《西游记》的女性人文写真

《西游记》是一部古代神魔小说,书中的众多正反面女性人物在创作意义上具有特殊的作用和艺术价值,能够折射真实的时代背景、社会百态和人性特征。通过对小说中的正反面女性人物形象的分析,意在揭示小说文本中隐含的女性人文精神世界,发掘作者对女性形象的理解、解释和欣赏,阐明小说对女性人物的塑造就是对生活女性的人文写真。     

存在主义的“后现代”思考

后现代社会尽管物象繁华 ,但是在“狂欢”的背后 ,仍然是存在主义者当初提出并关注的个体存在的基本问题 ,即以存在的荒谬为核心的情绪体悟。循此思路加以探究 ,并在存在主义及文学作品和后现代的现实间穿梭 ,而展开追问和思辨 ,分析了存在主义者的基本观点和对于现代社会的解读意义。我们应融合东西方的思想提出解决的思路。为此 ,应强调 :人作为存在的价值和受到关注的必要性 ;人与“周围世界”、人与“共同世界”的责任和权益的关系 ;肯定存在主义者对于“行动”“介入”的现实意义 ;通过对死亡的关注来引领人对生之热爱和精神的追寻 ;呼吁人们将目光投向“新理性”的探索     

Counseling models and their impact on how therapists handle values issues

Counseling is not a value free enterprise. Therapeutic models are value laden. Counselors and clients are both emotionally invested in right living issues. Since no therapy is value free, clients face the dilemma of finding a therapist with values similar to their own or having their values challenged. Therapists face the ethical issue of clarifying their own values and determining how to make them known.     

L’Europe sociale : créativité institutionnelle communautaire et réalités nationales

“Social Europe” has been constructed following 50 years of EEC and EU policy-making, which has gradually extricated social questions from a pure rationale of economic integration in order to turn it into a lever for European political integration. The theoretical and disciplinary viewpoints are presented that, together, help us better understand the processes at work. Attention is drawn to three of them. First of all, the evolutionary process of building the EU accounts both for the differences between social Europe and national welfare systems, and for an ongoing process of institutional creation through an accumulation of EU legal achievements (acquis). Secondly, the expansion of the EU to twelve new member states lacking robust labor relation systems, along with globalization, represents a challenge for the future of the “European social model”. Finally, social Europe has not yet undergone an assessment. Problems arise owing to the short shrift given by treaties to questions of social legislation or redistribution, but the “Europeanization of national policies” apparently opens a way toward overcoming these obstacles.     

An Ethnography of Emerging Latino Music Scenes

We report on an ethnographic study of three emerging scenes in which Latino music is produced, performed, experienced, and celebrated in Houston, Texas: rock en Espanol, gay Latino dance music, and professional soccer supporters' music. Music is an important feature of Latino culture, since it informs migration, citizenship, spirituality, and other aspects of the contemporary Latino experience. Three interactionist concepts inform this study. The concept of scene directs our attention to the comprehensive social worlds driven by Latino music. The concept of idioculture directs our attention to the ways audience members experience Latino music within everyday life small groups. The concept of place directs our attention to how Latino music creates new locations to anchor the self in reference to country of origin, present music communities, or possible symbolic locations such as America or La Raza. We conclude with suggestions for a revised interactionist concept of music scene.

中国古典四大名著之一的《西游记》尽管是一部神魔小说,却能直接折射出社会百态,充分反映吴承恩的人生经验和社会感悟。作者的思想意识深受儒家文化的影响,所以作者在书中有意识地塑造了众多栩栩如生的女性形象,并通过她们表达弱势群体的人生诉求,强调公共关怀和社会和谐,希冀社会变迁,诠释儒家的人生价值和社会理想,具有相当的社会学意义。

Efectos del anonimato y el género sobre el nivel de consenso,cohesión y satisfacción en grupos con apoyo de sistemas informáticos

Resumen

Los sistemas de apoyo informático han dado lugar a nuevas formas de trabajo en grupo permitiendo la interacción en situaciones en las que los componentes del grupo están física, temporal y funcionalmente separados. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los efectos del anonimato y el género sobre el nivel de consenso, la cohesión y la satisfacción de los individuos, en una situación de trabajo en grupo asistido por sistemas informáticos.

Mediante un diseño experimental de laboratorio se consideran dos condiciones experimentales: Grupos con apoyo de sistemas informáticos (GSS) y grupos cara a cara y dos situaciones: de anónimo e identificados. Los resultados, no muestran diferencias en los niveles de acuerdo pre-discusión y post-discusión, en función del anonimato, del género ni del uso de la tecnología. Sin embargo, a nivel individual, se advierten diferencias significativas en la cohesión grupal y satisfacción con el proceso y la decisión final, considerando la situación de anonimato y la variable género.     

Montée en qualification et modification de la répartition au sein de la chaîne de valeur mondiale du secteur de l’électronique

Le secteur de l’électronique repose sur une chaîne de production mondiale particulièrement complexe. Les auteurs s'appuient sur des données de la base WIOD pour la période 2000–2014 afin d'apprécier la contribution des pays à cette chaîne de valeur. Ils examinent notamment l'incidence de la crise financière mondiale de 2007–2008 sur son évolution et établissent une cartographie des interactions internationales. L’étude révèle une augmentation des délocalisations depuis la crise financière, la Chine et d'autres pays d'Asie de l'Est étant devenus les principaux pôles de création de valeur. Elle montre aussi que les technologies de production ont connu une transformation radicale, accompagnée d'une montée en qualification.
