县级政府、供应链管理与农产品上行关系研究

基于中国13省87个电子商务进农村示范县的调研材料,分析政府项目驱动下农产品上行问题。实践表明,政策利好为县域农产品电商发展提供了试错空间,“S2B2C”的供应链管理模式对农产品上行的推动作用明显。但是,多数县级政府未能认识到供应链管理之于农产品上行的作用,普遍存在政府治理方式滞后、公共服务网络不健全、农产品区域公用品牌缺乏、冷链等基础设施投入不足等问题。因此,为有效推动农产品上行,政府应进一步推动“公私合作”、构建一体化的公共服务、注重品牌营销、优化产品供应链管理。     

企业用户云服务技术选择行为

如何选择最佳云服务方案,是企业决定采纳云服务之后所面临的一个重要决策。为了解决云服务技术选择问题,从业务流程的视角出发,以模块化系统理论为基础,提出一个流程模块化、IT可拆解性及安全风险如何影响云服务技术选择的研究模型。采用问卷调查和计量经济学的普通最小二乘法OLS进行实证分析。研究结果表明:流程模块化和IT可拆解性对云服务技术选择的抽象程度有显著的正向影响,即流程模块化程度IT可拆解性越高的企业,越倾向于选择抽象程度高的云服务,如软件即服务SaaS;而流程模块化程度和IT可拆解性越低的企业,越倾向于选择抽象程度低的云服务,如基础设施即服务IaaS。同时,安全风险会正向调节流程模块化和IT可拆解性对云服务技术选择的抽象程度的影响。     

That's My Art: A Case Study on Children's Views of Cultural Policy

How do children experience a participatory TV cultural policy project and, related to that, which views do they share on cultural policy matters? These questions guided a case study on a TV show aired on the Flemish children's public service channel, which staged children as cultural experts. Although the programme was presented as a participatory project, we found that the children's views were minimally involved in the production process. The children also expressed concerns about how (their) art and cultural practices were represented. Yet, from a cultural policy perspective, the children accepted adults’ authority in art and cultural matters.     

信息共享空间的构建与创新服务——以河北工程大学图书馆为例

信息共享空间是近几年发展起来的一种新生事物，给传统的图书馆服务模式带来了严峻的挑战，以河北工程大学图书馆信息共享空间建设为例，分析了实体层和虚拟层两个层面建设的内容，介绍了信息共享空间的创新服务，并就信息共享空间的深层次服务提出了对策建议。     

An M/G/1 clearing queueing system with setup time and multiple vacations for an unreliable server

This paper studies an M/G/1 clearing queueing system with setup time and multiple vacations, in which all present customers in the system are served simultaneously and breakdowns may occur in busy or setup period. We investigate the stationary distribution of system size and the Laplace–Stieltjes transform of sojourn time. In addition, various performance measures are discussed, such as the mean system size at arbitrary time and the mean length of a vacation circle. Moreover, a cost analysis is carried out for this queueing system. Numerical results are presented to study the sensitivity of the system parameters on the expected cost function and system performances.     

美国中小学服务学习课程模式的理论与实践

服务学习是美国中小学广泛实施的一种优秀的实践教学课程模式。不同于单纯的社会体验或学科教学,服务学习将课程学习、社会服务和体验反思三者有机地结合起来,不仅加强了学生课堂所学知识与现实世界的关联,同时也极大地丰富了中小学生的社会实践活动。其基本理念、特征、实践模式及实施经验对我国当前基础教育课程改革有着很高的借鉴价值。     

昌北高校图书馆联盟虚拟参考咨询服务现状分析

高校图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询服务是一种全新的信息服务形式,深受广大用户的喜爱和欢迎。该文通过对江西省昌北高校图书馆联盟2011年1至6月份虚拟参考咨询的服务人员、服务形式、服务内容、服务效率及存在问题进行调查分析研究,提出提升该联盟虚拟参考咨询服务质量的积极建议及对策。     

Socially organized sentiments: Exploring the link between religious density and protest mobilization, 1960–1995

Extensive research has shown individual religiosity to have an impact upon U.S. protest participation. But very little work has examined the role of religious density in a community on the likelihood of protest mobilization. Our research links the religious density across 62 counties in New York State to various protest mobilization issues during the period of 1960–1995. In this research, we develop a theory of socially organized sentiments to examine religious influences on overall protest event mobilizations in local communities, a specific example of a more general theory that can link community structure to multiple forms of civic engagement. The impact of various religious traditions is assessed by using measures for the density of religious population per congregation of three religious traditions—Mainline Protestantism, Evangelical Protestantism and Catholicism. The analysis also assesses the likelihood of mobilization concerning four specific issues—African-American civil rights, gender, anti-nuclear/peace, and anti-poverty movements.     

Senior centres in the lives of older Americans: implications for Chinese older adults

As a critical community resource, the senior centre has provided older Americans with a wide array of recreational, nutritional, health, and social service programmes. Funding resources include the Older Americans Act allocations, local organisations and governments, national charities, voluntary associations, and religious associations. The types of programmes offered at a senior centre reflect two models: social agency model or voluntary organisation model. The five most popular programmes are nutrition, health and fitness, recreation, volunteering, and social services. Participation in senior centre activities has positive impacts on the overall well-being of older adult participants. With the rapid growth in the ageing population and improved life expectancy in China, senior centres may serve as a focal point for Chinese older adults by providing a broad spectrum of social services to enhance the well-being of community-dwelling older adults, to support their independence and dignity, and to facilitate ageing in place in later life.     

Web服务组合模型的研究

针对Web服务组合问题,提出一种基于先进先出通信通道的Web服务组合模型,支持Web服务的层次性组合。给出了该模型的形式化定义及Web服务描述语言与该模型的对应关系。介绍了用于建模Web服务行为的Pi-演算语言的基本语法及操作语义。通过一个旅游路线预定服务研究了Web服务组合模型的实际应用。
