隐身目标雷达截面的缩比测量及反演计算

隐身雷达目标的电磁散射缩比测量是研究飞行器隐身、反隐身技术发展过程中不可缺少的组成部分。根据相似性原理，首先提出能与全尺寸原型目标具有相同散射特性的缩比测量应该具备的条件；然后提出当实际的缩比测量偏离这些条件时对雷达散射截面的影响。依照本文提供的原理和方法，可从不满足理想缩比条件的模型测量值推算原型的雷达散射截面。     

Educational differences in parents’ time with children: Cross‐national variations

We analyze time diary data from 24,546 married mothers and married fathers in Canada, Germany, Italy, and Norway to determine whether the effect of education on child‐care time varies cross‐nationally. Our results indicate that more educated mothers spend more time with children than less educated mothers in each country, despite substantial cross‐national variation in levels of economic support and services for families. This suggests that better educated mothers may have different parental values and behaviors than less educated mothers. Among fathers, however, education has no effect on child‐care time in Norway, and only weak effects in Germany. This suggests that family policies that provide economic support to families may reduce time constraints on fathers, thus ameliorating educational effects.     

论我国放松外资并购限制后制定《反垄断法》的现实意义

改革开放以后 ,我国虽然在立法方面对反垄断问题颁布了一些规章制度 ,在司法方面也取得了一定的成效 ,但我国的反垄断法律制度仍然存在着很大的局限性。我国目前全面放开了外资在华并购的种种限制 ,面对马上来临的跨国公司在华并购浪潮 ,我国应该从根本上解决问题 ,尽快制定出《反垄断法》。     

A cross‐cultural test of the work‐family interface in 48 countries

This study tests a cross‐cultural model of the work‐family interface. Using multigroup structural equation modeling with IBM survey responses from 48 countries (N= 25,380), results show that the same work‐family interface model that fits the data globally also fits the data in a four‐group model composed of culturally related groups of countries, as well as a two‐group gender model. This supports a transportable rather than a culturally specific or gender‐specific work‐family interface model: notably, job flexibility related to reduced work‐family conflict, reduced family‐work conflict, and enhanced work‐family fit. Work‐family fit related to increased job satisfaction. Findings suggest that investment by multinational companies in job flexibility initiatives may represent a dual‐agenda way to benefit men, women, and businesses in diverse cultures.     

Cross‐Ethnic Equivalence of Socialization Measures in European American and African American Youth

We examined the cross‐ethnic equivalency of socialization measures developed primarily with European American families. Four aspects of measurement equivalence were assessed: conceptual, operational, scalar, and functional. Evidence of between—and within—group measurement equivalency of socialization measures was derived from youth reports of 500 European American and 134 African American individuals ages 10 to 18, using confirmatory factor analyses and item response theory analyses. Findings indicate that most individual indicators of socialization, with the exception of paternal psychological control and parent‐youth conflict, demonstrated cross‐ethnic equivalence. The findings also suggest that lax control is better represented as a multidimensional construct (leniency and laxness).     

基于两阶段交叉效率模型的中国商业银行效率评价

为了更好的评价我国商业银行的效率,在传统两阶段DEA模型中引入交叉效率,并对两阶段生产系统的内部结构进行优化,构建了考虑共享投入和非期望产出的两阶段交叉效率模型。最后结合中国16家商业银行2006-2015年的年度报表,分别应用传统的两阶段DEA模型和新模型评价样本银行的效率。结果表明：新模型比传统模型更客观、区分力更强,具有更强的稳定性,更适合用于评价我国商业银行的效率。     

纯天然菠萝饮料的研制

利用来源丰富、价廉的成熟菠萝为原料,研制出保留其营养成分和风味物质的纯天然饮料.将新鲜的成熟菠萝榨汁、过滤、微波灭菌制成纯天然菠萝饮料.以灭菌前后菠萝汁中维生素C的含量及灭菌后菠萝汁的外观性状为考核指标,采用正交试验优选出关键工序微波灭菌的最佳工艺条件.微波灭菌的最佳工艺条件是灭菌功率为700W,时间为5min.在最佳灭菌条件下菠萝汁中维生素C的保存率为82.09%.采用微波灭菌工艺制备纯天然菠萝饮料可行,其维生素C的保存率较高.     

加快上海黄浦江沿线商务功能开发研究

在上海“十字轴”商务带规划建设中，以大浦东和大虹桥为带动的东西向商务轴串联了淮海路、南京路等商务商业高度集聚的商务区，已具有较强的发展内生性。而北起复兴岛、南抵上中路隧道的沿黄浦江南北向轴线存在商务功能开发缺乏纵深、房地产开发过度、产业结构雷同等问题，与东西向轴线存在较大的差距。因此，加快浦江沿线商务功能开发，完善中心城区“十字轴”商务体系构架，不仅有利于上海传承历史文脉、优化城市空间布局，而且对加快上海“四个中心”建设和服务经济发展都具有重要的战略意义。     

Perspective‐taking and gift‐giving in Chinese preschool children

This study explored Chinese preschool children's perspective‐taking via a gift‐giving paradigm. Unlike findings with North American children (Atance et al. in, Dev Psychol 46:1505–1513, 2010), the results from two experiments (N_{Exp. 1} = 329; N_{Exp. 2} = 112) showed that allowing Chinese children to first choose a desired object for themselves did not enhance their subsequent perspective‐taking performance in gift selection or gift justifications. This was true regardless of gift type (consumable or recreational items) or of recipient (mom, teacher, experimenter, or friend). In addition, children's perspective‐taking did not correlate with their performances in behavioral inhibition and delay of gratification tasks. These results suggest the possibility that the prior desire fulfillment effect varies with children's socio‐cultural experiences. Finally, Chinese children showed better perspective‐taking in choosing consumable gifts (e.g., drinks, snacks) than recreational gifts (e.g., toys, magazines), although this effect was not found for gift selection in Experiment 2. One interpretation of these results is that children's capacity for prosocial perspective‐taking is influenced by socio‐cultural experiences and social knowledge about individuals' preferences for different kinds of objects.     

龙=dragon?--兼谈隔着一层的中西文化交流

通过对dragon的英汉互译 ,说明了在跨文化交际中中西文化存在的差异。在表层意义和深层意义矛盾时 ,一般应取后者 ,否则将会引起一连串文化背景、方面的问题。
