of tax compliance with heterogeneous agents who maximize their individual utility based on income and the conjectured level of per capita public expenditure. We formally include psychological drivers in this model. These drivers affect individual behavior, such as risk aversion, together with appreciation of public expenditure, expectations about peers’ compliance and a natural inclination to comply, all of which we summarize in a quality termed “citizenship”. The enforcement system, based on random inspections, is standard and only partially known to agents.The agent-based model is simulated under a variety of settings, representing different “societies”. We use the artificial data produced by the model to estimate the effects of taxpayers’ traits on personal tax behavior and to build a compliance societal slippery slope. At the individual level, we find a positive dependence of compliance on all variables, with the significant exception of the tax rate, which has a negative impact. As far as societies are concerned, we show how aggregate tax compliance depends on composite indices of citizenship and power, and we find that the former is more important than the latter.     

基于合作关系的旅游景点市场分析

针对旅游景点之间存在合作关系这一特点,建立了旅游景点之间的合作模型.对模型进行定性分析,阐述了相关系数对系统的影响,给出了相应的数值模拟图;并讨论了影响旅游景点发展的主要因素;最后给出了多个旅游景点之间合作的模型.     

纽约州政府促进高校和企业合作的路径与启示

纽约州的校企合作有较好的传统,但也存在着一些问题。纽约州政府通过成立"专门小组委员会"、设立"创新咨询委员会"、建立相关的研究机构、招聘优秀人才、优先考虑校企合作项目的申请、重点建设一些领域和学科、收集和出版相关信息等举措,促进了纽约州的校企合作。高校和企业的合作是高等教育为大都市经济社会发展服务的一个重要方面,纽约州政府的这些举措,能给我国大城市提供一些启示。     

Marketing,public relations,and how Web 2.0 is changing their relationship: A qualitative assessment of PR consultancies operating in Spain

In communication between organisations and consumers, the dividing lines amongst marketing, advertising and public relations are sometimes blurred. The confusion and overlap is more marked with the advent of the Web 2.0 and the proliferation of online campaigns, and associated initiatives. This article presents the results of ten in-depth interviews held with senior managers of PR consultancies operating in Spain in order to study and evaluate how these changes are being tackled from within the sector itself. It concludes that the sector perceives the current context as a great opportunity for growing and consolidating the strategic conception of public relations.     

国家自然科学基金合作与交流资助模式研究

合作与交流已经成为R&D活动的必要内容之一，也是国家自然科学基金的重要资助对象。以2003~2008年国家自然科学基金合作与交流资助数据为样本，针对项目类型对比、合作国别及资助地区分布等，提出国家自然科学基金合作交流的基本资助模式及趋势，并给出相关建议。研究发现:合作交流的总体资助结构向实质性合作研究倾斜，协议类项目成为日益重要的项目来源渠道，合作交流的国别选择、及国内地区分布呈现明显的不均衡。     

鄂东南旅游资源整合开发研究

本文在实地调查分析鄂东南旅游资源的基础上,客观描述其发展现状,细致探究其发展问题,强调要加强区域间的协同合作,整合开发区域内旅游资源,探讨构建鄂东南旅游发展共同体模式,为实现区域协调发展提供有效对策参考。     

Factors That Influence Willingness to Help the Homeless

Homelessness is an ongoing challenge for many families and individuals. Many struggle to meet their basic needs for food, clothing and shelter. Unfortunately, we know very little about the people who directly help homeless people meet these needs. The present study examines the relationships between empathy, religion, household income, political orientation, gender, race, and people's expressed willingness to assist the homeless. Results demonstrate a strong and consistent link between empathy and willingness to help. Moderately consistent associations are found for religion and race. Limitations, suggestions for further research, and for practical application are discussed.     

Enforcing Mobility: Spatial Mobility under the Regime of Activation

Abstract

Spatial mobility is rarely investigated with a view on social policy and welfare administrations. Yet, recent activation and workfare policies have increased pressures on the unemployed, with one of these pressures concerning spatial mobility, i.e. the requirement to accept jobs that entail long commuting hours or even relocation. This paper investigates the shift towards activation in Germany, focusing on increased demands on job-seekers’ mobility, and uses a governmentality perspective, supplemented by the concept of symbolic violence, to gain insight into the strategies and practices deployed by Public Employment Service (PES) staff to produce ‘mobile selves’. It demonstrates that perceptions of (im)mobility figure prominently in the assessment not only of job-seekers’ labour market prospects but also of their character and motivation to seek work. Thus, the personal and familial implications of mobility are considered as mitigating circumstances mainly in the case of older jobless with poor labour market prospects. The majority of job-seekers, and particularly those living in regions with high unemployment, are subject to efforts on the part of PES staff to make them understand the necessity of being as mobile as possible; if such insight is found wanting, pedagogical devices are deployed to enhance job-seekers’ mobility.
