从信息与价格之间的动态关系看,股票价格调整过程的本质是投资者更新信息、修正信念的过程。在投资者心理因素内生化考虑的层面上,市场微观结构理论和行为金融理论共同刻画了这一过程。市场微观结构理论基于结构性摩擦研究了交易制度对该过程的作用机理;行为金融理论基于认知偏差研究了投资者心理对该过程的作用机理。投资者认知偏差将通过信息更新和信念修正环节影响价格调整过程,并最终进入到股票价格之中。这是投资者心理在金融市场作用机理的关键所在,也是市场微观结构理论和行为金融理论有机联系的逻辑所在。  相似文献

采用综合指数评价法,对2005—2012年陕西省创新指数进行了初步测算,评价结果显示:陕西创新能力有了显著提高,陕西创新指数和创新环境、产出、成效指数均高于国家同期指数。在创新过程中的科技拨款占财政拨款的比重和R&D经费占GDP比重等指标的评价显示,政府应加大扶持力度,提高地方财政拨款投入。  相似文献

The performance measurement problem has gained great attention in business and operations management literature. The first objective of this study is to determine the required performance measures and to develop a model for performance evaluation, based on these selected measures using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methodology. The second objective is to explain how an integrated AHP-PGP (pre-emptive goal programming) model can be used in performance measurement while optimising the overall performance. An integration of AHP and multi-objective PGP is used to consider both quantitative and qualitative performance measures in optimising the overall performance of the system. The integrated model is presented with a real-world application using source data provided by a survey conducted in India. Findings demonstrate that the integrated AHP-PGP model can be useful to all supply chain industries in their day-to-day performance measurement decisions.  相似文献

This study proposes a three-layer assessment model to evaluate the performance of a green-manufacturing system (GMS) and identify the key success factors of its real-world implementation. The top layer of the model includes three dimensions – green design, green-manufacturing process and green packaging. The second and third layers include ten strategic subjects and 74 assessment factors, respectively. The weights in each layer are collected via a questionnaire and calculated using the analytical network process (ANP). Based on the ANP, the five key success factors for implementing the GMS in a company are proportion of non-toxic materials, compliance with eco-ordinances, proportion of biodegradable materials, environmental pollution per product and extent of process pollution. The practicality of the proposed model is demonstrated by evaluating three companies that produce similar products and share similar business models. The proposed model provides a valuable reference for real-world implementation of the GMS.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Current research on return to work (RTW) for employees with common mental disorders suffers from two limitations. First, research mostly focuses on the influence of resources during the absence period ignoring the resources which may facilitate sustainable RTW, i.e. employees continuing to work and thrive at work post-return. Second, research tends to view the work and non-work domains separately and fails to consider the interaction of resources at the individual, group, leader and organisational levels, once back at work. In the present position paper, we present an integrated framework and a preliminary definition of sustainable RTW. Based on current occupational health psychology theory and existing research on RTW, we develop ten propositions for the resources in and outside work, which may promote sustainable RTW. In addition to the individual, group, leader, and organisational levels, we also argue for the importance of the overarching context, i.e. the societal context and the culture and legislation that may promote sustainable RTW. Our framework raises new questions that need to be addressed to enhance our understanding of how key stakeholders can support employees with common mental health disorders staying and thriving at work.  相似文献

As developing excellent global leaders should be an urgent priority of companies in the global business world, there has been considerable research in this area. Despite this, there is limited research on the systematic global leadership competency structure reflecting both on its levels and dimensions and on specific competencies. The purpose of this article is to create a theory-based integrative framework that can be used to identify the competencies comprising global leadership. To accomplish this purpose, an integrative literature review was employed on competency theory and global leadership, resulting in the development of an integrative framework for global leadership competency. The framework, with three levels and four dimensions, established in this article contributes to corporations in providing a means of developing company-specific models of global leadership competency. Also discussed are implications for future human resource development research and theory building.  相似文献

Wind power is becoming an increasingly important part of the global energy portfolio, and there is growing interest in developing offshore wind farms in the United States to better utilize this resource. Wind farms have certain environmental benefits, notably near‐zero emissions of greenhouse gases, particulates, and other contaminants of concern. However, there are significant challenges ahead in achieving large‐scale integration of wind power in the United States, particularly offshore wind. Environmental impacts from wind farms are a concern, and these are subject to a number of on‐going studies focused on risks to the environment. However, once a wind farm is built, the farm itself will face a number of risks from a variety of hazards, and managing these risks is critical to the ultimate achievement of long‐term reductions in pollutant emissions from clean energy sources such as wind. No integrated framework currently exists for assessing risks to offshore wind farms in the United States, which poses a challenge for wind farm risk management. In this “Perspective”, we provide an overview of the risks faced by an offshore wind farm, argue that an integrated framework is needed, and give a preliminary starting point for such a framework to illustrate what it might look like. This is not a final framework; substantial work remains. Our intention here is to highlight the research need in this area in the hope of spurring additional research about the risks to wind farms to complement the substantial amount of on‐going research on the risks from wind farms.  相似文献

针对多信息来源、多数据结构的复杂评价问题,对传统评价模式进行拓展并提出了泛综合评价的方法。泛综合评价理论主要为复杂评价信息的整合及求解提供支撑,具体而言主要采用构建信息融合框架的方式对不同类别与结构的多源信息进行整合,并通过随机模拟仿真的方法对信息融合框架的求解算法进行了探讨。由于信息融合框架中包含信息的复杂性增加了框架的求解成本,因而进一步分析了信息集成框架的简化求解算法,并通过算例的方式对信息集成框架简化求解算法的有效性进行了验证。简化求解算法的研究提升了泛综合评价在实际应用中的可操作性。"区域发展绩效的参与式评价"算例的构建,说明泛综合评价的理论为不同利益主体之间的民主决策提供了可能。本文的研究可为大数据背景下群体智慧的挖掘、民主决策的结果分析等实际应用问题提供理论和技术支撑。  相似文献
