《鲁滨逊漂流记》艺术世界的象征意义

笛福的长篇小说《鲁滨逊漂流记》是适应西方历史化发展新趋势而出现的经典本，也是18世纪中叶产后作家从人类的创造性劳动中，进一步看到了人的能力的巨大作用，从而弘扬人的聪慧与劳动创造能力，否定了上帝万能及其上帝创造一切的荒廖理论，作品通过鲁滨逊荒岛28年艰苦卓绝的经历，象征性地展示了人类发展的基本轨迹，从而提出了劳动创造历史的时代主题。     

殖民主义身份的模仿与颠覆——论王尔德的《道连·格雷的画像》

在殖民主义框架下,民族身份的构建既来源于殖民者对被压迫民族的文化入侵和压迫,也源于被压迫民族对殖民文化的认同和反抗.因此,模仿和颠覆常常是殖民地国家政治斗争的主题.爱尔兰著名作家王尔德的代表作<道连·格雷的画像>通过对道连·格雷一生的记述来还原历史的真实,揭示了英格兰-爱尔兰特权阶级被颠覆的本源.作为该阶级的一员,通过道连的死,王尔德宣告这个特殊阶级将随着英国殖民主义的结束而最终消亡.

现代条件下人们对城市道路绿地景观提出了更高的观赏要求 ,期望更多高质量、高品味、高档次的绿地空间。笔者认为道路绿地景观的文化底蕴可以通过植物造景、环境小品、街头绿地等多种形式和手段体现出来 ,且应因地制宜 ,灵活变通 ,努力提高道路景观的文化品味     

技术创新史的文化研究路径——近年来技术史研究的新动向

对国际技术史权威期刊<技术与文化>最近十多年来有关技术创新史的论文进行了综合考察,参照文学理论和史学研究的新进展,从整体上对这些研究的方法论进路作了"文化研究"的理论概括与定位,从而尝试性地思考了国外技术史家在技术创新史研究中是如何引入建构论作为技术史的解释范式,并通过改进该范式,从而推动技术史走向对技术创新的"文化研究"路径的.思考了该解释范式有待进一步解决的问题,对技术创新史的进一步研究进行了展望.     

Incorporating knowledge management as HRD strategy: the case of a Korean electronics company

Abstract

There is no doubt that knowledge management is now a very dominant theme in modern enterprises. To survive and compete in a knowledge-based economy, companies must learn to manage and sustain their intellectual assets. As a number of practitioners have noted, human resources play an important role in the transition process to the knowledge-based economy. This transition process is characterized by participant-driven integrative teamwork for dealing with various tasks and issues in organizations. This article presents a case study of the development of human resources in the context of knowledge management, which is based on systems thinking, exploring the process of problematization. It is based on a Foucauldian approach to expose the social relationship of power, knowledge and subjectivization in the problem-solving practice.     

哲学与文学理论关系问题研究

目前学术界在文学理论中关于反本质主义问题的争论一直未能停止。究其原因，反本质主义论者的一个重要观点就是文学理论过分依赖哲学，受其影响而丧失了文学理论的学科基础与自身理论的合理性。文学理论中本质主义问题出现的原因在于：受哲学影响，文学理论过度发展其理论品格的一极，在脱离创作实践中放弃了实践品格的追求。当下文学理论应在保持其理论品格的同时，突出其实践品格，在文学创作实践中提高理论再生能力。     

Information matrix for a mixture of two inverse gaussian distributions

In this paper, Fisher information matrix about the five parameters ρ, μ_:1, μ², λ¹and λ²of a mixture of two Inverse Gaussian density functions is obtained. The Leguerre-Gauss quadrature formula is used to evaluate the essential integral on which the twenty five elements of the information matrix are based. Results involving the computation of the information about p are compared with those involving both the power series expansion and Simpson's method of integration. Laguerre-Gauss quadra-ture was found to lead to good approximations as compared with other methods. It was therefore chosen for the computations of the elements of the information matrix.     

Using the community of inquiry for interviewing children: theory and practice

Involvement of children in research processes requires various ethical considerations. In particular, while interviewing children, a researcher needs to take into consideration the power imbalance between a researcher and children as well as among children. This article suggests a possible way of mitigating potential risks, drawing on the idea and practice of the Community of Inquiry (CoI) as an interview method. CoI is the practice of group dialog for knowledge-making, where participants talk about a common topic by sharing their lived experiences in a cooperative manner. This article shows that CoI allows children to act as both interviewers and interviewees, which helps children in reflective knowledge-making while at the same time mitigating the ethical concerns of interviewing. To illustrate how CoI can help achieve these goals, this article draws on the empirical research conducted with a group of junior high school students in Japan.     

牛津高中英语教材本土文化调查分析

在文化教学渐渐引起国内外学者关注的时候,牛津版高中英语教材作为新一代教材的成功典范在文化导入方面已经给予重视,而在本土文化的导入中是否也达到了新课标的要求？笔者以牛津版高中英语教材九级水平为评测目标,以教材的9、10、11三个模块为研究对象,设计本调查力求回答上述问题,并指出该教材中存在的问题。     

广东简政强镇事权改革跟踪研究：来自顺德的经验

2009年以来，广东省开展了简政强镇试点改革．顺德容桂街道便是试点之一；2010年以来，顺德在所辖的10个镇（街）全面推广了这一改革。文章首先总结了顺德筒政强镇事权改革的成功经验，即精简机构设置、简政放权、三大改革相配套；其次，分析了改革的不足之处；最后，提出了相应的政策性建议。
