Subventions à l'embauche et handicap: les enseignements d'une expérience à petite échelle

L'efficacité des subventions à l'embauche destinées à faciliter l'insertion des personnes handicapées reste incertaine, car plusieurs effets – d'aubaine, de substitution et de signal – se superposent. Pour en savoir plus, les auteurs proposent un protocole original, dans lequel les employeurs sont informés de façon aléatoire du droit à subvention. L'analyse des taux de convocation à un entretien montre que la subvention a un effet nul, voire contre‐productif, pour un échantillon de jeunes fraîchement diplômés de l'enseignement professionnel. Cependant, l'effet de signal défavorable ainsi mis en évidence est nettement plus faible pour d'autres sujets suivis par un service d'orientation spécifique, déjà actifs avant l'acquisition du handicap.     

《西游记》中女性人物的文化性

在《西游记》中,虽然对女性人物泼墨不多,但在有限的字里行间中成功塑造了众多和小说同样具有永恒生命力的女性人物。她们虽然类型、性格、功能迥异,但她们都被深深地打上了中国传统文化的烙印,处处以女性之美与儒释道融合为代表的中国人文传统深度契合,能有效地折射出她们所承载的文化因子,同时也为从文化角度对比研究中西方女性的文学形象提供了有益的素材。     

我和袁良骏先生的分歧——关于民国武侠小说

袁良骏先生的《民国武侠小说的泛滥与〈武侠会党编〉的误评误导》一文在《齐鲁学刊》2003年第6期发表后,在学术界产生了一定的反响。作为《武侠会党编》的编者之一,本人对袁文中的某些论点表示不敢苟同,并对袁文不讲逻辑、不顾事实之处表示遗憾。     

Effets pervers des déréglementations européennes : le cas du transport routier de marchandises

The transportation of freight by truck has been fully deregulated and opened to competition in the European Union, without any quotas or restrictions since 1July 1998. This deregulation has caused problems, mainly due to the delay in adopting common fiscal and social measures, road checks and sanctions for firms that commit offenses. Unscrupulous companies have used this legal vacuum in the EU to factitiously “outsource” activities and dodge national rules and regulations about taxes, labor relations and welfare. As a result, working conditions have worsened as barriers have been lifted. By definition, turnover is high among wage-earners. Truck drivers, semi-skilled, have become interchangeable on the EU marketplace. They can be profitably replaced with drivers from eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Bulgaria), who are much cheaper and less protected. The spread of such practices is a cause of concern for labor organizations in Europe. Shipping by truck is a textbook case for analyzing how the EU is trying to counter the devious effects arising out of the deregulation of a branch of the economy.     

La firme locale-globale : Lyonnaise des Eaux (1980-2004)

This study of the policy of internationalization conducted by Lyonnaise des Eaux (renamed Suez) and, in particular, of its internal transformations during the period from 1980 to 2004 focuses on the stages in these changes, the organizational characteristics and the principles that were applied. One argument is to consider that this company has designed a new type of organization which combines a deep center and the operation of many different services in a large number of countries. It has thus become a « local global” firm. Different from existing types (H, U, M, J) of firms, this new form has four characteristics: the central role played by local units, procedures for reporting toward a compact center, assistance from the center, and direct exchanges between local units following a “principle of connectivity ”. Questions are raised about the capacity for change of this type of firm, which combines organizational dimension and institutional characteristics. Being in the market as well as in the production of the legal environment gives this firm some specific properties in the way to conduct a strategy. — Special issue: New patterns of institutions.     

走出"侠客梦"--从《独臂刀》、《新独臂刀》看邵氏武侠片的创作走向

中国武侠电影在20世纪20年代末于上海极度繁荣之后经历了很长一个时期的蛰伏,然后于20世纪50年代在香港得以延续,并于60年代通过一次现代化转型走向新的发展历程,再在八九十年代反过来影响大陆的武侠电影创作。因此香港武侠电影在整个中国武侠电影发展史上具有承上启下或桥梁的作用,而邵氏兄弟公司的武侠片创作则是这种承上启下或桥梁作用的集中体现者。张彻的《独臂刀》和《新独臂刀》能体现邵氏武侠片的现代转型和创作走向,并能进而揭示香港乃至中国武侠电影创作的某些内在机制和发展规律。     

A central limit theorem for generalized discounting

A central limit theorem is derived for the discounted sum of a sequence of i.i.d. random variables with finite first and second moment, where the rate of interest may depend on time. For the special case of constant rate of interest GERBER (1971) obtains a Berry-Esséen result assuming finite third moment. The same result is shown to hold in the non-const ant case.     

L'emploi informel: deux questions de politique controversées

Cet article traite de deux questions controversées, importantes en termes de politiques: les effets de la réglementation du travail sur l'emploi informel, et ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler l'emploi informel «volontaire». Les auteurs exposent brièvement les théories sur le sujet et présentent les résultats d'analyses empiriques des effets de la réglementation du travail sur l'emploi informel. Ils concluent par des commentaires sur la pertinence des quatre objectifs du travail décent de l'OIT pour l'emploi informel et le développement économique, en mettant l'accent sur l'organisation des travailleurs de l'économie informelle.     

频域相位光码分多址系统性能的研究

研究了频域相位编解码光码分多址系统的性能。推导了在码位误差时系统误码率的数学公式。分析了在光功率,码位误差,码长,单极码和双极码情况下对OCDMA系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明:比较高的光功率、较长码字有利于改善系统性能,系统随码位误差增大而对系统影响愈大,双极性系统性能明显优于单极性OCDMA系统。     

比武招亲——一个带有侠义色彩的江湖规则的人类学依据母题

“成婚考验”是多发性、多重文化意味的叙事母题。今存汉语文本最早一则“比武招亲”故事,来自中古佛经。比武招亲情节性强、易于构成悬念,体现了一般性的民间习俗仪则,还多方面地表现出江湖亚文化伦理精神,有着多样性的认识价值。该母题使侠文学世界平添了不少喜剧氛围,给英雄命运增加了幸运因素,整个故事遂带有浓郁的史诗色彩。女性比武招亲往往需要具备如下条件:小姐有婚配理想化追求,小姐父母同意女儿择婿,女方往往是武术世家,有经济实力,在当地有较大势力,求亲男子要以武德服人,等等,实际上,招亲比武胜败,多操纵在比武女性自己手里。
