组织变革的认知与工作压力——基于国有商业银行的实证研究

目前我国国有商业银行面临着剧烈的环境变化和角色转换。员工对组织变革的认知与工作压力及其工作表现存在着显著的相关关系。因此,国有商业银行在实施组织变革的过程中,要与员工进行良好的协调与沟通,增加与员工之间的互动性,同时还要对员工进行必要的帮助和咨询,使其在心理上和生理上同时适应银行变革后的新的角色。     

PC矮塔斜拉桥施工过程主梁内力测试与分析

根据矮塔斜拉桥的受力特点，介绍了梁体关键受力部位测点的布置方案。通过对实测应力值同设计理论值进行的对比分析，研究了该桥施工过程中的主梁受力规律。同时对该桥主梁应力横向分布规律和日照温差对主梁应力的影响规律进行了研究分析。     

Cigarette Smoking Among Korean International College Students in the United States

Abstract

Objective and Participants: This study explored (1) the prevalence of cigarette smoking among South Korean international college students in the United States, (2) differences in smoking between on- and off-campus living arrangements, and (3) predictors of an increase in smoking over time in the United States Methods: An online survey was completed by 1,201 students at 52 4-year US universities (34% response rate). Results: The overall smoking prevalence was 43.5%. The smoking rate (29.0%) of female students was higher than that (4%) of female college students in South Korea. Sex, living place, living situation, length of stay as a student in the United States, home smoking rules, campus-wide tobacco-free policies, and levels of acculturative stress, anxiety, and depression were significantly associated with an increase in smoking (p < .05). Conclusions: Given the high smoking prevalence among the South Korean students on US college campuses, targeted prevention efforts for these students may be warranted.     

Associations between stress at work and attitudes towards retirement in hospital physicians

Abstract

There is a need to understand the associations between attitudes towards retirement in specific occupations and various psychosocial and work-related factors. This study identified correlates of retirement thoughts and retirement preference in hospital physicians. The sample comprised 447 (251 male and 196 female) physicians from three hospital districts in Finland. After adjustment for gender, age and salary, minor psychiatric morbidity increased likelihood of retirement thoughts and retirement preference. Retirement thoughts and retirement preference were more common in doctors reporting low job control, poor teamwork and unjust supervision than in doctors perceiving their working conditions more favorably. Work preference was associated with high overwork. The associations of work characteristics with retirement thoughts and retirement preference largely persisted after control for indicators of health and social circumstances. In conclusion, in addition to demographic and financial factors and health, retirement attitudes in hospital physicians seem to be related to organizational and managerial factors that are potentially amendable to intervention. This has implications for retaining hospital physicians who might otherwise retire.

对我国当前“教育公正”问题的分析与思考

教育公正问题是世界各国都存在的重大问题,直接影响国家的稳定和发展。我国的教育不公正现象集中表现在五个方面,即城乡之间,东西部地区之间,高低收入两个群体之间,流动人口与固定居住人口之间以及高等学校招生制度中都存在着教育不公正现象,阐述了这些现象的表现形式,产生原因及相应的解决办法。最后指出优先完成高校招生制度改革十分必要,效果最佳。
