正确把握“三个代表”重要思想的精神主题

“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果 ,是新时期我们党的指导思想。在“三个代表”中 ,其精神主题集中表现为三个“三” ,即三个方面的内容 ,三个方面的内涵 ,三个方面的要求。在建设中国特色社会主义的实践中 ,我们要贯彻好“三个代表”重要思想 ,必须真正理解好这三个“三”。

在二十世纪美国小说中,荒诞成为了一个主题,其原因有来自社会的,自然科学的及哲学方面的。它的表现形态主要在故事情节、结构和人物塑造上。它的意义是深远的,有对社会的、人类思想进程中的、美学的及纯文学的影响。     

A call for more elaborate and transparent pension data to inform policy‐making: A critical examination of World Bank data for Eastern Europe

This article offers a critical analysis of the methods by means of which data relating to the performance of second pillar pension schemes are collated, compared and reported. This is done with regard to the performance of mandatory private second pillar pension funds in Eastern Europe. By critically examining data published in a number of World Bank studies, and through the identification of data problems and irregularities, the article argues that a much more elaborate and transparent approach to the collation, comparative analysis and reporting of data is needed. Required is the establishment of a consensus regarding what should represent a robust basis for making credible policy recommendations, not least with regard to pension re‐reforms in the countries of Eastern Europe and elsewhere. In the absence of such a consensus, unresolved data problems and irregularities may potentially continue to influence the formulation of incomplete national policy conclusions regarding the performance of second pillar pension funds and, in turn, the ability of policy‐makers to evaluate appropriately the need for, and assess the feasibility of implementing in a sustainable manner, pension re‐reform.     

Coexisting disadvantages across the adult age span: A comparison of older and younger age groups in the Swedish welfare state

Coexisting disadvantages across the adult age span: a comparison of older and younger age groups in the Swedish welfare state To experience coexisting disadvantages – the simultaneous lack of several different welfare resources – implies a hampered ability to manage one's living conditions. Here, we study coexisting disadvantages in the oldest population compared with younger age groups in Sweden, by drawing on two linked, nationally representative surveys (n = 5,392). The measurement of coexisting disadvantages included physical health, psychological health, frequency of social contact, cash margin and political resources. The highest odds of coexisting disadvantages were found after age 75 – age groups that are frequently excluded from studies of coexisting disadvantages. This pattern persisted when controlling for socio‐demographic and socio‐economic characteristics. The age pattern was partly driven by the high prevalence of physical health problems in the older population. However, even when excluding physical health problems, the odds of coexisting disadvantages were highest among people older than 85 – the fastest‐growing segment of the population in many Western countries.     

Extending social security coverage to the rural sector in China

In late 2009 China launched an innovative, voluntary programme that by 2011 had extended pension coverage to 326.4 million people in the rural sector, including contributors and beneficiaries. It requires one contribution per year and provides a flat‐rate benefit and a contributions‐related benefit through a contributory individual account, with a government guarantee that the benefit will continue for life. The programme encourages participation of persons who do not pay income taxes, and thus have no tax incentive to participate, by providing substantial government subsidies. As a further incentive, old‐age benefits are provided to older parents when all their adult children participate in the contributory programme.     

Assessing a minimum pension guarantee for the voluntary IPS in Turkey

The returns from individual account pension plans are subject to fluctuations in capital markets. This increases income uncertainty for the beneficiary and exposes individuals to the risk of fluctuations in the economy in general and the stock market in particular. A minimum pension guarantee is a way to avoid this pitfall by providing a minimum annuity regardless of the actual investment performance of individual accounts. In this article, we present a cost analysis of a minimum benefit guarantee mechanism for the voluntary Individual Pension System in Turkey. We examine the cost estimates and the probability of providing guaranteed payments under various economic and demographic assumptions.     

经济社会地位、年龄与心理健康：一项基于上海的实证研究

本文从社会结构的角度出发,以“2008年中国家庭动态调查（上海卷）”的数据为基础,考察了心理健康在社会各阶层间的分布以及这些分布在年龄组间的变化。结果显示,教育、收入、职业地位、社会地位与心理健康正面相关,而经济困难和不公正待遇则与心理健康负面相关。年龄和心理健康的关系呈现出“∩”型发展趋势;职业类型及教育程度对心理健康的作用在不同年龄组中出现了不同程度的变化。失业者较好的心理状态及青年技术人员较差的心理健康状况则需要做进一步的研究。     

应用GIS 技术辅助油藏管理

油气藏开发涉及油气藏的三维空间分布和内部状态变化的复杂问题,信息系统是支持油藏管理的基本手段。传统油气藏开发管理信息系统基于表格形式表现对象属性,无法反映描述对象的空间联系和系统的空间分布模式。地理信息系统( GIS) 能够有效描述二维空间问题,将GIS 技术引入油气藏开发管理信息系统将极大地扩展管理信息系统的描述能力和表现形式,但是对于油气藏开发这类特殊的三维问题还缺少描述和分析能力。通过分析传统的油藏管理信息系统所面临的问题,提出了油气藏开发管理GIS 系统的体系结构、目标设计和功能设计,讨论油气藏开发管理GIS 系统的技术路线、信息组织方式、表示方式以及开发模式,指出需要研究更完善的三维空间描述方法和表现手法,结合油藏描述技术及其成果,在地质建模的基础上开展空间分析,将会使油气田开发中的GIS 技术更加完善。
