中西部地区生殖健康家庭保健服务能力建设项目调查报告

利用定量与定性调查法,在国家计生委＂中西部项目＂试点中的江西省吉安县、重庆市永川区和海南省澄迈县,对服务对象的健康知识与行为以及他们对家庭保健服务的评价进行了调查研究。调查结果显示：群众健康知识的普及及健康行为基本形成 家庭保健服务拓展了人口计生部门的服务内容和范围 干群关系更加融洽,有利于和谐社会的构建。     

Considerations on jury size and composition using lower probabilities

The use of lower probabilities is considered for inferences in basic jury scenarios to study aspects of the size of juries and their composition if society consists of subpopulations. The use of lower probability seems natural in law, as it leads to robust inference in the sense of providing a defendant with the benefit of the doubt. The method presented in this paper focusses on how representative a jury is for the whole population, using a novel concept of a second ’imaginary’ jury together with exchangeability assumptions. It has the advantage that there is an explicit absence of any assumption with regard to guilt of a defendant. Although the concept of a jury in law is central in the presentation, the novel approach and the conclusions of this paper hold for representative decision making processes in many fields, and it also provides a new perspective to stratified sampling.     

Affirming the “S” in HBSE Through the Socio-Cultural Discourses of Lev Vygotsky,Barbara Myerhoff,Jerome Bruner,and Ken Gergen

Owing largely to the pioneering spirit of Sigmund Freud, social work's understanding of human behavior and development has supported individualist discourses that essentialize the self. Socio-cultural discourses present alternatives that strengthen the intentions of many social workers when they invoke the concept of human behavior in the social environment. In particular, Lev Vygotsky, Barbara Myerhoff, Jerome Bruner, and Ken Gergen offer compelling and salient accounts for genuinely regarding human behavior as embedded, even constituted by, social environments.     

Caregiver Emotional Expressiveness,Child Emotion Regulation,and Child Behavior Problems among Head Start Families

The present study examined the relationships between caregivers' self‐reported positive and negative emotional expressiveness, observer assessments of children's emotion regulation, and teachers' reports of children's internalizing and externalizing behaviors in a sample of 97 primarily African American and Hispanic Head Start families. Results indicated that higher caregiver negativity and lower child emotion regulation independently predicted more internalizing behavior problems in children. Additionally, children's externalizing behavior problems were negatively predicted by caregivers' self‐reports of positive emotional expressiveness. Importantly, results also suggested that caregivers' emotional expressiveness and children's behavioral problems may be non‐linearly related, and that child gender may play an important moderating role. These results emphasize the importance of family emotional climate and child emotion regulation in the behavioral development of preschool‐age children, and highlight the need for improved theoretical and practical understanding of socioemotional development in diverse populations.     

理性习惯偏好与居民消费行为

 经济体制改革以来，随着经济的持续快速增长中国城镇居民已经习惯于生活水平不断提高。在这样的环境中，如果一个家庭当年消费的数量和上一年相同，其幸福感就会打折扣；另一方面，消费还具有外部性，如果与他人相比自己的消费水平降低了，消费者的效用也会受到损失。因此，理性消费者的决策目标是保持消费长期稳定增长而不仅仅是消费在各个时期的均匀分配。利用1978-2008年中国26个省（直辖市）的城镇住户调查数据得到的实证分析结果显示：消费者的习惯偏好与制度环境有关。受传统计划体制影响，1990前中国城镇居民的习惯偏好具有明显的“短视”特征。1990-2008年的估计结果则支持了理性习惯形成假设。即内部习惯形成导致了边际消费倾向明显下降，并且消费攀比是理性的。     

略论国家公务员的政治行为规范与职业道德行为规范

国家公务员的政治行为规范和职业道德行为规范是国家意志的体现。公务员的政治行为规范保持长期稳定 ,而职业道德行为规范则随着时代的发展而有所变化 ;对公务员的政治行为和职业道德行为必须采取多种方式加以规范。国家公务员的政治行为规范和职业道德行为规范内容广泛 ,而且在不同性质的国家之间这些行为规范的内容也存在着很大的区别。我国公务员的政治行为规范和职业道德行为规范的建设刚刚起步 ,我们必须不断地作出努力 ,才能更好地贯彻“以法治国”和“以德治国”的根本方略。     

降价表述方式与消费者感知的降价幅度和购买意愿

降价的表述方式通常有相对于原价的百分比降幅和绝对减让幅度两种.本研究分析了这两种降价表述方式对消费者感知的降价幅度和购买意愿的影响,结果表明:在不同的产品价格水平和降价幅度下,这两种降价表述方式对感知降价幅度的影响是不同的.此外,对低价格产品,消费者对价格信息关注的程度会影响他们感知两种降价表述方式下的降价幅度.     

苏南地区青少年教育的若干思考

基于对苏南部分地区的实地调查，讨论分析了该地区青少年人口结构、生活环境特点和存在问题，以及转型期社会现实中对青少年健康成长的不利影响因素，阐述了强化青少年正面教育的对策性思考

Analysis of Pre and Posttest Gender Differences in Family Satisfaction of Divorce Mediation Couples

To determine if divorcing spouses experience the family reorganization process through mediation differently, we tested divorcing couples before and after child custody/visitatior mediation, using the Family Satisfaction scale. The pretest family satisfaction scores of husbands as a group were significantly lower than those of the wives (p = .004), but significantly improved after mediation (p = .005). The family satisfaction of wives as a group did not change. Within-couple differences in family satisfaction did not change for either spousal group before and after mediation, an indication that an improvement in the family satisfaction of the husband is not necessarily at the expense of the wife.
