海南经济特区建立20年来黎、苗民族关系观察

海南经济特区的建立使海南黎族、苗族的政治、经济、文化处于急剧变迁的背景中,黎、苗民族关系也呈现出新变化、新格局：黎、苗关系向好发展始终是两族关系的主旋律;互相离不开是两族关系发展的客观现实;友好与矛盾并存在是两族关系的新特点;＂和而不同＂是未来两族关系发展的趋势。     

Geographical and geodemographic connections between different types of small area as the origins and destinations of migrants to Mid-Wales

Exchanges of population between supposedly ‘urban’ and ‘rural’ spaces have occurred throughout history as people migrate between areas with relatively, densely and sparsely settled populations. However, comparatively little is known about whether the same small areas persistently contribute to the flow and what types of locality are involved. Recent counterurbanising migration represents both a re-location of the centres of population growth from urban to rural areas in many developed countries, and a refashioning of the characteristics and lifestyles of residents occupying the countryside. Mid-Wales classically exemplifies the changing demographic fortune of many rural areas having experienced a long period of population decline, followed by a general but locally fluctuating upturn since the 1970s. Using empirical information from recent British censuses on numbers of 1-year migrants and from a national geodemographic classification of small areas, this paper explores the geographical and socio-economic connections between the origins and destinations of those people who moved into Mid-Wales during the closing decades of the 20th century. It concludes that certain places and types of locality have stronger migratory links enduring beyond the period covered by a single census enumeration.     

北航大学英语教学改革的构想与实践

随着大学生入学人数不断增加,入学水平逐年发生变化,原有的教学指导思想和课堂操作模式越来越不适应学生的实际要求,为此北航外语系大学英语教研室对于大学英语教学采取了五项改革措施:整合课型、课内外结合、分级教学、大小班结合、与专业阅读结合等.虽然这五项措施在实践中还需要不断完善,但对于大学英语教学改革不失为一种有益的尝试.     

我国发展贷款证券化业务的若干法律思考

结合我国金融立法的最新动态,讨论了贷款证券化的实际运作及其法律保障机制的历史发展、开展贷款证券化业务的法律意义与经济功能所在、贷款证券化业务所涉及的各方权利义务关系和主要法律问题、以及发展我国贷款证券化业务的若干建议。     

从《沧浪诗话》论严羽审美理想的矛盾性

《沧浪诗话》论及李、杜诗歌的具体评述和严羽提倡的“别才别趣说”及“兴趣说”体现了其审美理想的矛盾之处。“别才别趣说”与推崇杜甫之间的矛盾,“兴趣说”与李、杜诗歌的审美特征并不相符是严羽本身性格的多重性和时代影响的结果。《沧浪诗话》所体现的审美矛盾使我们看到了一个真正的严羽,这对于我们深入理解《沧浪诗话》的价值具有重要的意义。     

内蒙古赤峰学院特殊教育专业课程设置研究

通过对内蒙古赤峰学院特殊教育专业开设以来培养方案的回顾反思,结合师生访谈,梳理出赤峰学院特殊教育专业课程设置存在的问题,并提出相应建议,为构建出一个更加完善的适合本校的课程体系提供一些支持,促进我校特殊教育专业的发展,为培养更优秀的特殊教育教师贡献微薄力量。     

美国特殊教育青年教师的入职教育

入职教育是对青年教师提供的综合性支持,对于青年教师教学能力的提高和未来的职业发展有着重要的作用。由于面对的学生群体的特殊性,特殊教育青年教师会面临比普通青年教师更大的挑战,因此,入职教育对于特殊教育青年教师有着重要的作用和意义。借鉴美国对特殊教育青年教师提供的入职教育的经验,可以从完善特殊教育青年教师入职教育制度,联合大学共同实施和管理特殊教育青年教师入职教育项目,促进开展特殊教育青年教师入职教育相关研究三个方面入手,规范和促进我国特殊教育青年教师入职教育的发展。     

论提升喀什区域行政地位与实施区域整体发展

喀什是经国务院批准的第二批对外开放城市。中央新疆工作座谈会召开后,国家确定将喀什建立为第六个经济开发区,力争把喀什建设为中国西部明珠的战略定位,使喀什迎来了新的发展机遇。本文提出,喀什虽然面临新的发展机遇,但也存在若干制约因素。为此,需要提升喀什城市行政地位,确立区域整体发展战略,在区域一体化,农业现代化、新型工业化、新型城市化等方面采取一系列的有力措施,进而促进喀什地区的跨越式发展和长治久安。     

The SLA DBIO 100 Poll: 100 Journals Voted by SLA’s BioMedical and Life Sciences Division as the Most Influential over the Last 100 Years

Abstract

An expert opinion poll of the members of the BioMedical and Life Sciences Division (DBIO) of the Special Libraries Association (SLA), conducted on the occasion of the SLA's Centennial (Washington, DC, June 14–17, 2009), identified 100 journals across three major categories (Clinical Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, Journals Primarily Reporting Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Journals of Natural History) as the most influential over the last 100 years. The Top Ten, containing winners from all three of these groups, were also named, as were a “Journal” and a “Publisher” of the Centennial.”     

“六报联合特刊”存废及其新闻史学意义再析——兼对李时新先生商榷的回应

1934年的＂六报联合特刊＂是上海日报公会协调其会员报共同应对元旦春节期间假日报业市场激烈竞争的产物,其存废是上海日报公会前期协调成功后期协调失败的表现,史量才在协调中扮演了重要角色。＂六报联合特刊＂的存废表明,20世纪30年代的上海报界是竞争强度有所减缓、合作有所增强的错综复杂的竞合态势。
