Predictors of Antisocial and Prosocial Behavior in an Adolescent Sports Context

This study examined antisocial and prosocial behavior of N = 439 adolescent athletes between 14 and 17 years of age (67 teams). Multi‐level analyses showed that team membership explained 20 and 13 percent of the variance in antisocial and prosocial behavior in the sports context, respectively. The team effects suggest that aggregating antisocial or prosocial adolescents within teams may partially explain differences in antisocial and prosocial behavior among athletes in the sports context. A trend was found toward a relation between higher levels of moral reasoning within teams, and less antisocial behavior in the sports context. Favorable moral atmosphere was positively associated with more prosocial behavior in the sports context. Finally, supportive coach–athlete relationships were associated with both less antisocial and more prosocial behavior in the sports context.

国外保障出版自由立法研究

《公民权益和政治权利国际公约》对出版自由以国际公约的形式对各缔国加以约束,不同社会制度、不同文化传统、不同发展阶段的国家的宪法或其他法律,对出版自由一般都有明文的规定。研究世界各国法律、法规对于出版自由的规定,可以对我国出版自由立法形成有益的借鉴,同时紧跟国际形势,推进我国的出版贸易。     

主族控制下的族群杂居村落:权力的文化网络视角

本文借助“权力的文化网络”视角,深层再现云南省一个少数民族山区--蚌岚河槽（村庄）传统主族控制和毕摩操控的村落政治格局。作者认为,1949年以前槽区的社会政治局面是主族控制和毕摩操控,主族及其首领毕摩依靠乡村文化网络获得权威和认受性,他们在权力的文化网络中发挥着组织领导的作用,凭借对乡村文化网络（族群内部的宗族关系和宗教信仰以及族群关系等）的操控,主族及其首领毕摩有力地控制着乡村社会。     

论金融危机下我国中小企业融资困难的成因及对策

金融危机下,中小企业融资难除了国际因素外,既有企业自身的原因,也有金融部门和地方政府等外在原因。解决中小企业融资难问题必须通过企业自身的努力和国家、金融部门、地方政府以及社会各方面的支持和帮助,才能得以实现。     

产学研结合与社会发展

产学研结合不仅是一种教育模式,更是一种科技创新转换和社会发展模式。产学研结合研究结合国外经营,有些模式可以借鉴,但基于中国自己国情,中国有自己不同模式。基于此,对于产学研结合在中国发展的未来给以展望,知识产权保护,高校多元治理,充分调动各方积极性,联合高校政府企业社会各方进行跨区域跨学科的综合合作。     

Child custody issues and co‐occurrence of intimate partner violence and child maltreatment: controversies and points of agreement amongst practitioners

The situation of families undergoing separation in a context of co‐occurrence of intimate partner violence (IPV) and child maltreatment raises certain issues related to child custody. The results presented in this paper were collected and analysed within the framework of a qualitative study aiming to identify the principal points of agreement and the main controversies amongst practitioners in several different types of organizations. Focus groups were held with a total of 43 practitioners from six different settings concerned with child custody in cases of co‐occurrence of IPV and child maltreatment. Although they agreed on the importance of ensuring the safety of victims of violence, their views diverged on three points: (1) the importance of preserving the father–child relationship; (2) collaboration between voluntary organizations and semi‐voluntary or legal agencies; and (3) consideration of cultural differences.     

A longitudinal study of depressiveness in children in public care

The aim of this article is to analyse the challenges involved when making longitudinal observations of depressiveness in children raised in public care. The first measurement comprised 375 children from children's homes and foster families; however, most of the results are based on an analysis of the 139 children who participated in both parts of the research. We used the Child Depression Inventory and the anxiety/depression subscales of Youth Self Report and Child Behaviour Checklist as measures of depressiveness. The comparison of results from the first and second measurements showed that depressiveness in children in public care decreased over time. Children who grew up in children homes were, in the first measurement, more depressed than those living in foster families, but after five years that difference had disappeared. Furthermore, decrease in depressiveness is predominantly associated with less frequent delinquent, aggressive or hyperactive behaviour, less withdrawal and better control over uncomfortable emotions.     

职业社会工作者的专业标准与考核评价体系研究

我国社会工作职业化进程方兴未艾。实际社会工作从业人员如何转变为专业社工,高校的社会工作专业教育和社会培训机构如何把握专业社会工作者的标准,解决这两大问题的关键在于,尽快制定和建立职业社会工作者的专业标准和考核评价体系。作为整个社会工作者职业制度体系的核心机制,职业社会工作者的专业标准和考核评价体系,为职业社会工作者提供了从业标准和实践规范,从而为打造一支高水平、强素质的社会工作人才队伍提供了科学的制度保障。     

我国农村基本公共卫生服务的均等化发展

以制度化设计为重点的均等化公共卫生服务可以减少居民消费不确定性,促进社会公平和稳定,是国外经济社会发展政策的普遍趋势。我国农村公共卫生服务从均等化发展的目标来衡量,仍面临城乡环境差距较大、卫生资源布局不合理等诸多障碍,因此,必须加大改革力度,从推进农村公共服务设施与城市衔接、加强农村基础设施投入和完善农村医疗卫生体系等重点领域进行突破,全面推进农村公共服务与城市的融合。
