论《尼各马可伦理学》中的真与善——兼论一种本体论的伦理学

人的功能性,是亚里士多德伦理学体系中的论证主线。这条主线贯穿着幸福、德性、善等重要原则的论证,由此其伦理学可称为本体论伦理学。本体论伦理学一直面临着事实和价值无法统一的困境。但亚里士多德对善的定义不仅是价值性的,而且还包含着事实性的意义,最终善作为终极目的,不仅代表一种价值取向,也同样出于人的卓越的自然性目的,这使他的伦理学具有较完整的体系。

在“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程中引入情境式教学是教学改革的有益尝试,它有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和综合能力.基本做法是问题创设情境,角色扮演体验情境,运用多媒体创设情境,运用生动的语言创设情境.在情境创设中既要符合教学大纲的要求,也要符合思想性、时代性的要求.     

Human resource development,organization development,organizational learning,and organizational effectiveness: all needed more than ever

In this study the Job Demand-Control model was used to study the quality of working life of Dutch secondary teachers. The Job Demand-Control model of Karasek is a theoretical model in which stress and learning are both considered as dependent variables which are influenced by three different task characteristics: job demands, job control, and social support. This model was tested for Dutch secondary teachers (n = 542). Results shed light on the relationship between stress and learning, on the one hand, and the effects of task characteristics on work stress and on work-based learning, on the other hand. It is concluded that the relationship between stress and learning is mediated by the amount of job control as the model predicts. However, the results also reveal that the Karasek model is better suited for explaining stress than for explaining learning. To explain work-based learning variables other than task characteristics have to be taken into account.     

“角色”意识:《易传》之“定位”观念与正义问题——角色伦理学与生活儒学比较

"角色伦理学"与"生活儒学"及其伦理层级上的"中国正义论"之间颇有相通之处,但也存在着重大差异。一个人的"角色"是由其所居之"位"规定的,因此,可以从儒家《易传》"位"或"定位"观念来切入这个问题:1、"正位"并且"当位"指的是恪守既定的位置及其角色,这是行为正义问题,角色伦理学与生活儒学对此都有基本的确认;2、"得位"指的是获得一种新的位,即对原有之位置与角色的超越,角色伦理学与生活儒学对此的理解有所不同;3、"设位"指的是对社会角色秩序本身的设置或重置,这是制度正义问题,角色伦理学未触及这个问题,而生活儒学则通过中国正义论的重建来探索这个问题。     

学前教育《专业英语》教学模块构建

随着我国对学前教育重视程度的日益提高,优秀专业人才的培养成为当务之急。学前教育《专业英语》课程的合理设置及其内容构建会直接影响本专业的人才培养质量。根据专业特点、学生自身情况以及社会需求等因素,高师院校学前教育《专业英语》的教学内容可涵盖专业经典英语文献选读、幼儿英语教育教学能力的培养以及学前教育专业英语语言工具的运用等方面。     

Ethics for Academics

The ethical delivery of social work education is guided by academic and professional codes of conduct, though often these documents fail to explicitly address the array of dilemmas faced by faculty and administrators. This paper examines commonly occurring ethical dilemmas faced by social work educators in carrying out their roles of teaching, scholarship and service. Specifically, the codes of professional social work organizations from four nations, the American Association of University Professors, the International Federation of Social Workers and the Codes of Conduct and Practice from the General Social Care Council in England are applied to four vignettes for analysis and discussion. Recommendations are offered for discerning relevant guidelines to resolve the unique dilemmas experienced by social work educators and consideration is given to the development of a specialized code for social work educators.     

Making Critical Minds: Nurturing ‘Not‐Knowing’ in Students of Health and Social Care

The two authors have been involved in developing teaching and learning resources that can be used with students undertaking a whole range of health and social care courses. The aims of this development work included the fostering of critical thinking skills and of inter professional learning. In this Ideas in Action paper we share both some of the thinking behind our work and several of the learning activities that we have utilized with our students.
