拒绝职场边缘化:模型与检验

初入职场,大学生员工希望被组织接纳而不是被边缘化。本文试图建模表现在如同"政治舞台"的职场中员工努力避免被边缘化的过程。为达到以上研究目标,执行了两项研究:预研究在国务院11个部委机关的公务员群体中收集数据,开发了职场边缘化的测量工具;主研究对16家制造型企业中的343个员工、662个同事及343个直接领导的配对数据进行实证分析,发现员工工作绩效、公民行为以及与上司的私人关系(Guanxi)与职场边缘化之间呈负向关联。相对而言,在政治氛围淡漠的企业中,上司关系与职场边缘化之间的负向关联更强。     

基于新消费者行为理论的供应链应急预案研究

本文利用应急管理中的分级思想和新消费者行为理论,提出了应急事件下,估计供应链损失的新方法.通过该方法能够比较容易地算出供应链应急损失值,然后把该值与应急预案的阀值进行比较,从而确定供应链应急预案的启动时机.     

Implications and Applications of a Behavior Systems Perspective

Improving employee performance in an organization seems to cycle back and forth among six broad approaches. Rather than debate which approach is most effective, the argument is made that each approach is simply one aspect of a larger behavior system. The ultimate answer, then, is to integrate these approaches within an overarching behavior systems perspective. A potential behavior systems perspective is described as well as its implications for employee performance improvement. An expansion of OBM graduate curricula is recommended that includes more diverse improvement strategies.     

The Competitive Impact of Targeted Television Advertisements Using DVR Technology

Digital video recorders (DVRs) are an emerging technology that is fundamentally changing the competitive landscape in industries that advertise on television. Perhaps the most familiar impact of DVR technology is that it enables consumers to avoid advertisements (ads) by fast forwarding through them. However, this “zipping” of ads is only one aspect of the impact of DVR technology. DVRs also collect a wealth of information at the consumer level that can be used by firms to target their ads more effectively. We examine how this targeting capability moderates the impact of ad avoidance in a competitive setting. Insights are provided on how best to manage this emerging technology in terms of the key managerial decisions of product pricing and advertising efforts, as well as its impact on profits in a competitive (duopoly) marketplace.     

怎样的制造企业更愿涉足服务业务?———“服务化困境”问题的生产率匹配探析

本文关注于制造业企业服务化过程中的产业效率因素,设计了差异化产品模型。在需求层面,公司所提供的产品和服务之间具有互补性;而在供应方面,企业在产品生产和服务之间在专业知识分配上存在竞争。理论模型提供了对制造企业服务化与全要素生产率之间的计量评估。本文利用我国上市制造业版块中的企业数据,通过使用具有异质性的Fractional Probit 模型控制内生性并进行实证检验,理论模型推导和经验估计指出,企业全要素生产率与服务化之间存在“U”型关系,针对四个行业部门的检验也证实服务化和企业全要素生产率之间的非线性关系。在不同地区的企业之间,“U”型关系也存在差异。企业所处行业环境、所在区域以及所提供产品和服务的内在特征对于“服务化困境”的表现都存在差异性的影响。     

农业巨灾保险供求双方行为博弈及对策

目前,国外农业保险已较为成熟,但国内农业保险发展迟缓甚至一度停滞萎缩。如何使我国农业保险走出困境,文章从经济学期望效用理论的角度,分析我国农业保险供求双方——农户和保险公司采取不同行为的期望利润,并以此建立两者的博弈模型,最后分析模型,提出结论和政策建议。

本文讨论了现代社会工作利他行为的制度化、职业化特征。以效用函数作为分析工具尝试分析了社会工作助人活动中福利参与者个人福利的变化,以及根据帕累托准则带来的社会福利的增加。

Tracking the Sexual Behavior-Specific Effects of a Foster Family Treatment Program for Children with Serious Sexual Behavior Problems

Few treatment programs exist for very young children with serious sexual behavior problems. Fewer still have produced data relating to their effectiveness, and the sparse data that have emerged have focused on global social adjustment or improvement rather than on sexual behavior- specific changes. This study tracked both frequency of problem sexual behaviors and care giver estimates of the propensity to re-offend of six initial clients referred to a treatment-intensive foster care program for sexually reactive children and pre-adolescent sexual offenders. A simple pre-post (basepoint-treatment) design was used, and in-treatment data gathered over a two-year interval are presented. Initial results indicate that the problem sexual behaviors of most of these youthful clients were effectively and immediately suppressed in the context of their treatment intensive foster placements, but that the program's impact on the clients' propensity to re-offend given the opportunity—a crude measure of treatment internalization—was much less immediate, less pronounced, and less predictable across clients. Recommendations based on these data are offered concerning the viability of foster care intervention for sexualized and offending children, as well as optimal durations for such treatments. The strengths and weaknesses of the novel progress tracking method are discussed.     

对提高当前我国人大代表素质的几点思考

人民代表大会制度的加强和完善,是一个系统性、综合性很强的工作,也是一项长期而艰巨的任务,其中人民代表素质的提高,是一个非常重要而又关键的环节。人大代表的素质是指其履行代表职责所必须具有的内在品质和能力,其核心内容包括知政、参政、议政和督政等方面的能力。它直接制约着各方面人民的利益,通过其选出的代表集聚、表达和实现的程度,影响到人民代表大会这一权力机关权威的树立和作用的发挥,因而构成人大代表素质的核心内容,是我们提高人大代表自身素质应抓住的关键。
