双重内生选择下双寡头博弈的均衡研究

研究了在行动时机(先动还是后动)和策略变量类型(价格还是产量)都由参与人内生确定的双重内生选择下双寡头博弈的均衡,表明无论参与人在内生时机之前还是内生时机之后选择策略变量的类型,博弈的均衡结果是相同的,都为三种可能行动顺序的产量竞争,即同时行动和分别以两参与人为领头者的序贯行动的产量竞争。     

构建中国大学模式：文化选择的视角

文化精神是大学的灵魂,中国大学模式的构建是中国大学百年发展历程中摆脱依附、寻求自主发展和独立发展的探索过程,体现出文化选择的时代特征。在建设高教强国的背景下提出建构中国大学模式的命题,表明了中国大学发展对中华民族的复兴具有重要作用。从文化选择的视角思考中国大学模式的构建,需要传承近代中国大学文化精神,立足中国模式,以文化包容的心态融合世界大学的共同精神,遵循世界大学发展的普适规律并形成中国大学的文化特色。     

Identifying Demand Shocks From Production Data

Standard productivity estimates contain a mixture of cost efficiency and demand conditions. I propose a method to identify the distribution of the demand shock using production data. Identification does not depend on functional form restrictions. It is also robust to dynamic demand considerations and flexible labor. In the parametric case, the ratio of intermediate inputs to the wage bill (input ratio) contains information about the magnitude of the demand shock. The method is tested using data from Spain that contains information on prices and demand conditions. Finally, we generate Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate the method’s performance and sensitivity. Supplementary materials for this article are available online.     

试论排他性文化选择在近代中国的成因

中国近代的排他性文化选择,以其排他程度激烈、波及范围广泛和对后世影响深远而在整个中国思想文化史上具有重要的地位。这种独特的文化现象,自有其特殊的生成机制:来自内因方面的知性思维被唯一化和终极化,并跨越时代从中世纪延续到了中国近代;而在近代又恰恰遭遇了强烈的民族情感的煽张与强化,于是在内外合力的聚合之下,形成这种极端化的“非此即彼”式的排他性文化选择模式。由这种文化选择模式给我们的思想文化发展所造成的致命伤可知,辩证思维对于中华民族来说是弥足珍贵的。     

论农业用地管理的制度安排与政策选择

目前,农业用地管理的矛盾和问题日益突显,这从根本上讲是由于农地产权存在主体虚置化、权利架空化、程序模糊化等立法上的问题。因此,必须对农地产权进行法律确认;必须弱化乡、村两级土地权限;必须积极推进农地市场化流转改革。同时,试点农地产权私有化改革,建立科学的征地补偿机制,等等,真正实现农地资源优化配置,从根本上解决农地管理问题。     

How to make good choices? Ethical perspectives guiding social workers moral reasoning

Framing and distinguishing mainstream social work ethical perspectives could be useful for social work students and practitioners facing moral choices in daily practice. The article presents a summary and classification of a range of ethical theories and provides some insights into the relationship between ethical thinking and practice issues. It distinguishes between classical approaches and ‘situated’ positions. The former – which includes teleological, deontological, and rights-based approaches – refer to universal and general principles. ‘Situated’ ethics are linked to specific and unique situations of professional practice. Finally, the article suggests some useful questions derived from each approach in order to help students to reflect on complex ethical choices occurring in daily practice.
