郦道元年谱考略

自北魏孝明帝神龟年间开始撰注的《水经注》,其地学价值和文学价值居“北地三书”之首。本年谱按年记录了郦道元一生的主要事迹以及《水经注》的创作情况,以为郦学研究提供一份翔实的资料。     

正视历史 探索前行——[俄]达旗升《1900年满洲的俄中战争》评介

俄罗斯学者对义和团运动期间的中俄战争一直关注不够,1996年出版的达旗升的《1900年满洲的俄中战争》是填补空白的重要著作。达旗升对这次战争的历史背景和具体进程做了详尽、准确的研究。他利用大量俄方档案,综合运用马克思主义、多元素平衡理论以及后现代理论等理论方法,客观展示了1900年中俄战争的全貌,揭示出这次战争对中俄两国的重大影响,指出了这次战争的性质是俄国蓄谋发动的侵华战争。达著的不足之处是对中方资料和成果的借鉴不够。     

Transnational activities and aspirations of irregular migrants in Belgium and the Netherlands

The literature on immigrant transnationalism and on irregular immigration suggests irregular migrants engage relatively little in transnational activities because of the obstacles associated with their legal and economic statuses. Drawing on participant observation and in‐depth interviews with a diverse population of irregular migrants in Belgium and the Netherlands, however, I shall demonstrate in this article that irregular migrants do indeed engage in various transnational activities. Moreover, I argue that a focus on aspirations helps to understand why irregular migrants either do or do not engage in specific transnational activities. Distinguishing between investment, settlement and legalization aspirations, I analyse whether and for what reasons irregular migrants carry out economic, social and political transnational activities. I conclude that future research on transnationalism and on the incorporation of irregular and regular migrants alike could benefit from contextualizing the agency of migrants by taking their aspirations into account.     

Aging androgens and the metabolic syndrome

Objective: To assess the responses of a symptom complex related to partial androgen deficiency in the aging male (PADAM) to androgen supplementation. Subjects and methods: Eighty-six men from five hospitals in Beijing aged 50-70 years with symptoms related to PADAM received oral testosterone undecanoate for 2 months, and the effects of the therapy were evaluated. Results: After treatment, the symptom scores were significantly improved (all p < 0.001). Serum levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were suppressed, and free testosterone and albuminbound testosterone levels were elevated. However, they were not significantly different from the pretreatment values. Waist/hip ratio and blood pressure were markedly decreased, but no changes were found in serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, albumin and prostate specific antigen. Conclusions: Two months of treatment with oral testosterone undecanoate clearly improved the symptoms related to PADAM. No statistical relationship was found between symptom improvement and androgen levels. Androgen therapy for 2 months was beneficial to the waist/hip ratio and blood pressure, and no harm was done to the prostate gland or lipid metabolism.

浅析《新牛津英汉双解大词典》中的语用信息

语用学原理渗透到双语词典编纂理论中,使词典中的语用信息成为词典学研究的新课题。以《新牛津英汉双解大词典》为文本,分析语用信息在该词典中的体现情况,指出其中的优缺点,并提出语用信息在词典中的表现形式。     

日本好色文学中的《源氏物语》

好色文学是日本传统文学由来已久的一个部分。《源氏物语》对这种好色传统的形成和发展起到了重要的成型和推动作用。将《源氏物语》放在好色文学的背景中加以考察 ,从恋爱情趣和恋爱行为两个角度分析了的好色因素 ,并进一步探究了其对日本好色文学乃至近现代文学的影响     

Virtual enclaves: the influence of alumni email lists on the workspaces of transnational software engineers

At the turn of the twentieth century, ethnic enclaves helped immigrants to find jobs and to adjust to their surroundings. In the twenty‐first century, transnational professionals also have other spaces of support: the ‘virtual’ enclaves made possible by new communication tools. Based on interviews with high‐tech professionals over the course of an industry boom and downturn, in this article I trace the institutions that affected structures of online help with work. For some engineers from India and Taiwan, alumni ties, maintained by email lists, were important; these transnational workers had an allegiance to their ‘batch’ (university cohort) that the US‐born workers lacked. Their far‐flung, multi‐tiered alumni lists combined the benefits of strong and weak ties: deep commitments and unique information. This study makes a contribution to theorization of immigrant adjustment, social capital and work technologies.     

Organizational Capital and Joining-up: Linking the Individual to the Organization and to Society

Do employees ever make efforts on behalf oftheir employing organization's interests or fellowemployees' interests when it is not in their directself-interest to do so? By drawing on organizationalbehavior literature relating to the joining-up process,organizational commitment, and organizationalcitizenship behavior, and integrating these insightswith economic theory, this article provides a newexplanation of why employees' efforts are typicallysuboptimal and what organizational activities canresolve this problem. The key variable explainingwhether organization members behave responsibly or notis the presence of organizational capital formedeither during the joining-up process or in preparationfor it.     

从清醒到梦想：西厢故事流变论

《莺莺传》为元稹招来了千古骂名,学者多以为其自寓的张生被当作一个始乱终弃的薄情文人而屡遭批判,而崔莺莺则被当作反叛封建礼教的勇敢女性而备受称扬,但实际上崔张都经历了追求、反思与逃避自由爱情的心理发展历程。《董西厢》、《王西厢》为董解元、王实甫赢得了千古美誉,被当作反叛封建礼教追求自由爱情的颂歌而备受青睐,但实际上崔张只不过谋求在封建礼教的框架下为感情留下可怜的发展空间,并未自觉主动地否定封建礼教而确认自由爱情的独立价值。从《莺莺传》到《董西厢》、《王西厢》的发展,体现了古代文人从清醒到梦想的心理流变历程。
