青岛市产学研合作绩效评价研究

近年来,青岛市产学研的合作发展迅速,对于提高本地企业的竞争力,促进技术进步和产业结构升级,发挥了巨大的作用。但是在产学研的发展过程中,也存在很多突出性的问题,这些问题的存在将会制约青岛市产学研未来的发展。因此针对现有的青岛市产学研合作绩效进行评价分析,并提出解决措施,有利于青岛市产学研的可持续发展。     

Identifying design criteria for urban system ‘last-mile’ solutions – a multi-stakeholder perspective

Abstract

This study presents a novel approach to design and evaluate ‘last-mile’ solutions – encompassing the social and economic perspectives of key stakeholders. While urban system initiatives have been implemented in practice, theoretical gaps remain at the operational design level. A theoretical framework is developed, based on design criteria identified from a critical synthesis of supply chain and operations management literature, and ‘operationalised’ using an in-depth case study demonstrating implementation of a Consumer Choice Portal-Package Consolidation Centre solution, within a densely populated urban geography. Findings suggest that there is a need to re-define the role of institutional actors beyond that of the traditional governance task, to one of being able to facilitate performance outcomes. Similarly, industrial efficiency dimensions need to be reorientated to include consumer participation, social considerations and multi-stakeholder service outcomes. Finally, implications for operations theory and practising managers in city logistics are highlighted, with suggested directions for future research.

企业综合经营力是企业管理水平与经营规模的集中体现。通过对国内外有关企业综合经营力研究的最新成果,提出了适合我国国有企业综合经营力的企业经营业绩作为核心指标,并结合我国国情,提出影响国企九大主要因素,即环境因素、经营目标因素、决策因素、组织结构因素、技术创新因素、生严战略因素、营销战略因素、撤退战略因素及财务因素。     

社会心理学应着力于社会行为心理的整合研究

当代社会心理学是研究社会行为的内在体验和外在表现发展变化过程及其规律的整合科学。社会心理的外在行为律与社会行为的内在心理律是整合的关节点;社会行为的热点问题是整合的切入点;而聚群心理的外在行为律与聚群行为的内在心理律是优化整合的着力点;交互点是个人、群体、社会几个层面的交叉整合。     

韩愈与潮州若干史实辨析

韩愈因谏迎佛骨而贬谪潮州,治潮虽八月,却留下了影响深远的功绩与传说,一直为研究者所重,然众说纷坛。本文着力于考古、文献资料的探索,力图就韩愈治潮时潮州的自然环境、人文社会环境、经济环境以及众所周知的韩愈捐俸兴学、解放奴隶、移风易俗等相关问题作出新的解释,得出新的见解。     

Performance evaluation based on multiple attributes with nonparametric frontiers

Performance rating and comparison of a group of entities is frequently based on the values of several attributes. Such evaluations are often complicated by the absence of a natural or obvious way to weight the importance of the individual dimensions of the performance. This paper proposes a framework based on nonparametric frontiers to rate and classify entities described by multiple performance attributes into ‘performers’ and ‘underperformers’. The method is equivalent to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with entities defined only by outputs. In the spirit of DEA, the weights for each attribute are selected to maximize each entity’s performance score. This approach, however, results in a new linear program that is more direct and intuitive than traditional DEA formulations. The model can be easily understood and interpreted by practitioners since it conforms better to the practice of evaluating and comparing performance using standard specifications. We illustrate the model’s use with two examples. The first evaluates the performance of employees. The second is an application in manufacturing where multiple quality attributes are used to assess and compare performance of different manufacturing processes.
