独立学院法学教育中师生关系的调查分析

师生关系的好坏直接关系教学效果，独立学院法学师生关系较普通本科院校又存有特殊性。通过对独立学院的学生进行问卷调查得出数据，展开实证分析，反馈我国独立学院法学师生关系在具体教学工作中存在的问题，提出建立导师制辅导、OFFEICE TIME制度、师生交流网络平台等措施，创建新型和谐师生关系。     

Temperament and Destiny——The Contrast between Mr.Winterbourne and Mr.Darcy

Mr.Winterbourne in Henry James ’ novel Daisy Miller and Mr.Darcy in Jane Austen ’ s novel Pride and Prejudice are two heroes with great acknowledgements.Mr.Winterbourne is in admiration of Miss Daisy , while Mr.Darcy is in pursuit of Miss Elizabeth.One story ends up with sorrows and regrets while the other ends with joys and satisfaction.I would like to provide evidences to analyze how the male characters ’ action and thoughts affect the consequences.     

Crisis communication in higher education: The use of “negotiation” as a strategy to manage crisis

This case study examined the crisis response strategies of Louisiana State University after its women's head basketball coach resigned amid charges of inappropriate conduct with former basketball players. This case study draws on relationship management and negotiation as the theoretical lens to examine the efforts of the University in managing relationships and restoring its image. Data for this study was collected through opened-ended questionnaires from students, faculty, and staff at the University. The findings from this study indicate that the good reputation of the University was responsible for the positive evaluation of the crisis management. In addition, results from this study suggest that “negotiation” can play an important role in managing a crisis when the conflicting parties are not willing to participate in a dialogue.     

家族所有权和企业绩效的关系——基于沪深两地上市公司的实证

治理问题是家族企业研究中的新课题,而家族所有权则是家族企业治理中首先需要关注的。文章以沪深两地上市公司为对象,分析了家族所有权与企业绩效之间的关系。研究发现,家族控制上市公司在我国已经比较普遍,存在所有权向家族集中的趋势,但是家族所有权的介入对这些企业的绩效带来不利影响。进一步的非线性关系分析表明家族股东的持股比例与企业绩效之间存在U型关系,而我国家族控制上市公司的家族所有权结构存在不合理性,平均家族持股比例接近企业绩效的最低点。     

《宋文宪公全集》(四库备要本)目录正误

<宋文宪公全集>(四库备要本)的卷二、卷三、卷六目录上存在比较多的错误.一是目录的顺序有误,卷三放在了卷六之后、卷七之前;二是目录与书中标题不一致;三是卷二、卷三、卷六中的篇目互相混乱.出错的原因可能是社会动乱以及竞争赶工所致.     

文学翻译与译介研究：学科的分轸

文学翻译与比较文学中的译介研究是相关但是并不相同的学科，文学翻译学应当是一门独立的学科，它以翻译的理论与实践为研究对象；而比较文学中的译介学是是以与翻译活动相关的文化活动为主要对象的比较研究，所以它是具有更为广泛内容的学科分支。二者在研究范围、主客体关系、方法与手段方面有本质不同。比较文学并不排斥翻译研究，但是只是相邻与相关学科，不可能取代比较文学中的译介研究。     

Comparing the two sides of the nonprofit organization–donor relationship: Applying coorientation methodology to relationship management

Although public relations scholars recommend practitioners strive for symmetry in their communication programming, scholarship on the organization–public relationship has abandoned the push for symmetry despite potential problems that could emerge when the organization and publics have different viewpoints. Using the coorientation methodology, this study found that even though fundraisers and donors at a West coast hospital viewed their relationship positively, the differences in the evaluations leave room for the organization to devise strategies to improve the relationship status.     

影响中日LT贸易实施的政治因素

20世纪60年代,中日双方经过共同努力签订了具有半民间半官方性质的LT贸易协定,打破了两国外交的僵局,为两国早日实现邦交正常化迈出了重要的一步。但LT贸易的签订,引起了台湾当局的不满和反对。为维护日台关系,日本政府对LT贸易的态度发生转变,同时中国"文化大革命"的爆发,使得LT贸易在实施过程中不可避免地受到政治因素的影响。     

对教学活动中“教”与“学”关系的审思

长期以来,人们对教学活动的认识主要是从"实体论"的角度出发,如"教师中心论"和"儿童中心论","以教师为主导"与"以学生为主体"。教学活动真实发生的关键并非实体是否在场,而是"教"与"学"之间辩证关系的确立。"教"与"学"之间的辩证关系表现在相互依存、相互制约、相互作用、相互转化等四个方面。对教学活动的认识应该从"实体论"走向"关系论"。     

戴震与江永关系的再探讨

关于戴震与江永间之究竟关系,学界多从钱穆及其高足余英时之说.然钱说在两个重要方面有误:一、谓戴震的朴学出自江永;二、谓江、戴二人初晤时间为乾隆十五年庚午(1750年).其后,余英时虽对其师之前说进行了修正,即江、戴二人为师友关系,然仍坚持其师之后说.本文参校有关史料指出:不仅江、戴二人初晤时间实为庚午之二年后的壬申(1752年),且其二人之关系最多亦仅能处于师友之间,故所谓的戴氏背师之说实乃无中生有.
