新增心理学专业本科人才培养模式与课程体系的思考——以延边大学新增心理学专业为例

新增心理学专业发展的当务之急是凝练专业发展方向,这对于人才培养模式与课程体系的优化有着重要意义。以延边大学新增心理学专业为例,确立了心理健康教育和教育心理两个专业方向,面向学校、企业和社区,以培养有坚实的心理学理论基础的学校心理健康教育、人力资源管理、社区心理学等方面的复合型人才为目标,形成具有开放性和灵活性的有利于学生自主选择、自主发展的人才培养模式,并探讨和建构了通识教育、专业教育和应用技能教育相结合的课程体系。

东北三省外语院校英语专业复合型人才培养研究

复合型外语人才培养模式以专业为基础,使外语作为技能、工具与专业相结合,提高学生的英语应用能力和文化素养,这类复合型人才具有广泛的社会适应性,并将带来巨大的人才效应。基于对当今世界上学科融合发展趋势的认识和对就业市场调查的结果,提出东北三省英语专业复合型人才培养目标,探讨研究适应东北三省复合型英语专业人才培养的问题和复合型英语专业人才培养的定位,包括对传统领域的基础英语的语言教学和其他专业学科融合的教学之间的关系问题的研究。     

Bayesian robustness of the compound Poisson distribution under bidimensional prior: an application to the collective risk model

The distribution of the aggregate claims in one year plays an important role in Actuarial Statistics for computing, for example, insurance premiums when both the number and size of the claims must be implemented into the model. When the number of claims follows a Poisson distribution the aggregated distribution is called the compound Poisson distribution. In this article we assume that the claim size follows an exponential distribution and later we make an extensive study of this model by assuming a bidimensional prior distribution for the parameters of the Poisson and exponential distribution with marginal gamma. This study carries us to obtain expressions for net premiums, marginal and posterior distributions in terms of some well-known special functions used in statistics. Later, a Bayesian robustness study of this model is made. Bayesian robustness on bidimensional models was deeply treated in the 1990s, producing numerous results, but few applications dealing with this problem can be found in the literature.     

Tests for compound periodicities and estimating a non linear function

We propose two tests for testing compound periodicities which are the uniformly most powerful invariant decision procedures against simple periodicities. The second test can provide an excellent estimation of a compound periodic non linear function from observed data. These tests were compared with the tests proposed by Fisher and Siegel by Monte Carlo studies and we found that all the tests showed high power and high probability of a correct decision when all the amplitudes of underlying periods were the same. However, if there are at least several different periods with unequal amplitudes, then the second test proposed always showed high power and high probability of a correct decision, whereas the tests proposed by Fisher and Siegel gave 0 for the power and 0 for the probability of a correct decision, whatever the standard deviation of pseudo normal random numbers. Overall, the second test proposed is the best of all in view of the probability of a correct decision and power.

Computation of the poisson-inverse gaussian distribution

Recursion relations suitable for rapid computation are derived for the probabilities of the compound Poisson distribution when the compounder is the inverse-Gaussian distribution. Series representation of the probabilities are given. Asymptotic results as well as approximations for probabilities, compared with the exact values, are investigated.     

On Calculations Involving the Maximum Cell Frequency

We describe a method of computing the cumulative distribution function of the maximum and minimum cell frequencies in sampling distributions commonly encountered in the analysis of categorical data.The procedure is efficient for exact or approximate calculation in both homogeneous and non-homogeneous cases, is non-recursive, and does not require Dirichlet integrals.Some related statistical problems are also discussed.     

论我国公共财政框架中的财政监督体系建设

我国现行财政监督体系设置中存在着监督主体多元化、主体关系平行化、监督职能重叠化的问题,造成了财政监督实施中的执法单位职能相互混淆,监督"越位"或"缺位"和对被监督单位重复检查现象等问题,影响了财政监督执法的严肃性和财政监督的工作效率。为消除现行财政监督中的问题和弊端,重新构建适应我国公共财政内在要求的财政监督体系,应强化人民代表大会立法监督、实现预算的决策、执行和监督相分离、建立分层次实施和分级负责并避免对被监督单位重复检查的"立法监督+行政监督+社会监督"的全方位、分层次的复合型体系。     

新型杂多化合物Na7[Fe{Mo2O6CH3C(O)(PO3)2}2]·23H2O的合成及结构表征

在温和的条件下,通过Na2MoO4.H2O,FeC l3.6H2O及羟基乙叉二膦酸反应,得到了有机二膦酸配位的杂多钼酸盐Na7[Fe{Mo2O6CH3C(O)(PO3)2}2].23H2O,用X射线单晶衍射法和元素分析法确定了其结构,晶胞参数为:空间群P1,a=0.9524(11)nm,b=1.1056(13)nm,c=1.1508(13)nm,α=83.184(15)°,β=86.866(17)°,γ=83.247(17),°V=1.194(2)nm3,Z=1,R1=0.0397,wR2=0.0624(I>2σ).聚阴离子[Fe{Mo2O6CH3C(O)(PO3)2}2]7-为中心对称结构,两个碎片[Mo2O6{CH3C(O)(PO3)2}]5-被一六配位的过渡金属离子Fe3 连接,该聚阴离子具有C2h对称性.
