本文对创业投资的资本构成及其与风险企业资本结构安排的关系作了理论分析,提出为保证风险企业在初创时投资契约制定的完备性,应将创业投资资本构成的这种权益性考虑在内,从风险企业资本结构安排方面,特别是企业治理结构和财务结构两方面设立一系列制度措施,以保证风险企业能够得以良性发展。     

英语新闻听力中的背景知识联想与语篇构建

在新闻听力教学中,运用图式可以促使学生对与新闻主题相关的词汇、背景知识、类似话题展开联想,更准确地理解新闻材料。在不断丰富背景知识,建立图式的同时,根据新闻语篇的结构特点以及播报模式,掌握新闻的各个信息要素,从整体上理解、把握新闻。在介绍方法的基础上,结合新闻报道中播报频率较高的四类主题,指导学生运用图式对新闻听力中的背景知识展开联想,以及构建新闻的语篇结构和模式,提高学生的英语新闻听力水平。     

江苏人口发展水平评价研究——基于综合指数评价法

以人口数量、人口质量、人口结构、人口环境为二级指标,人口密度、婴儿死亡率等为三级指标,构建了江苏人口发展水平指标体系,运用综合指数评价法,对江苏省13个省辖市的人口发展状况进行评价。运用聚类分析法将13个市的人口发展水平分成很好、较好、一般、较差、很差5个类别,并对各个类别的城市进行评析。最后给出江苏除了要发展经济外,政府更应该重视民生、环境、教育、医疗卫生、就业率、农业生产的应对建议,同时也针对各类别城市提出人口发展方面的建议。

文学翻译中的结构衔接问题初探

结构衔接中的及物性结构、语气结构、主位结构和信息结构对翻译的成败有着微妙而重要的作用,如果译者对原文结构衔接特征认识不足,不能在目标语中做出适当调整,会直接导致译文连贯的不当,甚至缺失。从及物性结构的角度来看,要在保持原文小句及物性结构的同时根据目标语的特点,按照所述事物发展的内在逻辑重新调整小句顺序,真正实现译文的连贯;从语气结构的角度来看,不同小句的主语选择关系到整个段落的叙述节奏和主题刻画,值得译者仔细斟酌;从主位结构的角度来看,小句之间紧密的主位结构关系可以突出主题,是译文连贯的有力保障;从信息结构的角度来看,能够意识到两种语言在信息结构上潜在的差异,并适当调整译入语的信息结构,会有力保证译文连贯性的实现。     

Supply Network Structure,Visibility, and Risk Diffusion: A Computational Approach

Understanding and managing supply chain risks is a critical functional competency for today's global enterprises. A lack of this competency can have significant negative outcomes, including costly production and delivery delays, loss of future sales, and a tarnished corporate image. The ability to identify and mitigate risks, however, is complicated as supply chains are becoming increasingly global, complex, and interconnected. Drawing on the complex systems and epidemiology literature, and using a computational modeling and network analysis approach, we examine the impact of global supply network structure on risk diffusion and supply network health and demonstrate the importance of supply network visibility. Our results show a significant association between network structure and both risk diffusion and supply network health. In particular, our results indicate that small‐world supply network topologies consistently outperform supply networks with scale‐free characteristics. Theoretically, our study contributes to our understanding of risk management and supply networks as complex networked systems using a computational approach. Managerially, our study illustrates how decision makers can benefit from a network analytic approach to develop a more holistic understanding of system‐wide risk diffusion and to guide network governance policies for more favorable health level outcomes. The article concludes by highlighting the main findings and discussing possibilities of future research directions.     

Probabilistic Selling,Channel Structure,and Supplier Competition*

Probabilistic selling has recently been introduced to facilitate consumer segmentation. It allows the retailer to mix products from multiple competing suppliers to generate a probabilistic good. The probabilistic good effectively creates consumer differentiation, and its presence invites extensive interactions among channel participants. In this article, we show that the equilibrium channel structure may be asymmetric: one supplier retains his brand‐name product and the other one delegates to the retailer. We further show that this asymmetric equilibrium can be mutually beneficial for all firms compared with other equilibria. In addition, the introduction of the probabilistic good is beneficial to the channel members.     

论童话叙事的空间结构艺术

叙事结构是文本自己的语法操作规则。童话叙事结构与成人文学一样具有空间性,但本文认为童话的幻想特征使文本并不适合作表层与深层的传统切割分析,叙事文本中的"隐含作者"具有成人与儿童双重审美心理,这使叙事结构如同一个不甚规则的圆,其中成人作者内心的儿童审美体验让幻想的"圆"形空间尽力扩展,而成人审美心理又用理性点睛般暗中规范,不露痕迹。同时这个幻想空间还有自己真实与节制等特点。     

试论《呼啸山庄》叙事方式的创新

《呼啸山庄》在欧洲文学史上被誉为"奇书",一个重要原因在于它对叙事方式的开拓性艺术创新。其一,它大胆借鉴书信体小说的叙述模式,在欧洲传统框架式叙事结构的基础上,开创了多个叙述者叙述相同故事域的叙事结构;其次,在欧洲小说叙述视角的演变历程中,首创了欧洲小说旁观式第一人称的叙述视角。
