We consider the problems of testing a normal mean and an exponential mean under the median ranked set sampling (MRSS) scheme. The tests based on MRSS outperform those based on the usual ranked-set samples. In addition, through heuristic arguments we postulate working formulas for computing cut-off points for RSS-based and MRSS-based tests, respectively. Our simulation studies indicate these formulas perform surprisingly well, even for small samples, and solve the task of computation for large samples.  相似文献

精读课是大学英语专业教学中最核心的基础课程,但近几年来有些学校大量删减精读课时,从而影响学生英语综合能力的提高,不能很好地实现专业培养目标。论文结合目前一些学校精读开设的情况,从分析论证精读课时设置与学生的综合能力培养的关系以及精读课老师应具有的信念及态度等几方面讨论了以培养具有高能力的英语人才为基本目标的精读课时设置的问题,并提出了周课时要达到最低6学时,专科3年应达到590学时,本科四年应为756学时的建议。课题组通过课堂教学实验、观察、访谈、调查找到在实践上得到验证的结果,证明这种课时设置体系是既有理论支持,又在实践上证明有效的课程设置体系。  相似文献

组织支持感在人力资源管理中的价值已经受到管理者的重视,但是它与员工工作行为的关系还有待进一步研究。通过在全国不同地区调查的721份样本,本文实证研究了心理资本在组织支持感影响员工工作行为中的作用。研究结论是:组织支持感和心理资本能对员工工作行为产生直接或间接影响;心理资本在组织支持感对员工角色内行为和缺勤行为的影响中起到部分中介作用,在组织支持感对员工组织公民行为的影响中起到完全中介作用。  相似文献

This study assessed the relationship between maternal working hours and stunting, underweight and obesity in children under age 5 in China, using data from the China Nutrition and Health Survey (CNHS) conducted in 2002 and multivariable logistic regression. We found that maternal work hours 25–40 or >40 h per week were associated with a higher risk for underweight and stunting (under growth) in children under age 5. The association between working 25–40 h per week and stunting was somewhat stronger for children from low-income families and the effect of working >40 h per week on underweight was larger among children from mothers with lower education, although with marginal significance (90% confidence). In contrast, we found that long maternal work hours (>40 h per week) were associated with a lower risk for overweight and obesity in children under age 5. This association was stronger among children from mothers with lower education.  相似文献

This article investigates the temporal orders of families as the daily rhythms and schedules when one or both parents work non-standard hours. Our focus is especially on the often asynchronous times of non-standard work, on one hand, and of early childhood education and care (ECEC) services and other institutions, on the other hand. The data consist of semi-structured qualitative interviews of Finnish parents with a four-year-old child. The results show that the asynchronous times generated by non-standard working hours cause a wide range of collisions both in relation to childcare and ECEC and to the division of labour between parents. The parents are ‘wrestling’, not only because of the asynchrony of their own work but also because of the ‘pedagogical rhythm’ created by ECEC professionals. However, the parents also find ways to manage time, facilitated by workplace flexibility or spousal negotiations over the sharing of responsibilities.  相似文献

This study examined talk by parents about the early years transitions of their children (n = 7) in the context of parental non-standard working hours and Finnish early childhood education and care (ECEC) services. Parents were interviewed at three time points: when their child was aged one, four, five or six years (a total of 21 interviews). The third interview was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. This article focuses on the children's ECEC transitions and the interpretative frames used by parents when talking about their work and childcare. The frames used by the parents to discuss the children's transitions were stabilising the children's lives, balancing between staying at home and attending ECEC and adjusting to norms and rules. The diversity of families' experiences and their children's transitions during the early years should be considered when developing family policy and ECEC services.  相似文献
