Progressively Type-II censored conditionally N-ordered statistics from a unified elliptically contoured copula

Progressively Type-II censored conditionally N-ordered statistics (PCCOS-N) arising from iid random vectors X_i = (X¹_i, X²_i, …, X_i^p), i = 1, 2…, n, were investigated by Bairamov (2006 Bairamov, I. (2006). Progressive Type II censored order statistics for multivariate observations. J. Mult. Anal. 97:797–809.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]), with respect to the magnitudes of N(X_i), i = 1, 2, …, n, where N( · ) is a p-variate measurable function defined on the support set of X₁ satisfying certain regularity conditions and N(X_i) denotes the lifetime of the random vector X_i, i = 1, …, n. Under the PCCOS-N sampling scheme, n independent units are placed on a life-test and after the ith failure, R_i (i = 1, …, m) of the surviving units are removed at random from the remaining observations. In this article, we consider PCCOS-N arising from a vector with identical as well as non identical dependent components, jointly distributed according to a unified elliptically contoured copula (PCCOSDUECC-N). Results established here contain the previous results as particular cases. Illustrative examples and simulation studies show that PCCOSDUECC-N enables us to analyze the lifetime of several systems, including repairable systems and systems with standby components, more efficiently than PCCOS-N.     

酌定不起诉制度的不足探析

我国<刑事诉讼法>中酌定不起诉制度存在明显不足,表现为它未赋予被不起诉人公正审判权,不符合是诉讼主体的内在要求;它违背了解决公正与效率矛盾关系原理的必然要求;它不符合控辩对等原则的需要;它有悖"无罪推定"原则的意旨;它也难以使被不起诉人堂堂正正地返还社会;它也背离刑事诉讼的两大任务.因此,应该完善被不起诉人的公正审判权制定.     

民族地区农村社会保障制度的实证分析

作者在分析民族地区农村社会保障制度建立的政策及经济发展背景和群众意愿的基础上,通过实证分析,提出农民的保障在一定时期内将是多元化的保障模式,民族地区农村社会保障制度建设主要应建立养老保险制度、最低生活保障制度、医疗保障制度和救济制度等四个方面的制度,同时,要发挥土地保障的主导作用,并继续挖掘各民族灿烂的历史文化资源,使其在新时期继续发挥作用。     

论民族自治地方税收管理法律制度的改革

我国宪法和法律赋予了民族自治地方税收管理自治权。从建立公共财政体制和发展民族经济出发,民族自治地方税收法律制度亟待改革。要着重从中央与民族自治地方税收权限的划分、民族自治地方税收体系的设计这两方面来创新和完善民族自治地方税收管理法律制度。     

侗族社会地方性制度对森林资源的保护

在人类社会的一切生产活动中,都要求人们在生产过程中必须进行广泛的合作,而有效的合作就需要有制度的保障。贵州清水江下游侗族人工营林业的形成与发展就是在侗族社会地方性制度（主要表现为“侗款”习惯法）的保护下得以实现的。由于侗族地区的森林资源在侗族社会地方性制度的保护下获得了有效的利用,从而最大限度地降低了这种经济活动方式的风险性和不确定性。     

For better,for worse? Public support for the capitalist model of the economy

A capitalist market economy is based on several institutional elements, such as private ownership and competition. Does public support for this economic model rise if the economy prospers, and fall during a downturn? Or is public support largely independent of the ups and downs of economic cycles? We hypothesize that positive economic performance increases support and that persons profiting personally are more supportive of the economic system's constitutive institutional elements. Using multilevel regression we study the determinants of individual-level support for the economic system. We also test for differences in the perception of economic performance due to political attitudes and personal properties. The findings partly support the hypotheses, indicating that macro-economic factors matter for individual-level attitudes towards the economy. Attitudes towards different institutional elements of the economic system also differ in the degree to which they are political or economic, and influenced by economic performance. Individual features – education and personal economic stakes – affect attitudes towards the economy, but a substantial share of the individual-level variation in economic attitudes remains unexplained.     

聚乙二醇-硫酸铵双水相体系萃取分离食用色素的研究

研究了硫酸铵-聚乙二醇（PEG）双水相体系中,PEG浓度、（NH4）2SO4用量、Trition X-100用量、溶液酸度等因素对常见食用色素叶绿素铜钠盐（SCC）萃取率的影响。研究表明,在50mL的总体积中,聚乙二醇的浓度为30％,10％的SCC溶液的体积为1mL,（NH4）2SO4用量为10．0g,表面活性剂Trition X-100的用量为1．0mL,在中性或微碱性条件下,叶绿素铜钠盐的萃取率达97．98％。叶绿素铜钠盐最大吸收峰位于632nm,实验测定其溶液体积在0—1．2mL范围内符合比耳定律,标准工作曲线为Y=1．0117x＋0．0055,R=0．9999。在实验条件下,金属离子Zn^2＋、Mn^2＋、Mg^2＋、Fe^2＋、Ni^2＋、Cu^2＋对SCC的萃取均不干扰。     

中国少数民族新创文字的语言规划及其实践
