松花江大桥悬臂施工线形控制技术

桥梁施工控制就是在结构分析基础上通过对施工过程中的应力及线形进行控制，对施工中出现的偏差进行分析识别，发现问题并及时进行纠正，同时对结构的后续阶段进行正确预测，最终目标使成桥状态达到设计要求。以松花江大桥为工程背景，详细的论述了本桥的线形控制理论及方法。利用MIDAS软件建立有限元模型，计算出预抛高值。针对松花江大桥现场施工监控的结果，详细比较了梁体阶段挠度、累计挠度、各阶段测点的计算值和实测值的关系；最终监控结果表明，本桥达到了线形平顺、受力合理的预期目的。     

Demand‐Side Challenges to Poverty Monitoring and Assessment Systems: Illustrations from Tanzania

Over the past decade, considerable attention and resources have been directed at Poverty Monitoring and Assessment Systems (PMASs), a core problem being the limited demand for, and use of, the data they generate. This article discusses the sources of these demand‐side problems and explores the difficulties in trying to address them via PMAS‐related processes, arguing that both institutional factors and design features have contributed to the disappointing performance of these systems. Incentive structures within the public sector in particular have made for an extremely unfavourable environment, and institutional problems have been compounded by questionable design features resulting from faulty analysis, flawed assumptions and conflicting views as to the objectives of ‘poverty monitoring’. Tanzania's PMAS experience is used to illustrate the argument.     

价格持续期的非对称对数ACD模型及其应用

通过建立两状态价格持续期的非对称对数ACD模型,刻画价格持续期过程对不同价格状态的不对称依赖关系和对未预期到的短价格持续期冲击与未预期到的长价格持续期冲击的不对称响应过程,并在该模型中引入买卖价差和交易规模变量,检验市场微观结构理论相关假说。模型拟合结果表明,价格上升和价格下降两种状态对价格持续期的影响不同,未预期到的短价格持续期冲击对价格持续期有正面影响,而未预期到的长价格持续期冲击对价格持续期有负面影响;对市场微观结构信息模型的实证分析表明,滞后买卖价差和滞后交易量具有信息含量,它们与价格持续期显著负相关;隐藏交易假说没有得到实证的支持,在选取样本中大规模交易量比中等规模交易量对价格持续期有更加显著的影响。     

TWO-PASS CUSUM TO IDENTIFY AGE-CLUSTER OUTBREAKS

The paper introduces a two-pass adaptive cumulative sum (CUSUM) statistic to identify age clusters (age grouping) that significantly contribute to epidemics or unusually high counts. If epidemiologists know that an epidemic is confined to a narrow age group, then this information not only makes it clear where to target the epidemiological effort but also helps them decide whether to respond. It is much easier to control an epidemic that starts in a narrow age range of the population, such as pre-school children, than an epidemic that is not confined demographically or geographically.     

农村村级组织财务管理存在的问题与对策——对贵州省农村的实地调研分析

村级组织财务管理是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,是完善农村公共产品融资机制的制度基础。对贵州省7个地州市9个县31个行政村的实地调研结果显示,贵州农村村级组织财务管理存在的主要问题是:会计基础工作薄弱,财务管理制度不规范;会计人员选聘机制不合理,人员素质亟待提高;民主监督职能弱化,审计监督乏力;村级债务较为严重等。为了切实提高农村村级组织财务管理水平,必须扎实推进"村财乡代管"制度,改革村级财务人员选任模式,健全民主理财监督制度,加强村级财务审计监督,并努力化解村级债务问题。     

Tail dependence for skew Laplace distribution and skew Cauchy distribution

ABSTRACT

Coefficient of tail dependence measures the strength of dependence in the tail of a bivariate distribution and it has been found useful in the risk management. In this paper, we derive the upper tail dependence coefficient for a random vector following the skew Laplace distribution and the skew Cauchy distribution, respectively. The result shows that skew Laplace distribution is asymptotically independent in upper tail, however, skew Cauchy distribution has asymptotic upper tail dependence.     

Considerations for optimal nonparametric regression under a generalizederror structure

Nonparametric smoothing, such as kernel or spline estimation, has been examined extensively under the assumption of uncorrelated errors. This paper addresses the effects of potential correlation on consistency and other asymptotic properties in a repeated-measures model, using directly optimized linear smoothers of the replicate means. Unrestricted optimal weights, with respect to squared error loss, are used to confirm a lack of consistency for all linear estimators in an autocorrelated errors model. The results indicate kernel methods that work well for an uncorrelated errors model may not have the ability to perform satisfactorily when correlation is introduced, due to an asymmetry in the optimal weights, which disappears for an uncorrelated errors model. These would include data-driven bandwidth selection methods, adjustments of the bandwidth to accommodate correlation, higher-order kernels, and related bias reduction techniques. The analytic results suggest alternative approaches, not considered here in detail, which have shown merit.
